Your GRADUATION Story
I am working with clients 1 on 1 for a long time but I never had the confidence to crate any specific program for them and sell it at a higher price. Initially, in EPM my goal was to sell online courses on the same topic. I joined EPM just 2 months ago and learned that I have to start from the basic and beta versions of my course because before the jet version (online course). I start focussing on my 1 on 1 conversations with current clients who can be an ideal fit for my beta version. This client has already worked with me, 6 sessions and we had a good connection. I knew she is ready to transform. I talk about my new program with her which will be customized as per her needs as well. She right away agreed and expressed interest in my beta program. However, she did not communicate after that. I discussed her case with the coach who advised me to reach out to her and talk strategically addressing her fears, doubts, any questions. It worked. She told me that she is put on disability recently, has an international wedding coming up this month and Christmas already is the most expensive month of the year. She requested instalments which i had not offered in my original offer. I agreed to monthly payments of the same amount. She sounded relaxed and happy. She has said she is going to confirm with me tomorrow after discussing it with her husband tonight. I am quite sure her answer will be positive because I addressed all of her doubts and she is committed as well.

How's EPM and your success impacted your life?
I believe I will be able to reach out to my soul tribe who are in pain. I believe they will recognize and trust me to pay the amount i deserve.
What's your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Still learning. Always learning. I learned to make my foundation strong before flying high.

I was having a problem creating an online course. I was concerned that I would spend a lot of money, time, and energy creating and advertising a course that no one would buy. I joined MVP and realized that I could create a course, without expending an excessive amount of money, time, and energy. I now have the tools needed to create a minimum viable product.

"I joined EPM after more than a year of trying to launch my online course and continually getting sidetracked and overwhelmed with learning and implementing all that was required. I'd also joined several other training programs to help me, but they all focused on requiring me to follow a set plan with little personalized help. I had too many questions, not enough answers, and no path to follow. When I found EPM, which offered both a blueprint to follow and personal coaching, I thought this is just what I need.
I started EPM enthusiastically and with high hopes, and I got off to a fine start, but life soon got in the way. My freelance work exploded, taking up most of my time, and then I became quite ill with vertigo, which ended up lasting much longer than I expected. When I finally did recover, I was under even more pressure to catch up with my freelance work, I felt like I'd fallen far behind in EPM, and I'd lost my momentum and drive. Once again I lost hope in seeing my vision becoming a reality.
I turned to my coach, Matthew Turton and he calmly assured me that I could get back on board by just approaching things methodically and consistently. I took his advice to heart, worked hard to clear my calendar, and set aside time to focus in on the work and get my momentum back. In a surprisingly short period of time, I completed the program and got all the pieces in place to finish the program before the closing date.
I loved the feeling of accomplishment, but even more, the fact that I now had a great set of tools and information that I could implement in moving forward.

Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story
"The next step was to actually share my program with a prospective student. I hesitated because my course was not totally complete. Not everything was properly in place and implemented. But I knew I had enough to offer and get started and that I could complete and improve the parts of my marketing, site, email system, and course as I went, so I contacted someone I thought would be interested in my program.
I was just finishing writing my conversation plan when it came time to make the scheduled call. This was nerve-wracking since I had not time to practice or even read through what I'd written, but I took a few deep breaths and started the conversation. I didn't get all the parts of the conversation exactly right, but I kept the call casual and informative, always being mindful of my customers questions and needs. And I got to ask the fateful question. ""Are you in?""

Your FIRST SALE Story
"I held my breath. The temptation was to go on explaining why they should buy. I had been fearful that my price point would be too high for my audience, since my course isn't essential in their lives, but it is an amazing way to improve their lives. And the proof is in the course itself. As a result, I broke down my course into 3 modules each of which I could sell at a lower price point. I had given the different options to my prospective buyer.
They told me they didn't have enough money at the moment for the complete program, but would happily buy the first module immediately and would purchase the rest later. I believe they were totally sincere and I will try to make sure that everything meets or exceeds their expectations so that they will want to continue on.
And with very little prompting, they told me that they could think of three other people off the top of their head that would also benefit from the program. My hope is to set up an affiliate program as soon as possible to encourage these kinds of referrals.
With overwork, distractions, illness, and doubt all standing in my way, I had lost hope of getting to this point in a foreseeable amount of time, or ever. But with the help of EPM, my coach Matthew and the direction of Marisa, I was able to accomplish selling my program and am left with the feeling that this is only the beginning.

I've moved from in-person delivery, to live-online delivery, to evergreen online delivery which will make expansion of my business so much more possible. This has given me a great deal of hope. I'm approaching retirement age with no assets and deeply in debt - mainly from trying to start this program for so long and making so many mistakes along the way. Now I believe I have the possibility of creating a stable financial future which will allow me to focus on building my legacy and helping as many people as possible to a better life. Set goals, make a plan, set up systems, and follow through - not reaching for perfection, but getting things done and continuing to iterate to great. I can now (finally) promote my course, finish all the components that are missing and focus on creating social media evidence that will attract a larger audience.
I was having trouble figuring out how I was able to pay for my daughter's college tuition, I knew she'd get into every school she'd applied to, but I was concerned on how I was able to pay for it all. Her dad hasn't been around and I have been supporting us myself. After my divorce, I was able to buy my first house and we have been doing, okay. However, I wasn’t sure what to do once she graduated high school and would move on to college. This is something she really wants and I want to be able to give it to her. She's been let down so much by her dad, that I want to make sure she understands that I will NOT let her down. She's a terrific kid, and I feel it's the least I can do. So, I joined EPM and I realized, I have what it takes to not only create a course, but create soething that would help many people. I have been working in high schools for over 20 years and I know a lot of students who do not go on to college, because they get frustrated with the overwhelming process of college applications, and just give up. I, personally, have helped hundreds, if not thousands, of students, get through this process. Those who have stuck with it and finished, I have seen firsthand how much their life has changed. Therefore, I decided to create "The College Prep Success Kit" I'm really excited about it and through my Chatterboxing, I found many people saying it was a great idea and was very needed. I was paid to just present a few webinars on the topic. I then did an email campaign and I was able to get 3 clients, so far. I know there are more to come. I feel good because making this difference doesn't just affect those who are going to college, but their families. I love to see light and hope in eyes that at one time had confusion and despair; if they had no help, they may have just given up.
I wanted to create a course for retired people who want to write their memoir or family stories. I know how to teach it, but not how to set it up, make it interactive, market it, and launch it. I joined EPM and worked through the modules, step by step putting all the pieces together. By the time I was done, I had all the pieces in place - a perfect sales plan and copy, an outline of my course, new concepts for how to make an online course interactive, and a marketing plan that works! By the time I was ready to launch my course I had 8 new students and had doubled my investment in EPM! Furthermore, I have to tools I need to do it again - and I already know what my second course will be!

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
It made me write my origin statement, mission statement and future vision. I have used that a lot. Also got me to start my course in the first iteration before completely creating it - good idea.
What is now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
Teach more online courses. I have wanted to do this for years.
I have been providing 1:1 consultation to clients when looking to immigrate to the US based on an investment into their own business. Although rewarding, I was looking for a way to provide advice with a bigger impact, to streamline the process from starting to think about the businesses the clients wanted to start, until having all the pieces in place. I joined EPM to assist me in the preparation of a program/path to assist my clients getting from idea to documentation shape. I discovered that breaking down the steps of the process - from idea to reality is a very powerful path. I went through the EMP steps, watched the videos, attended the live calls or watched the replays, filled out the homework - these little, very well organized steps allowed me to advance without feeling overwhelmed. So that by the end of the 12 weeks, I was able to create my program and launch it. It have gone very far with this program. Very happy with the results and the process

I doubled my charges for this version of MVP but still didn't feel confident about charging 500$ per client. So this version my charges were roughly 310$ per client. Which gives me a total of 2170$ for my MVP after I signed up for EPM. This meant I had brought in a 1000$ more than my MVP's first iteration. I'm looking forward to grow my belief in my product and being confident of charging higher in the next version.

The biggest change has been in setting up a structure.
