Thank you for an incredible experience! My biggest takeaway is how important it is to be clear about who it’s for and what results they’ll have so that you can describe it in such a way that people say “oh, I know someone who needs that!” While I’m excited about delivery right now, and making their experience of it great, I’m also excited to keep iterating it for next time so that more people enroll!

I really appreciate the help and support that I got from EPM. It can be so overwhelming trying to figure out all the tech stuff as well as writing your own copy and knowing what to say that will make people want to buy from you. EPM was helpful with that for me. I now have the confidence to not only create quality programs in the future but I know how to market them effectively to other people in a way that is alligned with me.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
My biggest takeaway from EPM- your clients will become raving fans and succeed more when you offer them an experience that exceeds their expectations.

How did EPM help you become successful?
I think EPM was very wonderful with regards to the support and encouragement that they gave along the way. Having the coaches, the checkpoint document, the tech help on Fridays. All of that was very helpful.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
It's helped me to keep moving forward without being afraid that I don't have what it takes or have enough resources to move forward.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
Before, I really didn't know where to start with regards to marketing and writing, but EPM provided so many examples as well as step by step processes to get me moving forward.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
The fact that I can use and implement these lessons with any product I want.

Your Graduation Story
I came into EMP 2019 with a lot of hope. I saw the course last year as I had been following Marisa and Live Your Message for a while.
I’ve tried other courses with middling or no success. One thing I learned about those, and it was something Marisa made clear, you have to implement actions at the right stage of your business. I’m a coach and fit best at the call me stage of business. EPM a would be just that for me.
So I began to learn, and put things into action. It felt good and it felt hard. There was a lot of stuff I didn’t know. Marisa has a way of taking complicated things and making them easy for others to understand. Like a trailblazer who beats a path for herself and then encourages others to follow. (Maybe like Indy, taking the leap across the chasm, then throwing stones across the path to show others where to walk).
No only was there stretch goals to reach there was stretch learning. There was so much content. And the content wasn’t just how to stuff (although there was plenty of that). She gave us tools to overcome our fears and resistance. As we entered a new module she gave us just in time trainings to move forward and to conquer our fears.
I didn’t make it to mission accomplished but I have learned and implemented so much. And I’m still moving forward.
I have one thing that really sticks out form the trainings that keeps coming back to me. We were talking about putting things in place to set you up for success or that create space for you to focus. The words ”You can’t afford not to” have stuck with me. If I want it to work, my new business, then there are lots of things I couldn’t afford not to do. That has moved me forward on every occasion.
This week I took the keys of a small office, to allow me to focus, because I couldn’t afford not to!
This week I met with some key people that will give me access to new networks, because I couldn’t afford not to.
This week I bought software I needed to do my work, because I couldn’t afford not to.
Next week I will continue to move forward and take action that will get me to mission accomplished, because I couldn’t afford not to.
I’m excited about the future, I know it’ll be plan c or plan d as I iterate my way to awesome.
Thanks Live your message team. It’s been a while ride and I feel like I’m just going to go climb back in and keep riding until I get there

Really out priced myself to just a few select clients who could only get the experience if they were willing to pay 100,000 to 500,000.00 USD for a product. Now I will offer pieces of the same program and expand my universe. I don't know if this is right however willing to give it a try. Thanks for the program. A lot of this wasn't new however delivered in a way that stuck thank you for that. Great Program. Tompkins

A long overdue #MissionAccomplished update—so, so grateful for this program, for Marisa's work, and for all of you showing up powerfully and sharing your progress here.

I kind of fell off the wagon about halfway through, getting caught in the weeds and a bit overwhelmed by some immediate financial needs I had to meet. But in the end, when I refocused, went back and implemented some of the things I was learning in EPM,

I was able to hit "Mission Accomplished" in the 11th hour (Marisa's inspirational message was a huge support for me, just in time)—creating two new 1:1 clients through the processes of "Start with An Experience" and the "Chatterbox" campaign—two things I had a *lot* of resistance to for a few reasons but kept plugging away with in the ways that felt right for me.

In the end, I was able to have intimate conversations and send tailored offer emails to a few clients I knew I could work with and serve at higher levels... and you know what? Two of them said yes and purchased. The third also said yes, but is waiting until the end of a work project next week.

With just the two clients, I created $4,830 by creating powerful experiences for them and meeting them where they were, and we started their programs last week. As much as I didn't want to do 1:1 clients right now, it's what I needed at this stage of what I'm creating in the spiritual nonconformance sector. (That was another point for me; trying to “not” go the “spiritual development” route… even though that’s been my work and what I’ve been seeing in the conversations I’d been having.

I still have more articulation to do here, and am so grateful for EPM pushing me over the edge into massive, inspired, empowered action in ways I never have before. And after initial sessions (and a few of the Start With An Experience sessions that didn’t result in paying clients), those people have already made huge shifts and I have served my purpose in being of highest service to them.

So, so much gratitude. And always, so much to learn. So stoked to head to M2MLive this week and to have the EPM materials to continue to dig into and “iterate my way to awesome” over and over again, with this Spiritual Non Conformance program as well as the Diversity & Inclusion program I've been outlining.

Again—many thanks for this program, this space, and all of your comments and engagement here (even when I wasn't showing up as powerfully as I intended).

I love my yoga studio, but it's felt like we've been spinning our wheels for several years now. We had students who said they wanted more, but what we were offering wasn't resonating and we weren't seeing the interest or uptake in anything beyond our regular classes.

I had decided that I wasn't going to buy EPM until I watched the webinar, and in it I was won over by Marisa's enthusiasm and devotion to seeing us succeed. And I was struck with the realisation that that I could do nothing and we'd still be at this same point next year.

10 short weeks later and we have another service, another revenue stream and very happy students. A day long event that our students loved and were begging for more. We've got a second date scheduled and I have the tools and mindset to make it an even bigger success. All of which, wouldn't have happened without EPM.

Thank you Marisa and Team EPM.

Your Graduation Story
My Graduation Story – John Maskell

I learned about EPM in the closing hours on the last day of the promotion from a friend who phoned, gave me URL for the promotion and said simply – this is perfect for you. I watched about half the promotional video and then got on a chat with Coach Debra. I explained that I absolutely wanted to get in on the program; I didn’t have a credit card to use, I could send a money order for the first payment in a few days. Somehow she made it happen. Six days later I was in. I was starting from a year long drought in getting new customers into my business.

The first big challenge was catching up. After getting a sense of the whole program and deciding I wanted, I needed, to do everything , I started with Niche Down and Profits Up and by then I was already more than a week behind. My strategy became to create a one day in-person experience product to give myself a platform from which to upsell coaching products I’m already experienced and certified in. this one-day new product was set at a $497 price point. I tried some trial chatterbox and survey marketing. It did not go well. During the Christmas/New Year’s break I asked myself, “Why create a new experience product requiring myself to develop new knowledge and new virtual skills for which I hae little background in order to generate an upsell platform to market and sell experience products I already have. Why not use my new EPM knowledge and skills I’m developing to go straight to selling the experience products I already have.

So, in consultation with Coach Uwe I decided to pivot. I renamed my best, already existing, most enjoyable to deliver experience product, added some beginning and ending components for the marketing to make it a full 15 week program, changed the price point to $1,997 and pivoted to marketing the new name, “Frustration to Flourishing: Announcing The Inner Journey To Awesome”.

I found this a very exciting idea. I reviewed a lot of my learning to date and crafted a series of seven e-mail posts leading to a chatterbox call early in the campaign and/or a Discovery/Enrollment call later in the campaign. I also tripped over some marketing mind-fuck stuff – but I already knew that was to be expected so I just ploughed on. I conducted my campaign form January 20, 2020 for seven days. I sent my e-mails out to an e-mail list of 175 people anticipating that I would net 2-5 sales. One sale would net me to Mission Accomplished; three sales would get me past my target goal; five sales would get me to my stretch goal.

I launched full of enthusiasm in the wee hours of January 20th, so that everyone would have their first e-mail of the campaign on Monday morning. On the seventh day I stayed up until 3:00am – midnight PT. During the following seven days I received no opportunities for a chatterbox call and no requests for a discovery call. I ended the campaign empty handed.

The next morning I had a dream. In this dream I was at a very large conference – way more than a thousand people and meals were accommodated in two sittings. My partner and I were in the first sitting and placed at a table of 8 with a family of two parents and four kids. Something strange happened with the kids meals, the family of six disappeared and my partner and I were postponed to the second sitting. In the second sitting it came to light that the special diet meals we had pre-ordered had been thrown in the garbage by the kitchen staff when they were not claimed by the wait staff in the first sitting. The head waiter was called and I made all kinds of suggestions, but none of them fitted with what was currently available in the kitchen. The Maitre d’ was called and was full of explanations and apologies. He explained that his entire staff was super busy, the kitchen would have to send out for special food and asked, if we could just wait until after the mealtime was finished and he would personally make it up to me. With that promise, the dream faded.

I lay silently reflecting and feeling like the experience of the dream is mirroring my experience of the ending of EPM. The multiple special meals I’ve been designing and ordering are postponed until after mealtime, AND when they arrive they’ll be better than I can imagine.

Rather than feeling let-down at the end of the campaign, I examined my campaign carefully to ask myself where I had “mis-cued”. I immediately started calling the people I knew best to discover, in their view, what had not connected with my campaign. I approached four new people who had not been in my campaign in an attempt to salvage at least one sale. I generated several new ideas for different approaches and/or new products I could generate with all the new EPM knowledge and skills I now have.

By midnight PT, January 31st, 2020, I have no sales. I have filed 192 XPs and 96 XXXPs, but no sales. I have graduated

This EPM experience has changed my whole attitude to marketing and self-promotion. I have a new enthusiasm for marketing and sales. Up to this point in my ""business"" life, I have relied and depended on referral business and have done very little in the way of marketing and sales. I now understand why/how I've been sabotaging my own marketing efforts; I have broken through those blockages. I regard these ""breakthroughs"" as success even though I don't yet have money in hand. I find myself expecting to enjoy marketing and sales.
In fact, I find myself looking for the “MDNA” button … Mission Damn Near Accomplished.

Note:
The hard times make the good times better
AND
No matter how good things get ...
The Best is Yet to Come.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
I have a new enthusiasm for Marketing and sales

How did EPM help you become successful?
I now understand why/how I've been self-sabotaging my own marketing efforts, I have broken through those blockages. The fact that I made zero sales preserved me from a "let down" that can happen when a campaign is finished. Instead, I immediately began examining the experience and I've had several insights of what I could do differently and several ideas of new product ideas I could put through the EPM process. I regard these "breakthroughs" as success even though I don't yet have money in hand.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
It has changed my whole attitude to marketing and self promotion. Up to this point in my "business" life, I have relied on, and depended on referral business and have done very little in the way of marketing and sales. I have been much more "responsive" to market opportunities than I have been proactive about creating them.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
ME! Things may not look greatly different from the outside so far - but looking at me from the inside, I really like the person I am becoming - and that's a result of the insights and enthusiasm shared by EPM, Marisa, Murray and Coaches Uwe and Don Crowther.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
Marketing, creating, selling and delivering my existing and new Experience based products that feature me inspiring and training other people.

Ray A Strohl

Here is my story of my adventure to MISSION ACCOMPLISHED.

I had ideas on how I could help people improve their lives. I created a website using Wordpress. The problem was I had no idea how to market it. No idea. No help. I was told the best way was an email list. I had no contact list. No email list. I was a complete novice.

I was receiving webinar invites for high price do it yourself courses. I needed more than that. Other webinars spent most of the time pushing upsells by known people.

I had no idea who Marisa Murgatroyd and Murray Gray were until a first time invite came. I listened. No upsells at that point. I came aboard for marketing. I did not have any cash available for the course. I had no client base.

In college, I ran away from some psychology courses, unless they were required for my degree. So no coaching business like others. Ivette and I talked about the 9 pay. I was given a lot of leeway on getting the first payment together. Thank you, Ivette.

In retrospect, I believe it was divine intervention that sent Marisa, Murray, Don, Coach Samara Stone, Christine, and others to me. I put my faith in my G-D to lead me. I believe he did.

I was late starting. Then came Coach Samara, who pushed on me hard at times. I know I pissed her off a couple of times. Out of the trainings came my product title, a very unique one. Getting me to concentrate on relieving stress. I haven’t forgotten my other concepts. Only that I’m going to feed them off the concept of reducing stress and anger first.

I had no clients. No contacts for chatterbox campaign. Then about a month ago, Coach Samara yelled at her group do something to get started, whether it is good or bad. She scared me. That night, I decided, that my best way to get out into the public eye was a Facebook business page. My chatterbox. It went live the next day. Since then, it has exploded.

My next step is a more structured chatterbox campaign, giving the public what they need, less stress, less anger. Then my course that I designed, Relieve Stress - The Kabbalah Way.

Today, I just hit the MISSION ACCOMPLISHED amount.

Thank you, Marisa, Murray, Don, Christine, Ivette, and the other members of LYM team for your support. You, all, were heaven sent to me. Thank you once again.
