Tripp Hanson

I spent years in the 'product creation rabbit hole'. I've had all kinds of exceptional experiences & loads of training in vastly different arenas- from performing in 5 Broadway shows, singing on concert stages all over the world, to owning and running a successful acupuncture practice in NYC, along with certifications in Functional Nutrition, Functional Medicine, and as a Life Mastery Consultant.

I felt like a Jack of All Trades, but with no clear way to translate all of this into something that would speak to others, that could allow me to access my knowledge and experience and bring it to the world in a way that made sense. I was LOST.

Enter Marisa Murgatroyd and EPM! There's nothing like having a dynamo coach, a crystal clear program laid out in juicy-but-bite-sized pieces!

EPM and the ongoing connection to Marisa and all of the coaches as well as our online community, led me step-by-step to the excavating I needed to do to create my very first COMPLETED PROGRAM- and YourTrueNorthCalling.com was born!

Through EPM's processes and strategies- on a schedule that kept us MOVING and ACCOUNTABLE- I was able to dig in, do the work, make decisions and follow through. And guess what THAT turns into?

A completed product! A launch date! My first clients signed up to work with me!! I'm so grateful that I found Marisa and EPM. The engagement of this community is a reflection of the incredible care with which this course has been created and implemented. And in modeling how to create a product, engage a community, and cheer ALL of the players across the finish line, Marisa and her team are second to none in creating a process that I could finish. And if they could get me- with all of my mental noise and confusion- to that point, I believe that they can do the same for ANYONE!

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?

So many… 1st, EPM showed me that I DO have the answers I need, I DO know what I'm doing, and all I needed to implement all of that was a clear, well defined path, led by our fearless leader (Marisa) and her team of coaches!

2nd, I also learned- and experienced- that the value of community engagement cannot be underestimated...there was so much support from everyone at LYM, as well as our Facebook group...and it took every bit of that to support me to keep going when I was tired, and gave me a place to turn to when I felt lost.

How did EPM help you become successful?

EPM was not just another 'learn at your own pace' kind of program...like so many that I've done and never finished! What blew my mind during this time was the energy, the vitality that came out of being in such an engaged community, with such specific goals, cutoff points, well-defined actions to take.

Moving through this program was like having a coach running BESIDE me on the track to keep me moving; yelling in my ear when I was flagging or losing my way; cheering me on when I was tired and feeling overwhelmed or wondering if I had it in me to complete the tasks. (I did, and I did!)

There's so much that made it doable: the clarity of teaching points, the worksheets to remind me where I was heading, easy access to the training, the frequency of the coaching calls, the engagement our EPM community- and especially the weekly access to Marisa and her amazing team of coaches...all worked together so synergistically to keep me on track, moving forward- at times faster than I thought I could- to hit my milestones.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?

EPM has given me a new way of looking at my working process. I know that I can now return to any of the steps that we took, any of the coaching I received, and continue to refine, review, revisit and reiterate...and more importantly, NONE of those things need to stop me from presenting what I have NOW. As a recovering perfectionist, that's been a huge growth for me.

What has been the biggest change in your business?

I had been beating around the 'product creation bush' for YEARS. Thinking about...wondering if maybe...ALWAYS stopped because I didn't feel like I had the criteria or clear feedback to know if what I was thinking about was viable or clear or...or...or...

But now, with the help of Marisa and Coach Susan, and my team- along with the generosity of this entire tribe of my fellow EPMers- I now have a completed product! And I can talk about it. I can define what I do, and how I do it! I now have a process that I can take people through, to support them to do the inner work that will move them from where they are to where they want to be, bringing their work into the world in a way that feels almost sacred to them.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?

I'm so excited to take my current clients through my beta version in a 1:1 format. This was something I was so afraid to do before...I always thought I'd be marketing to groups, so that I could stand back and let people take themselves through 'at their own pace'.

But now I realize that this is going to be the most exciting way to go through my process with these clients, and take their feedback and incorporate it into the next iteration of my course. I'll get to learn what's good so far, and what I can do even better. I don't have to have all the answers!

I can continue to learn and grow, and NOT put the pressure on myself to be perfect; instead I get to get better. That's the most exciting thing- that I'm allowed to grow through this process!

Your Mission Accomplished Story

Before EPM I had a program that only had one level. People would join, but not take action. They would commit at the lowest level and not get the kind of results I knew they were comfortable with. After EPM they worked harder, competing in a healthy manner to get results. I had one client that got 24 students in 8 weeks and another that got 13 students. Everyone that took most of the actions got 3 or more students.

I had been thinking about launching an internet business for years- it seemed so complicated and my IT skills just weren’t up to it – sales funnels, done for you copy (which obviously wasn’t), automatic email sequences that weren’t. I commissioned a website from a designer that I found difficult to update myself. None of it took off. I had a large FB tribe, but only posted inspirational items on it.

When I saw Marisa’s video for EPM, her commitment to her students and her own success I thought - here is someone who knows how to do it, and with her guarantee – she obviously knows how to get me there too.

I gave EPM 100% commitment. I worked days and some nights on my product, while being distracted at times for example by family visiting us from Australia for Christmas.

I listened to every training module (excellent!), and attended or listened to every amazing coaching module, asking questions all the way.

The not so good news is that I didn’t make Mission Accomplished. The good news is that I did learn a phenomenal amount, thank you Marisa, Don, Murray, Mike and Christine.

I’m still not quite there yet, but I am still committed to hitting Mission Accomplished- even if that is at a slightly later date. I can’t say it has changed my life as yet, but I hope to be able to say that in weeks to come!

I was going to pospone touching base with my clients until 2020, but after taking module 1, I decided to offer these workshops, made the $ 2000 and all this while I was part of the time on holidays, and still was able to make it work! After that, I just dropped everything and will do course at own pace starting next week.

Your Graduation Story
Participating in EPM gave me the confidence I needed to design an information close to my heart. It gave me, among others, the clarity and knowledge (amazing knowledge) to know how to go about it. I've gained so much!

I decided to go for a French version of my information product first (because the need here is huge). I started from scratch, no list , nada, just my heart and my information. I need more time to reach Mission Accomplished but I know I'm on the right track. I spoke to one person, she loved it, she's gathering other Moms at her home and next month we'll get together for a The Start with an Experience Campaign. I know they are going to love it! This gives me more time to get ready too. I am reaching out to local organisations and they want to know more too.

One of the reason I need more time is that both my husband and daughter have health issues so I couldn't focus solely on EPM.
So thank you Marisa, Don, coach Samara and the whole EPM team, you're amazing!

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
That I am capable, I can do this :) and that I have all the tools and information I need to create a successful information product any time!

How did EPM help you become successful?
It gave me confidence and an understanding of the product creation process like never before!

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
Confidence to believe in my ideas and grow

What has been the biggest change in your business?
I stopped doing what I didn't like, and focused more on what I really wanted to do

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
Even if I need more time, I know I am on the right track and have the support of the training to go back to if necessary

I’ve been struggling with marketing for years and have bought several programs that weren’t right for me and didn’t get me anywhere. I’d basically given up focusing on marketing and decided to work in a clinic that gets practitioners clients, but this hasn’t turned in to a decent income after nearly 3 years and has been a financial struggle.

When I saw Marisa’s webinars for Experience Product Masterclass I was excited as she gives a whole process, from start to finish including coaching and was affordable even though I had to get a loan to do it. My thought was, “I hope this is it, it will get me through the other side of the struggle that I have had for years”.

I learned a heap. I think the biggest thing was that I understood why my business hadn’t taken off, because I don’t like talking to people about what I do with friends and strangers (which is my programming being brought up in a culture where you didn’t speak with strangers or talk with friends or family about what you did for work.) and was relying on flyers, business cards and a website.

In the early days, I had been doing healing fairs which did get me clients, but I had given up on that because it still didn’t seem to build my business consistently. In the end, I gave up on having a clinic and went to work in an office for just over a year, but still doing a bit of client work.

Most of the course details were new to me. I particularly loved doing the bird’s eye view because the process helped me to create a new product that I wasn’t fully aware of. For instance, I knew part of the steps but was delighted at how easy it was to become aware of the content that could be included in my program.

I didn’t accomplish my minimum target or anywhere near it, but what I did achieve were 3 new clients which was after giving them a taste of what I do and in that respect I got 100%. Unfortunately, one client only had one session because she had done a weekend course with a Guru and wanted to continue with him.

The coaching program wasn’t suitable for these 3 ladies and so I offered therapy instead. Part of the problem was that I had a very small number of people who responded to my survey, even though I had sent out 200+ emails, had contacted a lot of my friends and had sent out quite a number of free empowerment call vouchers to my old and more recent clients. The feedback from my friends and acquaintances was that they didn’t know of any women who were struggling to get over a past relationship.

I have a webinar coming up which unfortunately I couldn’t fit in before the deadline. I have 2 booked for that.

I’m disappointed on the results considering the effort and dedication and I put in. It took me heartache over a few days to narrow my niche which may have not been the best choice and also New Zealand is a very small population compared to USA.

Even so, the training is fantastic, well put together and comes with excellent support. I think that was the best thing, the online group coaching and access to a coach. Plus, of course, I can continue to improve on what I have learned. I’m not giving up!

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?

That I now know what I need to do, that I need to be focused on connecting with people on a daily basis and remembering to chatter box.

And to be much more consistent in providing value. In the past, I think that I've tried to do too much at once and because I didn't get results, I gave up.

How did EPM help you become successful?

I don't feel successful right now. I haven't reached mission accomplished or sold any of my programs. What has happened is that I have 2 new clients, so not sure exactly what I will earn from that. (I had another one but she pulled out after session 1 due to choosing to follow a Guru's work).

But I do have another webinar on the 12th Feb. I had 2 people interested in it but couldn't get a time in before 5th Feb due to having clients in the evening and the evening that I allowed for it not being suitable.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?

I feel much more confident in connecting with people. In fact I did a cold call last week, but for a different business and was surprised that I didn't feel nervous. I feel more positive that my business will take off as I now have a step by step process for it.

What has been the biggest change in your business?

The new knowledge that I can apply to my business and the increased confidence I have in myself. I have to say that this time of year is the worst time in NZ for launching something. We are in summer time and 6 week holidays. Then we have 2 public holidays 1 end of Jan and 1 first week in Feb. So things don't get started here again until after the Feb holiday.

Mmm, I really have to remember to change from a therapy model to a coaching model. I got a new client yesterday through the clinic I work at and didn't offer her a program but sessions on a 4 weekly basis prepaid. I really have to get offering a program wired in to my brain!

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?

Looking forward to working with my tribe/clients and going through the program. I have set up a FB page. I'm also excited how the program can help my relationship coaching business.

Your Mission Accomplished Story

In our work with cost-conscious indie authors, it was clear the majority did not have resources to publicize their books. To help authors create book awareness, we created the FreshUp, a life-style graphic featuring the author's book cover. Authors can use the graphics on Facebook, in emails, blog posts, etc. and so gain attention for their books with an expected increase in book sales. In our small beta program, we are working with 6 month blocks so we can track the effect on book sales.

Your Graduation Story
OUTSTANDING!
As Marrisa first landed into my inbox, I was magnetized to the way she thinks, delivers and graciously GIVES to her community (which is no small village).

I entered this program thinking I would create a business around my hypnotherapy business. Halfway through, I realized I needed to take an entirely new path and integrate my biofeedback program. I've taken many courses on how to deliver a course, but the multiple ways to touch a client, wow a client and create a path for a client that engages them into a world class experience is missed - everywhere else.

Watching Marrisa laser coach is worth $2K in itself. I'll miss seeing this brilliant mind, along with the rest of her incredible team. OH YAH - customer support? I felt like they were my BUD's! So engaging, I felt valued, and needs were delivered NINJA fast.

So what did I walk away with? A launch that I will iterate to excellence, allowing individuals to free up their mental, physical, spiritual and emotional health in just 15 minutes or less a day. NET NET: A proven process with all the right tools to enable my clients to make breakthroughs at every level in their life, health and beauty. I cannot wait to take it 10 steps further at EPM Message to Money Live! SO THANKFUL!

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Iterate to AWESOME. The paradigm is in creating a great customer experience - and compelling mission.

How did EPM help you become successful?
Create a NEW side gig - that has become a passionate new path for a career in the future.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
Honestly, this was completely exhausting, but it should be. I'm beyond thankful to have evergreen videos and support to go back to as I continue to create my programs.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
EVERYTHING. I have a new way of thinking and a new paradigm of how to deliver in all future business offerings.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
Message to Money Live - so that I can pull in the big picture and create a stronger ecosystem.
