"I was having a challenge scaling up the business I have with my sister Kristina (who joined EPM with me). I knew creating a product beyond 1:1 and 1:few consulting is the way, but procrastinated it for a few years. I wasn’t sure what to do technically, did not make time for it and was unsure how to sell to a completely new global audience.

Being a part of EPM has been quite a journey for me!
It took me a little while to get going – and just as I was building some momentum, I got ill for 2/3 weeks in early January. Luckily, it was not the dreaded virus!
Having been a coach, blogger, and author for a number of years, I have dabbled with various online programs and projects, but it was only after I came across Marisa and EPM that finally found something that really resonated with me.
I have had this idea to launch my “Make It Happen Club” for 3 years – and through EPM I’ve finally created my flagship program “Make it Happen in 8 Weeks” to help people achieve a key goal in 8 weeks or less.
Having got my sales page up a few days go and chatter-boxing like crazy, I have had one sale already and a few more in the pipeline. But I still got to Mission Achieved with the cash that came into my business during EPM!
It has been so much hanging out with Coach @Jordan and the #DreamTeam – such a supportive environment.
And the weekly Monday calls with Marisa and the Implementation Friday calls were the highlights of my week.

Under a thatched nipa hut in the Philippines, swarms of airplanes were whooshing overhead and I asked my nanny, “What is going on?” She replied immediately, “Those are American airplanes shuttling the soldiers to the mountain where they can practice jungle warfare before they get deployed to fight the Vietnam War.” I was only 10 years old then, but the sad plight of the wounded soldiers flashed in my mind and asked myself, “Who would take care of them when they get wounded?” This impelled me to enroll in nursing college after high school. The Vietnam War ended though after I graduated and I found myself working in the Intensive Care Units, Post Anesthesia Care Units and became skilled in Case Management of patient care. The years spent in healthcare exposed me to appalling sights of deterioration in people’s health. Now I'm confronted not with wounded soldiers but with massive cases of sick people brought about by a combination of industrialized food production, comfortable, sedentary lifestyle and stresses of all kinds affecting the body physically, mentally and spiritually.
I am Cynthia M Llauder RN former CCRN, CPAN, Case Manager in patient care and
certified in Plant Based Nutrition by Cornell University. My family’s lineage is severely affected by Diabetes. Both of my parents and their predecessors perished from Diabetes Type 2. As a practicing nurse for over 45 years, I have had close and long exposure to conventional western medicine, as well as scientifically backed natural interventions. I have been a Type 2 Diabetic for almost twenty years now. I am adept in using natural and thus avoid the Polypharmacy Syndrome which may turn lethal. My modules referenced many health, medical studies, and researches relevant for management and prevention of Diabetes. It is my desire to encourage the afflicted to be diabetic conquerors and not to lose HOPE. I am imparting my nursing and personal experiences as a way of extending my LOVE and SERVICE to humanity.
To lighten up your spirits, I would like to share this story of Stephen with you. ~~~He had been a type 2 diabetic for over 30 years when he developed retinopathy on both eyes, worse on right than on left. Multiple laser treatments were done to control the bleeding on both eyes. His right eye became blind when the retina detached because of bleeding. The eye surgeon who was also his retina specialist attempted to put the retina back in place. One thing led to another and he ended up having a total of 3 surgeries. Second opinion was given by another specialist who established that “the eyeball is like a flat tire and beyond repair.” Later on, the second eye became blind as well due to the same problem. His wife told the specialist that any kind of invasive surgery will be deferred and will restore his eyesight at the cellular level using proper nutrition. During his recovery time, his driver’s license expired. He diligently took proper nutrition replete with glyconutrients in addition to his routinary diabetic care. His left eye eventually healed. From 20/80,000, his vision normalized to 20/60.5. To describe him as jubilant was an understatement when he passed the driving test again. On his last visit, the Retina Specialist told him that his services were no longer needed and that he can go back to his previous Ophthalmologist for follow up visits.~~~ The rest is history and the independence he gainfully enjoyed after is indescribable for himself and the whole family.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
Salvage diabetics from misery and lead them to a healthy path.
I wanted to shift my face-to-face workshop delivery online, I wasn’t sure what to do to make my course stand out. I joined the Experience Product Masterclass and realised it wasn't the content that was the issue! I turned up to all the coaching and saw how I would be able to make a product/service offering that filled my clients need and meant my diary wasn't going to be limited to helping a select few to thrive. EPM enabled me to increase my impact and reach.
I was having a problem getting my workshop converted into an online format. I joined EPM and realised I could create a different experience for my clients. I turned up every week and as a result of the coaching and my actions I have a well defined niche and an experience product that will help women transform their lives. <3
I was overwhelmed and confused, not being sure what to do next in order to re-boot a former coaching practice from a few years ago. I joined the EPM and discovered as straightforward, practical and down-to-earth process. I followed it, absorbed it (still am absorbing) and applied the methods, accepted and learnt from feedback, and now have a product complete with a process so I am ready and eager to offer this to the world, and another product is almost complete. Oh, and in the middle of the program I did a 360 degree pivot because I discovered what I was trying to develop, my first idea that I thought was brilliant, was far more nuanced and complex to market than I first realized. I will return to that one, but the one I choose after the pivot feels 100% better.
"With more than a decade of experience working in the health industry, we had generated numerous ideas for seminars and trainings, but we did not have a process for taking that knowledge and putting it in a usable format to attract an audience. We joined the EPM and discovered that it is easy to overcomplicate a startup process. Rather than expecting perfection the first time, we committed to the progress over perfection mindset. We followed the EPM Flight Plan and worked to meet the weekly milestones and create the unstoppable momentum that would take us to graduation, mission accomplished, and beyond.

Your GRADUATION Story
"After 13 years of building a thriving practice as an executive leadership coach, I was forced to close doors and give it all up at the end of 2022 to take an indefinite leave of absence to focus on my health. A rare and incurable stem cell disorder that I had been managing in the background since 2015 took a harrowing turn that set me on a path to multiple organ impairment and shutdown. As I grieved the loss of my purpose and business, I also grieved the loss of feeling and movement on the left side of my body, the loss of a pain-free moment, the loss of stability replaced by perpetual dizziness, the loss of the ability to walk, and ultimately the loss of my total independence and ability to contribute to my family, community and humanity in ways I'd always known.
I'd lost a future but slowly I was able to regain the present and as my body continued to search for new ways of healing, I began to search for new ways of being. I had come to terms with the fact that my health prevented me from sustaining my previous 1:1 and team work practice, and while I knew with absolute clarity that the way forward now meant executing on a long-held vision to deliver online product experiences, every attempt to begin made me evermore conscious of my incompetence in this space. Designing face to face learning experiences and programs just did not translate online. I was 100% guilty of trying to build jet planes incapable of flight.
In my health space of living with a rare and incurable disease, the most exhausting thing is that because my condition is so unique I have had to become my own doctor at the same time that I am the patient. I've become used to doing this in my business too, so joining EPM and feeling the immense relief of having a structure and step by step process to realise my vision was a revelation! It was the first time I've ever felt fully held by a process, a team and and experience and what that translates to in reality is a KNOWING that even if it takes me a little longer because of my health, I absolutely will bring my experience products to market and once again be part of making the world just a little bit better. I was having a problem developing a business program, I was frustrated and didn't know what to do because every class I had taken before only focused on course building. I joined the Experience Master Program and I learned there was so much more to building a successful program and finding the right clients. During the EPM course I was able to plan out every step of building and launching a 1:1 coaching program.
Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story
I was having a problem with how to find clients to enroll in my 1:1 coaching program because everything I had been taught in other programs focused on lead magnets and funnels and all of the techie stuff. During EPM, I discovered that marketing can be completely organic, and you don't need all kinds of fancy tech to get started. Although I have not made a sale yet, I did launch my program, and the knowledge I acquired during this course will continue to help me build my dream business full of my ideal avatar clients.
It has taught me the process and importance of finding my niche and one true client avatar and how to take that information and develop a product or program from beginning to end. You can start small and imperfect and keep iterating. Done is better than perfect. I have developed a complete coaching program to serve my future clients
Coach Ed was great and really helped my narrow my niche and client avatar down. He supported me through my journey and always had positive comments when I nailed one of my milestones.
I was ready to launch my online program so I could reach more people with my CPR and First Aid Courses. The pandemic completely shut down my in-person courses. Additionally, I teach many people at hubs such as summer camps and retreat centers where participants do not live locally so, while they have a great experience they can't go home and sell me to their friends because I am not in their area. An online platform addresses both of these limitations.
I joined EPM and launched my product. Nearly 50 people jumped into the Beta Program and feedback was spectacular. I just launched the full program today (2/1/21) and enrollment is strong.
Additionally I am in conversation with many interested people responsible to booking courses for their entire staff. The initial earnings are modest because I ran the Beta program at a reduced program (CPR only) and a reduced rate ($27 versus $47) but I am very optimistic that this program alone (once I add First Aid and the combined price will be $87) will generate a 6 figure income in the next year.
