thanks to EPM I finally understand what makes any product GREAT. I had no idea what marketing really meant-even after researching and studying it with many different business mentors. It never really stuck-never fully grasped the true understanding of it. That all changed with EPM! I know exactly what successful marketing is all about, and the best part is that it's not forced. I finally have my product idea clear and i know what to do every step of the way in order to finalize the finished product. Even though I didn't hit mission accomplished yet, I know I will. All thanks to this wonderful and outstanding program. I wouldn't change a thing!

We have developed this great workshop for expectant parents that we know is useful for every first time parent. We were only able to sale it a handful of times. We did get great reviews from everyone who took the workshop, we were just not able to consistently fill up the classes every month. We tried different things like social media, Instagram stories, facebook post. We spend time and energy in it but nothing really paid off. We were told to create funnels and just the thought of doing that made us stop right there. One Saturday afternoon Suyin text me that I have to log onto that webinar where we got and email from earlier this week. I was somewhat hesitant but FOM kicked in and I logged on. In the mean time Suyin quickly told me what it was all about. It didn't take me long before I realised that we had to sign up for the program from Marisa (don't forget that I trust my business partner Suyin and when she thinks it is a good idea to do something, well....) I signed up for our business and Suyin quickly followed as a silent participant. We were excited and felt that this was something that we could do and we would see results. Working the program was doable and fun. We took all these small steps, created what was needed and moved forward. Realizing that all these small steps would be part of our blue print. Because everything was broken down in these small doable steps we never felt overwhelmed and at the end of each module we knew that we were on the right track and that this would bring us closer to our goal. We realized that we can sell this workshop. When we stopped and were discouraged in the past we now knew that we had a great product and we knew how to sell it. We chatter boxed and we had fun with it. We used our features and benefit statement, something we had not done before. And all of the sudden we had our first sale, we were in shock. This was the first time we really felt that we had done something that really worked. Our first sale was quickly followed by our second sale. And these clients suggested to use to create a workshop for grandparents too and offer CPR courses for new parents and grandparents. Not only did we get two sales but more workshops in the pipeline. Our third sale took some more chatterboxing from both of us and the result is a registration for a private workshop. The one thing that I realized is that there is always another step to take, another chance to chatterbox, follow up email to send. Before we did EPM I would feel defeated if someone did not sign up, now I understand why they did not sign up. We did not have a birds eye view for them or a clear picture of what product deliverables we would send them. Having all this information worked out and ready to access when we need it is a great help and when we chatterbox about our workshop it becomes more natural to speak about it. We enjoyed this program, learned so much and are ready to develop workshops that our clients are asking for.

Suyin and I are successful postpartum doulas. We have worked with new families for many years and we know that the workshop we have developed over the years to prepare new parents for life after their baby is born is needed. We only had a sale here and there and were struggling to get classes full. We have invested time and money on other business programs but we never saw great (or any) results. We also never had the feeling that what we were learning from it or being advised what to do made sense to us. There was always a big push to develop funnels and spend lots of time on social media with no immediate or long term result On a Saturday afternoon Suyin told me that I had to log onto that webinar that we got an email about earlier that week. I did and Suyin quickly told me what it was all about. Listening to Marisa made sense to us, although I did not have heard everything she was talking about that afternoon, I signed up for her program. Suyin quickly signed up as my “silent” partner. From the beginning this all made sense. We worked on one small step at a time and did not get overwhelmed by everything that we knew what was ahead of us and might become challenging. The small tasks were manageable. We got a clear idea about what our workshop offers and we learned what was important for our clients, what they wanted to know from us before they would sign up with us. We were starting to feel excited again and learned that we did not need to have everything perfect and ready to go before we start selling our program, progress over perfection. At first we both were a little bit intimidated by the idea of chatter boxing but because we now knew how to chatter about our workshop and how to pivot during the conversation, it became fun. We chatter boxed a lot and we now see how this can be our main selling strategy. We got our first sale and our second sale came right after, they are friends and will take the workshop together. Our third sale took some more time but it ended up being a 1:1 sale, a big win for us. One of the many things we have learned is that there is always another option, try again, try it differently and don’t give up.

I have wanted to start creating online programs now for several years but I was struggling to figure out how to convert in person trainings to effective online programs. I joined EPM and learned the value in having a clear process, the right supports in place (tech support, coaching support, moral support, training support) that has helped me to move beyond the blockages I was experiencing and into a learning / growth mindset. I now have a concrete plan for the program that involves an initial offering (my MVP) and plans for a full program of related courses that will be marketable in the corporate world. While I have launched my program I still have work to do to enrol participants, run the Beta program and start seriously marketing it to potential client groups. Thank you.

Your GRADUATION Story
I was having uncertainty as to how I should grow my business that I have had for 5 years doing 1:1 with discounts. I had return clients but they didn’t come back soon enough so that they continue to heal from their traumas , I wasn’t sure what to do and I freely giving my value and time to women in crisis because I care for them and want the hurt to go away. i was feeling frustrated at times not knowing what to do and was resolved that this is the way it will be I supposed. I joined EPM and the new thing I realized is that I couldn’t help everyone. I’ve heard it before but needed help to truly understand it. I picked one problem with the solution and changed it four times during this course just as Marisa said we would (can I just say she knows her stuff). I’ve reiterated without feeling less than about myself but found other minimum viable products I can use and feel the slow creativity grow. I have made a few 15% pivots to reiterate my AWESOMENESS and I have shared my training and the course that I am launching to those I know and meet. I have not made a sale but the result is that I have discovered I have tremendous value with what I can do with my MVP and I have learned more in this course than I have in the seven years of coaching courses I’ve bought into and or signed up for. Marisa you are the Queen Bee of buisness coaching and personal self development. I thank you from the bottom of my heart

Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story
I was having the problem of not knowing how to launch a program with what I do to make sustainable income and help women who suddenly struggle with balancing life. As an emotional release coach, I wasn’t sure what to do and I would get stuck, feel anxious and frustrated. I joined EPM and I learned that I can target one problem affecting that one woman…my ideal client. I was able to dial in who she is and created my product and is on the table for me to review, pivot if need be and prepare to launch

Have a domaine name and hosting I’ve learned the deeper details in marketing a product and I have the confidence that comes with knowledge. I will share this course with anyone who wants to build their business and not waste time or money. My biggest take away is to JUST DO IT!! Even if it was a small step, with our family in crisis’, the discouragement, mental exhaustion, I didn't give up…kept pushing ahead and JUST DID IT! I have the resilience despite my struggle the first 6 weeks catching on with technology and the whole process but by me not giving up I finally caught on. I’m proud of myself and I can do anything!! With practice, getting my 100 no’s and collecting data, I believe that I can sell any experience product that I desire.

"I would like to be a a part of your staff and be the group coach for those who are lacking in understanding Ainslee from the get go. I truly believe that if I had a full understanding how Ainslee worked, I would’ve finished the product in time to do all the other challenges and would have had my product ready to launch. I would have had the time and the mental capacity to connect with my coach to get help on the most important thing to me, which was to have that my MVP ready to go when it should’ve been.

With the dozen connections that I had made in the group where we all struggled with the same situation, that is not figure out Ainslee and lost so much time.

But now, that I know how to use Ainslee here we are down to the wire, and I am not going to get all the assets that I would love to have had with her. When I make my money back when I prove my product… I will be back to take another course. There is no doubt in my mind about that! Thank you Marisa and Murray for all the bonuses, trainings, videos that we get to keep so that we can continue moving forward and not get stuck. You are my tutor, so please don’t take anything away (other than Ainslee of course) Much Love and Hugs

" I have been struggling to build my school- The Fire Mountain School of Chinese Martial Arts and Energy Fitness Training for many years. When covid hit, I moved all my classes online and things began to come together. 2020 was one of our best years. My students legitimized my system with their transformative success and I wanted to find ways to extend the reach of the system to help more people, but I did not know-how.

I had taken one of Alina Vincent's entrepreneur courses on Facebook and she was encouraging us to reach out to people to see what they wanted and if they would be interested in a training.

In light of the recent turmoil, I decided I wanted to empower activists with the power of energy and adaptability and self defense. So I reached out to an old contact and asked if she would b interested in an online course for helping her organization deal with the stress of activism. She was very excited and we set a date to begin. I had no idea how I was going to do this, I was going to wing it. Then I received the invite to listen Marisa talk about dopamine and xp and xperiencify. Marisa had me at XP. I have been an gamer since I was a kid and in my mind training Chinese Martial Arts was a real world adventure of gaining xps and leveling up. The prospect of building courses wherein students could earn actual xp intrigued me.

I actually signed up shortly after the intro. As my Fight Right course approached, I realized I had no idea how I was going to pull it off so I signed up for the Mastermind program. My course began about the sometime the Mastermind began. It was a weird perspective to be running my first course while learning how to run a course. It has been quite a hustle, running my school, while going to school to learn the thing I was already trying to do! It went so well the second iteration kicked of last week. It was a trade off. I did not watch all the videos I needed to graduate, but I did hit Mission Accomplished. The course paid for itself. Thank you. Even if it didn't and I was eligible for the money back guarantee, I would not ask for the money. The experience of being in the course was invaluable - it taught me a great deal about running a course.

I have a lot to learn about marketing, selling, xperiencifying, and all the dozens of new skills and tools to learn.

The big take away, in addition to the new horizons of online transformation is the practice of Messaging My Live. Your tagline -""Live Your Message"" Struck me a couple of weeks ago. I could see that while I have done a great job living my message, I had failed to message my live. The congruency was off. I see that it needs to work in both directions Live your Message and Message Your Live. and have begun to change how I speak about what I do, how I do it and whom I do it for. It changes how I teach, lead, market and sell. I am learning to not not only do what my students and I live, but say it! Its very satisfying!

My school has grown since I began training with you. If you include my new students who are drawn to the product of my school which has been clarified and is more aligned with what I set out to do- I hit the stretch goal. Its not an online course in xperiencify, but it is a result of what I learned from xperiencify.

By they way, there are three more courses in the pipeline, one for students and families dealing with virtual learning, persons in recovery and the stretch - Empowering Entrepreneurs. In addition, I will be making an inline course for each of the forms that we offer in the school (Taiji, Bagua, Qi GIng, Gong Fu) so that our lineage can reach more people.

I have a lot of reasons to continue learning.

I am grateful for this product and I love the vision and purpose of your organization. It is admirable. Thank you.

I heard about EPM from a good friend who did the program herself. That's how I found out that this is what I need right now: I had just finished my MBA, and was already working on the same topic in my master's thesis, which now became my product. I was also a bit lucky in that because I think EPM is a great fit for what I offer, but not much for manufacturing companies that offer little service. That could have been better communicated. Back to my story. During EPM, I talked to a lot of acquaintances and customers, which was a very nice experience. I have rarely attended such a good continuing education course, let alone one so good in an online format. I am very grateful for this and take a lot away with me. Right now I am still waiting and hoping that those interested in my product will also buy.

My Mission Accomplished story I had just moved into a new city with my happy family – husband, toddler, baby in belly and the dog. A few months after my baby was born, my husband told me the marriage was over. My world fell apart – new city, new home, new baby… and now a single mother. At that same time I started going to a Dru Yoga class, which ended up being my saving grace. Being an early childhood teacher, I wondered if teaching yoga to kids would have the same benefits for them, and whether it would help empower them to navigate life with calm and confidence. I started creating yoga stories for kids, and started up a business teaching yoga to kids - The Yoga Garden. That was 17 years ago. For the past 5 years I had been talking about transitioning from teaching face to face to doing more business online so I can have a bigger reach and touch more hearts. Every year I seem to get to the end and nothing has changed… until now (almost). When I read about Marisa’s Experience Product Masterclass I thought this is my chance – Covid has granted me the time and space, now I just need to make the commitment. I signed up! 12 weeks later - the journey has been harder than what I expected with so many decisions from honing into my micro niche and defining pain points to getting mission statement just right - too many iterations to count. Getting the marketing campaigns right has been disappointing. Looking into FB groups has been frustrating with many of them not accepting my requests/posts to reach their community. I’ve made a series of posts on Canva to go up on Instagram but I don’t have a big following so I wonder how many people they will reach. I don’t have a big email list but I have a few personal contacts so decided on making a sales page to email out to friends. I put info about the course on my website, have handed out flyers and sent Whatsapp messages. I’ve had a few chats and conversations with people but none have as yet lead to any sign ups. It’s very much felt like 1 step forward and 2 steps back. My current tactic is to continue with having chats and conversations with people. I plan to have a small webinar/introductory session the week before the course starts up, which is just a week away. I’m not about to give up – I believe in what it is I have to offer, even though I still have to pull all the content together for the course. My long term goal is to start up an online yoga school for kids, offering live sessions twice a day – a morning class for children homeschooling and an afternoon class for kids at school to do when they get home. Offering a choice of 2 classes might also enable kids in other time zones to tune in. I still have a long way to go. I’m still not confident in using facebook, and I’m unsure how to go about creating a bigger email list. I’m wanting to learn how to use ActiveCampaign so I can set up an effective email campaign and I would like to set up my course in Xperiencify. I can see why there’s been resistance over the past 5 years. In essence I’m starting up a brand new way of operating. I’ve taken the first steps and will continue to put one foot in front of the other, I’ll continue to breathe and I’ll iterate my way to awesome. Hopefully there will be a lot of happy children at the end of it, feeling “de-lightfully ME”
