Having been a Real Estate Broker for over 40 years, I have experienced the "rewards" of the up and down marketplace with both great success and excruciating failure. Still working the business when a couple of strokes took me down at 74, my wife convinced me to retire and enjoy the fruits of our labor. We traveled the world for the next six years until she quickly and quietly passed away with brain cancer. Now 80, having lived longer than I anticipated and with diminished savings and income, I decided to re-ignite my real estate career in Hawaii in a new relationship. I studied and received my Hawaii broker license but neither the business nor the relationship were getting off the ground smoothly.

I returned to the mainland in San Diego, my old stomping grounds, and initiated my studies of on-line business oriented to the real estate field. Since I had gone through the "retirement" process myself, I anticipated and planned this would be my niche. My last 10 years of active real estate prior to retirement had been mostly with investment properties and I was finding that the residential real estate business had changed dramatically in the ensuing 18 years. I was struggling with the machinations of on-line gurus with successful programs that could lead to my real estate success and nothing was producing the necessary results. I was now broke and deeply in debt with a minimal Social Security check when I came across one more program that excited me enough to deepen my debt and dive in. It was the Experience Product Masterclass with Marisa!

This was different! There was still the enthusiasm of our leader in spades but there was also daily hand-holding, weekly coaching sessions, feedback through the Checkpoints, extremely well-outlined progress metrics and a guarantee that could only come from one who was convinced of her program. Although I did structure my program with a "product" and anticipate it's future manifestations will lead to a steady stream of clients, the zero dollars collected in the 10 weeks is not a true measure of my success. I have three committed clients and hereby declare my Mission Accomplished.

I can already see avenues of assistance that I can provide to the modern retiree that will enhance their lives meaningfully and add to my streams of revenue. My Last Hurrah has begun!

Your Graduation Story
So I started this program with every intention on hitting mission accomplished by all means necessary, but Murphy's Law got in the way. As it turned out half way through the program, I had to abandon the business and niche I had been working on for years due to a conflict with my current job.

As a Physician Assistant(PA) in pain management I have been learning how to get out of neck and back without narcotics, injections or surgery. That is what my program was all about, until my current supervisors found out what I was doing.

As a PA, I am licensed to practice medicine under a Physician(in my case 3). In spite of my disclaimers and contract I would have my clients sign saying this is for educational purposes only, my docs were too worried about me being sued and it falling back on them. So in order to keep the only pay check coming in to pay the bills, I had to take all my videos and pages down!

So, I started over from scratch. I decided to go with the one subject that excited even me more than neck/back pain. The more I thought about it, I have read more books and watched more videos in this subject then my old niche. Even in the office when I spoke with my patients, if they said anything about having or wanting to start a business(especially an online business) I perked up. My visit turned into business discovery session. So, I decided to start helping new entrepreneurs get their business up online and their first clients.

As for the program, it has everything I need to get my program up and running. I was impressed by the thoroughness of it all. I had to rush through the second half to complete the program because it took me a minute to figure out my new direction but I have all the tools to see it through.

Thanks You!

My biggest breakthrough was simply (and powerfully) that the fear of reaching out to strangers only lasts as long as you don't reach out, cause within a couple of minutes of chatting with a stranger they are no longer a stranger! lol

Also that I just had to be me and drop all the scripts, speak from my heart and let the other free to do whatever they want... and that seems to be the ticket for my kind of work (its very intense and profound introspection and energy work and not everyone is ready for it so its important it be laid out as is and let the person's soul take over to say yes…

Give us an example of a core experience you implemented in your product. What specifically did you do to experiencify your program?
Lots of community and emotional escalation.

I had a mountain of ideas, information, and possibilities weighing down on my shoulders for years. I've been curious about online courses and coaching and so I've purchased at least 10 info-marketing and online business programs over the past 10 years.

I've applied concepts from those programs to my other businesses, but none of those courses inspired me or led me to take action as a whole on what I was learning and actually create what was promised. I never wanted to be an expert or sell a $2000 course that wasn't as valuable as a $15 business book or a free youtube video.

And that mountain on my shoulders was preventing me from moving forward within this business model.

I signed up for Experience Product Masterclass because the marketing around the launch was so powerful and I wanted to see if I could apply that to an eCommerce business. But I was thinking of starting a new business and I had a course idea that I thought could work alongside it.

During the 10 weeks, my idea completely changed and then changed again. And then again. And I ended up serving a completely different niche.

The entire experience was structured in a way that motivated me to keep moving forward and experiment. It was familiar but new and my points of view on certain ideas shifted and were expanded. As I embraced the experience, I was able to let go of my ego and my "know how" and resistance to the process and my need for perfection.

Finally, everything came together and I had a way to start where I was.

The mountain was lifted off of my shoulders.

As a result of EPM, I am now taking my first steps in exploring coaching as a business. And I'm excited and confident to be able to actually help my clients get the results they are after.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
I got my first paid coaching client.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
Before EPM I had purchased no less than 10 info marketing and course creation programs. I applied info from those courses to my physical products businesses, but I never moved forward in creating a course or coaching program. I never felt the value I received from those courses was more than a free course or the value of a $30 book on the same subject. And I never felt comfortable launching a huge course just to see if it was something I enjoyed. After EPM I was able to see how experiencing coaching and courses can have a greater impact on delivering results to the client and I've found a way that I can experiment with the process to see if I want to move forward in this business space.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
Potential impact and helping clients actually get results.

Is there anything else you would like to add?
Although it wasn't from my "official" EPM product. I also made $97 from a product I scrapped that I ended up tabling for now. And I have a commitment for $24000 from a marketing client as a result of EPM.

Your Graduation Story
If there’s something to be said about investing in yourself, I would say that it’s one of the most important things one can do for themselves to feed their inspiration and motivation. With that said, I have been known to have shiny object syndrome and buy programs and never complete them as well. That was not the case with Marisa’s program though. I worked steadily on this program like it was my job, and mostly because it was going to help me create my job. I ended the program at #10 on the leaderboards for completion, which even though I didn’t keep up on who was in the lead, it was a nice pat on the back after completing the program without hitting mission accomplished.

I knew going into this program that I would most likely need more time to complete the type of program I wanted to complete, yet I really didn’t know for sure so I aimed to finish by the deadline. I have done other sprinting programs before and was ready for something that was going to go deeper and EPM definitely delivered, but it still takes time once you learn all the tools. When I started to realize that I had more on my plate than the remaining time allowed for, I began to struggle and started hitting walls with my progress. I got sick for the last two months of the program and still worked on it daily, but it sure didn’t make it easy. Even though I came to an understanding and acceptance in where I was at and that my timeline was just different from the program and felt truly okay with this, my health still didn’t improve and I still struggled.

I am still under the weather, but I am not giving up and I’m still chipping away at launching and creating a membership site, and will listen to my body and intuition to see what my timeline is. Everything in my life is a process that I learn from and I tend to view all my experiences this way and see the value where others might not. I am so grateful that I did EPM and made great connections and learned so much from really good, authentic people. Receiving feedback on my work was priceless, and so important because my program is personal development and so hard to pin down and identify the right words to describe it in a way that will reach my clients, and right at the end, I think I finally nailed it. So thank you and I can’t wit to meet everyone at M2M Live!!

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
That's hard. Narrowing my niche/mission/ problem-solution and the feedback I received form Mike and Marisa, but was also learning so many new tools and feeling like I am not in the dark anymore about how a lot of things work or what's currently expected in today's marketing movement, and just really excited about Heroic and Xperiencify.

How did EPM help you become successful?
By helping me narrow my focus and identify my mission. Also by learning how to market myself and feeling closer to a greater community of other like-minded individuals doing the same thing. Working on things alone is just that, it makes you feel alone and community is very important to me to help me feel like I am in the flow that others are also riding.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
It has caused me to redirect my focus again and to know where I am headed. Before the program, I was struggling because I had experiences another program a year before that was extremely expensive and made a lot of false promises and put me back into debt because I didn't realize I would have to pay a lot more money to get the help I needed to make my money back. This was really hard on me and I took a break to rebuild my faith and direction again, but was watching myself fall into a slump again. Then, very last minute, I stumbled upon your campaign and it seemed like the next right step to get myself back in gear and it did just that.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
Getting focused and organized with my direction and content.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
I am excited that I can start at my own pace and that I will be successful, even if it is a gradual process. I am just happy to know that I am making it happen and don't feel the stress or pressure to do it any other way that what is right for me. Granted, the sooner I start making money the better, but I finally feel that is the natural outcome that is waiting for me.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
This is a lot of work, and it can be a LOT of FUN too! Also I have to iterate my way to awesome :-)

How did EPM help you become successful?
The video about the pricing was super helpful for me... Following what Marissa taught there, I just went from $397 to $497, and that way I was able to make $4970 instead of $3970 since I sold 10 spots for my course. I was afraid to go any higher on the price, because I thought people would not buy, but after trying this out I found my conversions stayed the same :-)

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
I'm feeling more confident about my ability to create products that really deliver the goods, which in turn will help me keep increasing my revenue.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
I'm thinking about and strategizing my product creation process in a very different way now. Before I was making around 6k a month, and last month I made $8960! And that was the result of only partially applying Marisa's teachings... I'm looking forward to seeing what happens next when I finish experiencifying my products.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
My people getting real results and coming back for more :-)
