Your Mission Accomplished Story

In our work with cost-conscious indie authors, it was clear the majority did not have resources to publicize their books. To help authors create book awareness, we created the FreshUp, a life-style graphic featuring the author's book cover. Authors can use the graphics on Facebook, in emails, blog posts, etc. and so gain attention for their books with an expected increase in book sales. In our small beta program, we are working with 6 month blocks so we can track the effect on book sales.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
importance of being focused, strategic, market aware, and delivering in a way that allows clients to celebrate regular small or large wins.

How did EPM help you become successful?
employ engaging, bitesized components to help clients consume multiphase or multistep projects

Created the gateway product to a larger product line
