Your GRADUATION Story
I have been wanting to teach a course but was too scare to start, and when I started, I felt lost and gave up. Deflated, I resigned myself to doing 1:1 sessions for the rest of my life. Out of the blue, my friend sent me an invite to EPM, and instead of my usual click into "trash," I decided to take a peek. I got goosebumps, which is a sure sign there was something that was lining up with my dreams of teaching classes. I learned that when the path is clear (Modules, Sessions, Step-by-Step "how-to's," and great coaching) I can create a class! I graduated tonight! While in my brain is the sonic jet plane, but I'm thrilled to start soaring in my paper version.

What's been the biggest change in your business?
I'm excited again to keep doing 1:1 sessions because I know that teaching a course is coming up soon. As I'm creating the mind map for my course, I'm discovering how much I. actually know about healing.

How's EPM and your success impacted your life?
My desire to study, learn, and create has been REBORN!

What's your biggest takeaway from EPM?
My biggest takeaway is seeing how support from Marisa, Matthew and Emily, and Coach Uwe buoys me to want to do my best. They want me to do my best, and so I do. I want to show up for my students this way and expect the best from them, too.

What's now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
It's very possible that I will begin delivering my course on Tuesday, January 17, 2023.

Lynn San Andres (class of 2022)

"I don't know how I found LIVE YOUR MESSAGE and the EXPERIENCE PRODUCT MASTERCLASS but there was something about it that had me sign-up immediately! In that split second, I saw it as an opportunity to start a completely new business.

I had a small idea but it was in a subject I had not worked in or studied for over 30 years.
(the idea: how a toddler's behavior can trigger unresolved issues from a parent's childhood.)

For those 30 years, I had a commercial real estate company in New York City. You would think I would have approached it differently. I didn't.

To my disadvantage, I approached the Milestones the same way, I jumped in and began. Not terrible, but not highly effective: didn't read the literature outlining the steps to a successful engagement. Didn't skim the modules to get an idea of requirements; didn't insert deadlines in my calendar.

Nor did I follow the good advice that I read 2 days ago. ""Be responsible and ask for help when you need it"". Don't fall into a hole. #Progress over Perfection. I did and in one instance it was as if I were writing a college dissertation. What do I say about my credibility in a subject I didn't engage in for 30 years! I had a lot of catching up to do - a lot of reading!

I think my biggest misstep was not getting actively engaged with the Facebook group and take the time to follow up with some of the terrific people I got to meet in the breakout rooms.

I felt like I was always behind and was planning to catch up during the holiday break. However, after Marisa's talks: ""You are not behind, you are where you are."" and ""You have
x number of weeks to complete. Finish"". With a habit of ""always"" bringing work with me when I travelled, I decided I would not do so over the holiday. I would go to visit the oldest two of 7 grandchildren for Christmas and New Years in Hot Springs, Arkansas and be there 100% ... except on January 1, 2023 from 3 to 6pm when I had to share them with Marisa.

So when I returned to New York on January 5, I texted Coach Kanu and said I am going to finish the 7 milestones. She didn't laugh or question me. What she did, from India, was respond immediately to each milestone I sent, make great suggestions and, when appropriate, give me the thumbs up. The last thumbs up came through on January 27th and my first sale come through on January 26th. I had read the Chatterbox Module and called Aaron, the fellow I had spoken to on the 23rd. With pivot script in hand, he said Yes!.

I have learned an enormous amount and am deeply grateful I took the course and that I will have access to this body of work forever! What a gift.

I am also deeply grateful I will have the opportunity to return and do my next program oh so differently!"

Your GRADUATION Story
My biggest challenge in finishing the modules and some supercharge ones were the reality of running a consulting business. I knew there was never a good time but felt it was now or never in taking 27 + years of proven intellectual business wisdom and sharing it with a much broader market. I now have the EPM magic to expand my offerings in other topics before I decide to retire.

Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story
Marisa's constant message of "take the step now" was inspiring to this 70 year old to continue regardless of business and personal issues arising. The structured approach to high quality training, set consulting hours. an overload of resources, etc. made it easy to not get too behind and not take advantage of my investment of $ and most especially my time.

Your FIRST SALE Story
We had already introduced our proprietary framework in early 2022 that was an outgrowth of a Stanford University Rebuild program designed during the pandemic, but needed a way to expand and update the course delivery with a fresh approach. The countless EPM "tricks" have refined our approach and value which we are anxious to test and delivery. Our client was very excited to hear of the changes and awarded us a contract right before Thanksgiving. In addition, we have an additional pending contract for another curriculum for the Spring 2023.

Your PROVED MY IDEA Story
The results from the first three cohorts was overwhelming and we knew we had the "real McCoy". We now have the foundation to expand this program beyond cohorts and chambers and address the burgeoning Latino entrepreneurship market.

Your MADE A WHOLE LOT MORE Story
This award is for the 1st quarter with future offerings and facilitations open for further contracting.

What's been the biggest change in your business?
Inability to expand our value and wisdom beyond a finite number of clients due to our limited capacity.

How's EPM and your success impacted your life?
Frankly, it will delay my retirement because I now know how to take my other intellectual property and expand our marketing footprint to new horizons. I hated the idea of retiring and not having my creative work available for others to leverage.

What's your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Progress over Perfection!

What's now possible for you because of your Experience Product?

Veronica Jordan (class of 2022)

I was told I was going to be let go from my job at the end of January, I wasn't sure what to do when I would not have income coming in. I joined the EPM Masterclass and I am learning how to design, launch and profit from an Experience Product that will provide income while learning the process. I have put together a Beta Group to help me develop curriculum, test to see if this is the right direction for this program, and bring my profitable Experience Product to life from their feedback. I am still in this process as I still have a bunch more lessons to listen to and learn from but I expect wonderful things to happen in the next 3-6 months!!

Your GRADUATION Story
"I worked in human services for decades, as an Equal Employment Opportunity Investigator and trainer, social worker, psychologist, and neuropsychologist. I am a certified yoga teacher and T’ai Chi Chih instructor and continue to teach TCC. Upon retirement a couple of years ago, having more time to process the news, I became concerned that increasing violence to humans, other creatures, and the earth was a tragedy that needed to be addressed. Somehow I began to write “teaching tales” that I hoped to include in a book about the importance of helping young children develop personal values and close personal relationships with positive role models.

Along came the opportunity to digest Marissa’s free offerings online about ways to engage people in online classes and I was amazed at her genius, and ability to share it convincingly and professionally. That got me thinking about how interesting my idea would be for parents and young children in a gamified format and that hooked me on enrolling in the MVP class.

The class has challenged me beyond belief! I have always set goals and met them with some effort but without the clear fits and starts I’ve experienced with MVP. I have learned a lot about very unfamiliar territory and just as I’ve surrendered in dismay at my ignorance, sure enough Coach Carolyn has given me a thumbs up for something, stimulating me to take a few more steps forwards. The idea of accepting less than perfection, but the insistence on writing and planning for an extremely specific audience or microniche has been fascinating.

While finishing the program and the written process, along with having a clear plan of what I would like to cover in my class “Great Mom Talks”- A Roadmap for Having Important Conversations with Your Little One,” I am still struggling with the Chatterboxing. I see the value, but find that is not my skill, and I worry that I have worked and will have little impact on the audience I wish to assist. As in the very recent past, however, I will continue taking one step forward at a time and see what happens next.
"

What's been the biggest change in your business?
I'm just starting this so developing the idea and beginning to market it

How's EPM and your success impacted your life?
I have learned a lot about developing a product idea and marketing very specifically to a Microniche

What's your biggest takeaway from EPM?
to be very clear about your target audience and to try to speak their language

Melinda Stallings (class of 2022)

"Experiencify and EPM was exactly what I've been looking for. As an organizational development consultant, I knew that the shift to on-line learning was gaining traction, but I didn't want to offer the ""same ol, lame ol"" online psuedo learning. I needed a way to have people get excited about learning the concepts that will help them, in this instance, to positively resolve conflict and use it as positive transformational change. I was frustrated by platforms that offered the bells and whistles but left me stranded in determining best practices to get the product from concept (and I didn't even realize HOW MUCH I didn't know about concept until I participated in EPM) to employee completion. Everyone else made this look so easy and promised the moon. But my attempts always fell short - I would get frustrated and end up not completing the course.

That is, until I found EPM and Marisa Murgatroyd's genius. The sheer amount of expertise and support that is included in this program is staggering. EPM is unlike anything I've ever experienced before, and it is the ONLY program that I've completed and been motivated to sustain my own growth and learning - the program itself models the way for the programs that I can implement for my corporate clients.

There is absolutely no reason for a person not to complete this course. This entire team sets you up for SUCCESS. Coaching with your dedicated coach, information on technology and marketing, weekly webinars with Marisa offering hot seats for your burning questions, guest webinars to uplevel your skills, and if you find yourself stuck and not performing your milestones, you get a warm email that says ""hey, haven't seen you log in for a bit - what can we do to help you?"".

I've wanted to offer a layered approach to corporate clients for continuity of concept learning, active implementation throughout the organization and a way for the organization to ""speak the same language"" in recognizing personality types and communication styles for leadership business essential skills courses. Face to face learning for leadership is often possible, but when there are hundreds of frontline employees, face to face can be costly and time consuming. My concept - take the leadership through the 2 day face to face POSITIVE Approach to Conflict Resolution and then provide an active, affordable method for employees to benefit from and practice the key concepts and actionable items necessary for success. As an added benefit, if an organization hesitates to send their leadership to the 2 day, face to face seminar, I now have the added advantage of the online offering that can serve as the catalyst for leaders experiencing what their employees will and generating the enthusiasm and motivation to enroll employees.

My result is a much better program concept than I could have ever completed on my own. Between the coaching from my coach, the support and encouragement from my pod group members, the success format and so much more - I feel confident that I will be able to fulfill my mantra, ""I am irrationally passionate about people living a positive, powerful life - free from conflict and full of peace."" Honestly, this dream has been swirling for so long in my mind. And finally, I found the amazing genius of a woman in Marisa Murgatroyd who has designed a program that offers things that I didn't even know I needed.

I jokingly told Marisa one time that I had stalked her for two years. I would watch her videos, attend some of the webinars or multiple day programs she offers but always had something that would prevent me from taking on the program full time. They say that when the student is ready, the teacher will appear. In retrospect, I wish the student had been ready before but I know that everything is perfect in its own time. This is 100% the best investment I've ever made in a program. With that being said, let me recommend that you seriously consider being ready the first time you encounter an opportunity to learn and grow from and with Marisa and her team. I promise you, it will be life-changing."

Your GRADUATION Story
I was having a hard time to create a sales page for my course, I wasn’t sure what to do with all kinds of tips and suggestions from various resources. I joined the EPM and I followed each module and lesson, step by step. I worked had to submit my milestone post by every deadline and it took me less than one hour to publish my sales page, in time for my first conversation with my prospect student. I was able to walk her through that page like a slide presentation, and answer all of her questions, with confidence.

What's been the biggest change in your business?
I'm getting more clarity with my target audience and my product mission.

How's EPM and your success impacted your life?
I'm 100% committed to follow through the EPM lessons and milestones without doubting my ability to complete each step. I've been spending much less time doing random online research and procrastinating. Instead I got the MVP version of my sales page, and actually shared it with my prospects during my first few 1:1 conversations. It worked!

What's your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Using the group coaching and milestone systems worked for me, and I think it's the way to go for my course biz, as well.

What's now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
I'm seeing potential in using the chatterboxing for selling both my painting course and my paintings.

I’m a massage therapist since 2014 and at first I was doing normal massages but the income wasn’t good and I found myself working too hard to get by, a lot of my client thought massage is a luxury thing so they come only when they are in so much pain. When I discovered wood therapy for body sliming it was a game changer , I found out that women spend more on beauty than in health . Wood therapy opened a lot of doors and my income increase from £2000 to £10.000 a month . I still use wood therapy with every body contouring treatment as it’s the main one. Then I decided why not teach other massage therapist who wants to increase their business and income. I started doing one to one training in class for 2 years now but I wanted to reach more people both in the U.K. and abroad . I was already planning my online training when I enrolled to EPM, my coach Debra was the best person to have at this moment of my course launching, I always been bad at content and marketing but coach Debra was there every step of the way .
