Your GRADUATION Story
I have been part of several programs to help me develop group coaching/online training, but I never was really able to narrow down exactly what my program would look like. I was missing the step-by-step process to really help me narrow down my niche and pull together an initial training that was not too comprehensive. This was my biggest struggle in EPM was narrowing down my core program. I vacillated between 12 and 16 weeks and started with a program that was trying to do too much. EPM really helped me narrow my focus toward my passion and expertise and put it into more bite-size pieces. I also know that I like to have all my ducks in a row before launching and so in the past, I have spent too much time in "prep" mode. EPM has really helped me get to "launch" mode. Even though I am only starting my chatterboxing this week, I already have my webinar moving forward and my EMC is well on the way. I have gotten further along in this process than ever before. Going through EPM has given me the confidence to feel good about what I'm offering and also about the approach to helping others with my program versus marketing messaging or approaches with other programs that felt spammy or salesy. I'm hoping to report back very soon with some sales!

Really opening up new doors to go beyond coaching by completing this 12 week program that I can now offer to individuals and companies. It's given me tremendous confidence in myself and my content and inspired me to really launch this new group coaching option, which I've been wanting to do for years. Take one step at a time. Embrace the setbacks. Just keep moving forward. I am 3 feet from gold! Really growing and expanding my leadership development business in 2024 and setting a strong foundation for continued scaling and growth in years to come.

I know you've heard this a million times, but this truly has been the very best course I've ever been in. I'm embarrassed to say I've likely spent over $50k in other programs over the past several years and none has produced what EPM has.

"Right off the bat you’ll notice $197x4 doesn’t equal $341! That is because I was returning home from a year long overseas deployment and I started EPM while away with plenty of time to focus then returned home to some serious family challenges between the pandemic, homeschooling among other things. I almost quit due to marketing mind-F reasons, imposter syndrome, fear of failing and being embarrassed, but fought through that committed to go through no matter what only to realize the best thing for my family right now isn’t to launch my 6 week course.

However, I got in touch again with my mission at the start and that was just to create and launch an online course in January. Along with my main EPM course, I created a “bonus” course on the basics of weight loss and fitness which was going to be all online, no live delivery. So, I decided to finish that course, load it up to Xperiencify and launch it instead. I only sold 3 at $47, but I also had someone call me and basically demand I give them 1:1 personal training and they paid me $200!

EPM has been a wonderful experience, I learned so much, have my 1st product out in the wild (even if it isn’t my main EPM course) and my larger course is still on the launchpad ready to be marketed and live delivered later this spring.

To deliver the 1st course live, not spend months making the perfect thing no one wants!

I was having so much doubt about my ability to start an online business, I wasn’t sure what to do about all the technical aspects of getting an online business up and running, I’m not a tech person nor do I use social media very much. I joined Experience Product Masterclass (EPM) and learned that I didn’t really need to know the tech stuff to start, I could take it step by step and learn as I go. I went through each module, slowly, too slow sometimes, but made to graduation, just in the nick of time and even started chatterboxing, although I haven’t made a sale yet, I have launched and that is amazing.

At first it seemed overwhelming to develop a course. As I worked step by step my mission became clearer. I got derailed when I felt like I made a mistake doing a bonus course on finding your intuitive customer. I did not feel well and sensed it was not aligned with my faith and beliefs. I decided to keep going and work through my thoughts and get support from my faith community. I listened to a Wednesday pod call and Mondays with Marisa and realized that in order to move ahead we have to shift our thinking and for me prayer is important in asking for realignment of my thoughts about failure. They can be stepping stones and reframed into learning experiences. I was able to finish what I started and offer my experience product to a friend from another program. She has not said yes but was very interested and I will be connecting again and ask more questions about her needs in creating a better work/life balance and shifting burdens into blessings. I also did a webinar and presented my offer and will follow up with interested women.

Practically, the biggest change is that I went from have a vague notion of what I could offer online to having an actual product I can give people now! I have a greater vision of what's possible in my life and what I can actually achieve in life Don't start with trying to make the jet plane. Make the paper airplane and move in small steps from there. I can now have bigger and bigger dreams with actual hope that they can be realized

Michael's superhero training really gives you confidence, and Matthew's smart ways to phrase 'features' has turned me from focusing elsewhere to trying sales myself. Of course all EPM training also gets you articulate and clear about what you are selling (which really helps!). It turned out to be more fun than expected!

"I had been dreaming of starting an online business for 6 years before discovering EPM. I did lots of online courses, joined lots of business communities, dabbled with affiliate marketing but I never actually committed to developing a product. I have a brick and mortar business that soaked up most of my time and the whole online business plan was in the ""someday"" plan. I'd seen and dabbled in courses like ""discover your niche"" and ""create your course in a weekend"". None of these got me a result. I was still stuck and dissatisfied in my underperforming business with no clear plan of how to get out.

Then I came across EPM and could immediately see that I wasn't the only one with this type of problem of lack of results from online learning. It seemed like EPM had the solution to the problem - transforming info products into experience products!

Over the 12 weeks of the program I've gone from confusion to clarity. I've designed and started marketing my new experience product.
I have a chosen my niche, named my product, created a survey that got 233 responses, created my birds eye view, designed core experiences, started chatter boxing, learnt more about copywriting, created my origin story and more!

Most importantly though - I've had the incredible direct experience of being in a program that demonstrated the power of what an experience product can do. I have seen how to create massive engagement and huge wins for an online community and get them to really go after the mission they set out to accomplish.
