Your MADE A WHOLE LOT MORE Story
Initially I was having a challenge in how I could successfully market my program in Facebook and LinkedIn. Then the EPM program introduce a simple but highly effective way of gaining interest in what I could help potential clients with. And, that simple but effective way was Chatterboxing. What I did was to reconnect with many of my consultant colleagues and past clients and ask them how they were doing. In that conversation I let them know what I was doing. I knew that most of my colleagues may not need the program I was offering. Then came the one who said that they had a friend working in a company in Utah that probably could need my help. Their friend happened to work for Company supplying Dietary Supplement products in the US market. The Company was looking for someone that could mentor their Director of Compliance and help them improve and implement an improved complaint handling process. I went out to visit the company in Utah and not only did they ask me to mentor their Director of Compliance they asked me to actually work full time with her to significantly reduce a backlog of complaints they had within 90 days, implement an improved Complaint Handling System. I negotiated a $50K contract and am now actively supporting this company both on-site and from home to ensure that their project deliverables are 'in place' and 'in use' well within their expected delivery dates
I used to consult with clients globally at their actual manufacturing sites. Covid changed that model. EPM helped me re-vision, as a 70+ retiree, how I could still utilize the knowledge and experience I have had the opportunity to learn through a very diverse and divergent career path. Keep chatterboxing. MVP works. Keep things simple. I only need to find 2-3 clients per year to feel financially secure and still have time to enjoy time with my wife, life on the farm, my Irish Wolfhounds and all the other activities I'm passionate about. Oh! before I forget. Looking forward it will be relatively easy expand my initial program by adding multiple congruent modules to it.

Hi Missy
I wanted to give you an update of progress I have made over the Christmas Holiday period. A Dietary Supplement company in Utah reached out to me re mentoring their Complaince Director on a key project they have. I flew out to meet them on December 27th. Not only did they want me to mentor their director they wanted me to help her oversee a complete overhaul of their complaint handing process. I now have a contract with them and have already received over $10k with more to come each week. They were looking at a 2Q2024 implementation and I have figured out how I can help their company deliver that a month earlier. Overall this project will pay me $50k upwards.
I will gain valuable feedback on whether my coaching program will leave the Director of Compliance at the company with the ability to successfully manage future projects on her own. Most of the work I’m able to do from home with daily zoom meetings. Then once a month I fly out to their facility for face to face mentoring session. This is a full time project and what is does mean however is that I will not have time to take on other clients until I’m near the end of this project. I will continue chatter boxing and just maybe I’ll be able to attract another company to coach in the 2Q2024.
Your GRADUATION Story
I was going round and round in circles with wanting to create a food forest course but not having a clear path of action or knowing which tools to use to make it happen. I was completely overwhelmed and frustrated! EPM has given me SO much clarity, a clear blueprint to success and so much more. I loved creating my course from a really solid foundation and having a clear mission, with clear tasks each week to keep building on our what we had learned. I now have absolute clarity in my product with super fun challenges and missions dotted throughout the course to inspire students and keep them motivated. I’m still working through my course with my beta test student and she is loving all the different learning modalities and challenges! Thanks Marisa and all your amazing team. I am so grateful for this course and feel SO supported!
Clarity and an action plan so I’m moving forward instead of going round in circles! It’s given me laser focus and a clear path, taking me out of stress and overwhelm. Build the paper plane version of your course and see if that flies first, and iterate your way to awesome (ie eventually that jumbo jet version of your course!) To be able to build my business from a solid foundation and share my knowledge and passion in a really fun, meaningful way.

I was having trouble launching my teaching online after 3 decades of teaching art in person. MANY courses later, I found EPM and had the support and training to go for it! I chatterboxed 82 people and made $2,201 in art sales as I was talking about my course: "Creative Curiosity" ! I held my first webinar that 19 people attended and had 4 students sign up for my beta course. I'm on my way and SO happy!

Live Zoom calls to beta test, including dancing, journaling and art-making!
This was one of the harder things I have done in life and if I would have know that it's that involved I would have not done it. In hindsight, I am glad I did it. I made friends and lovely connections, really connected with Tracey, she is SUPER
What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
100 people chatterboxing for even 20 min would take 83 days hahaha impossible asks - let them go and do you best. done is better than perfect

I was really stuck and wasn't make ANY forward progression in over 18 months. This stuck was contributing to more and more negative self talk and reduced self-esteem and drive to do, well, anything. I joined EMP and, while I didn't fully launch, I made forward progress. I attended each pod call and absolutely loved the get it done Fridays and I discovered that my approach was way beyond my current capacity which was leading to a dead lock. The dead lock has now been destroyed and I have the step needed to continue to build. I have full faith that I'll have complete launch within the year.
What has been the biggest change in your business?
Forward movement is happening again and I plan to reopen my doors after 18 months of shut down in the next few months.
How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
Chatterboxing! I discovered that this was something I do naturally anyway and it totally eliminated my own worry of coming across "salesy"; it's just about loving people.

I trust the process SOOOO much more! Having a viable business that feels right to me and really lets me "live my message". Thank you. I've spent over 100K in programs that I've never finished and only felt guilty that I couldn't seem to do it their way. I now can see that the way I wanted to do it for so long matched EPM so well that I fully anticipate coming back for round 2 when it comes available.

I'm a teacher turned tutor. I was forced to leave classroom teaching due to a diagnosis of terminal leukaemia so pivoting to private tutoring was a natural path for me to choose. I had very little business knowledge for this new venture but I had no choice. I had to acquire those skills - and I did. I scraped together the knowledge from many and varied sources - some good, some bad, but at the two year mark I had the successful business I needed. I've hummed along nicely for ten years and even helped two friends set up their own tutoring businesses. I really thought nothing of that, I didn't realise how valuable that hard-earned knowledge was for others, I was just glad I could help. Thankfully the effects of the pandemic were minimal on my own business as I was able to quickly switch to exclusively online lessons. I watched on in horror as our classroom teachers were thrown in and out of school and home teaching, many times as our beautiful city of Melbourne endured severe and prolonged lockdowns - but we all willingly made those sacrifices to save as many lives as possible - we were seeing the unacceptable situations unfold around the world. I read a news headline in March 2021 which stated that the Education Department of our State of Victoria was predicting that 22% of teachers would not be returning to the classroom in 2022. That figure, which so clearly illustrated the pain and anguish of our teachers, broke my heart. The realisation that our students were going to be the unwitting victims of the flow-on effect of this, broke my heart. We need these wonderful teachers to stay in teaching. The students need these wonderful teachers. I couldn't bare the thought of these amazing, skilled and experienced people finding jobs in other industries - never to return to education. Okay, let's get to work! I can find those teachers in my local community and teach them how to set up their own private tutoring business and I have the expertise to fast-track this process. How do I find them? Pre-pandemic I could easily have run a course at my local community centres. Okay, take it online! I had looked into producing online courses - just for my high school students using resources I had created - so I was following the course creation gurus and the marketing gurus but hadn't taken action. One guru stood out to me, Marisa Murgatroyd. Her values aligned with mine - an absolute desire to help people, not just chase money. Then 'that dopamine email' landed in my inbox. Having teachers actually complete my course, because it's an experience, not just 'how-to' information, but with a fully functioning tutor business as the end result, was my raison d'etre. I signed up for the Experience Product Masterclass. There need to be some new words invented to describe Marisa, her Coaches and Support Team - the usual positive superlative adjectives just don't cut it! Every single aspect of the course and the support was a million miles above what I had expected. There are no egos getting in the way here. We are all equal. We are a team. I learned the things I needed to make a successful course - tick! Huge as that is, it was just a little trifle compared to the extraordinary amount of knowledge imparted. Time to take this baby for a test-drive! I made my first sale on this test run. I will always remember the shock, delight and, yes, a bit of fear, that came with signing up my first client. This teacher not only wanted my course, she wanted it yesterday. Mission accomplished! This tiny, little success in my new business venture is just a glimpse of what I now know will be a huge future and positive change in circumstances for me and the people who matter most to me. I might only have 10 years left in this life but I'm sure as heck going to do my best to leave behind a great future for them!
Your GRADUATION Story
I was having the problem of overwhelm and technology frustration that was holding me back from finishing my course and launching a commercial product. I was chasing my tail and not making the progress that I wanted. I joined EPM 2022 even though it was at a busy time in my year. Best decision ever. EPM provided an incremental step-by-step process that got me beyond overwhelm, built my MVP course, and launched. All I needed to do was to trust the process, take action and progress happened. Now that has happened, the next steps are growth.
What's been the biggest change in your business?
My biggest challenge has been a business model shift from years of consulting into courses and online training. I need to say no to one to have the capacity to say yes to the other.
How's EPM and your success impacted your life?
I know that I have this and the transition is underway. I'm looking forward to an exciting 2023.
What's your biggest takeaway from EPM?
A sound process will get us to the outcome that we seek. Keep it MVP simple to start.
What's now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
The highest self-actualizing possibility for me is to transition from consulting into an activity that I love and generate a new revenue source.
I was having trouble with creating something transformationally valuable and not just informational. I wasn't sure what to do after countless ideas were thrown against the wall like a dart but none of them truly ever stuck even though they all were good ideas. I joined EPM and I discovered how to create such a transformational product based on providing a whole EXPERIENCE vs. just information. I went through the course step by step, filling out all the worksheets and claiming my XP and XXP along the way and finally I have crossed the finish line, created and launched my first MVP, AND got my first sale!!! I am so grateful for this opportunity to work with Marisa and her team, and on top of that, I am grateful that I am now equipped with the tools necessary for me to spread my message and empower people in the most lucrative, efficient, and FUN way! :)
Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story
My goal for 2024 was to create an on-line course, but wasn’t sure how to go about it in a successful way without wasting time and/or money. I joined EPM, and Ainslee + the step-by-step learning process made the entire process SOOOO understandable, clear, productive, and successful. In 3 months, I launched my course, plus created a website, Facebook page, and email campaign, and am on my way to selling out my beta group in order to test and refine my course before I open it up to the masses.
Juggling the creation of my product and selling it at the same time. By following along a proven step-by-step and SUPER helpful program, my eCourse/Xperiencify program is actually within reach. I can do it! My goals and dreams are so close I can taste it! Once I complete my Beginner Version of my Xxperiencify, I'm able to create more advanced classes.
Ainslee was a total GAME CHANGER! I can't imagine what prior classes went through in order to create their courses. THANK YOU for creating Ainslee!!
Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story
My course is planned out, and I am now talking to people about it. So far the response has been very encouraging, several people said they would like to take it and I should send them the sign up page when I have it ready. A couple of people offered to send the info to their friends and students. So now I have to create the marketing and make the deliverables of the course. I'm at the "do one thing every day that moves this project towards completion" stage.
I can see the possibilities of having multiple products to sell on our website. Mostly as a reality check and encouragement to attempt creation of my idea. You have to do the work. It should give me greater reach and some money.
