Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story
I launched my MVP on December 19, with 2 participants in a small group setting. It wasn't the perfect session as I imagined (the session was under an hour), but they were eager to start and dive into the lessons. The next session was on December 21, the third on December 26. I am really happy to just get started and see that there are adjustments I can make as far as materials supplied, examples to share, etc. One thing I have encountered and did not think about is that my two participants are snowbirds and leave for warmer climates in January, before the workshop ends, and return in May. They asked if we could resume it then. At this point, they have to create drafts of their stories. We have a class on Dec. 26 and I will suggest we meet online to complete the course and stay on track.


What's been the biggest change in your business?
I really need to have all my class materials in order. I need to finalize my marketing materials as well to be able to give out business cards or a brochure, etc. about Vita Inscribed. My business went from a nebulous idea to now having 2 paid customers in a matter of weeks.

How's EPM and your success impacted your life?
I feel like I am jumping over all these hurdles. EPM has certainly given me focus, helped (and continues to help) me recognize and build my confidence to face my challenges so I can move forward with what I want to accomplish.

What's your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Soooo many takeaways. Don't let yourself get stuck and stay stuck. Keep moving, keep taking action and when you get as far as you think you can go, amazingly, the next step reveals itself.

I was having problem with chatterboxing and making referral and couldn't explain in a crystal clear way..after joining I am effortlessly making chattering boxing and also i don't reserve my thoughts of " rejection from people" anymore and i move on to people who fits me and making momentum.it is huge success for me..Thank you Marisa..I didn't get my investment back..but definitely i will...soon..

Your GRADUATION Story
I was sharing too much on my content, and I wasn't sure what to do to attract the right clients. I joined EPM and figured out that I always share 3 micro nieches on my contents and made people confuse about my service. I decided to listen to Marissa, choose only 1, and I gain so much clarity on who am serving and what problems am I solving for them.

Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story
Even though I have been into a lot of masterminds before and made my first $63K in another program, I put my beginners mind, learning and implementing everything from the beginning. I take baby steps each time to complete my mission.

Your FIRST SALE Story
I struggled to explain what it is in my program until I joined EPM and decided to kill the 2 other niches and focus on 1. The clients who joined my challenge said they have been looking for a program like what I offered. I got 10 registered for my program and made $27,170

Your PROVED MY IDEA Story
It was challenging when I kept tweaking my programs without knowing my mistakes. After Module 1 session 5 at EPM, I focused on only sex and intimacy, and all 10 ladies said that they had been looking for a program like what I offered.

I was completely overwhelmed by trying to figure out how to create an online program and I had no idea even where to start. Then I found EPM and it taught me the steps to create my program in just 12 weeks. Your GRADUATION Story
I signed up for EPM after having tried other programs. Feeling too overwhelmed by the wonderful material to take any action, I did nothing with those programs. I still feel overwhelmed, and I yet, have gotten further along on this EPM journey of creating a course than I'd ever come before. I feel like I have so much further to go to get to the mission accomplished-- but maybe it's not as far off as it feels!

I'm closer than I've ever been to defining a target market.`

I was very interested in learning about on line sales and marketing and perhaps in creating an online program. I wasn't really sure how to do this at all. I joined EPM and have really learned a ton, and the course was very practical. I learned to design and deliver a minimally viable product, and this course feels like just the beginning. I know how to do this! What a win! Still have lots to learn, but I am really happy with how much I have learned.

Your FIRST SALE Story
I was having problems getting my service and product out to the public, I wasn't sure what to do to not sound pushy or like a "used car salesman". I joined EPM and I discovered how easy it was to set myself up for success without sounding salesy. I followed all the easy-to-implement steps of the program and was able to make my first sale even before the program ended! So glad I found Marisa!!

I was having issues to figure out how to make my program more engaging. I realized that people got hung up on things I didn't foresee. When I joined EPM I learned how to implement the experience formula. Now my students have a lot more success moments and the rate of finishing the course and having a beautiful Creation Movie at the end of it is much higher.

Your GRADUATION Story
I have been developing content for my membership site "Amazing Lifestyles for Seniors", and as a 72 year old myself, I discovered a great deal of information about memory loss and cognitive decline in Seniors. I already knew that certain brain exercises could slow down, and eliminate mental decline in some Seniors. So as I was researching this I came across Marisa Murgatroyd and the EPM course via Paul O'Mahony. I have created corporate training programs for employees and sales people in the past both domestically and internationally. However, I would never have the courage to create what has now become the "Brain Sharpeners for Seniors" seminar on my own. This has only been possible due to my having gone through the rigors of the EPM course and creating my MVP under the guidance of Marisa and Coach Paul. So far my surveying and Chatterboxing are showing a strong interest in my "Brain Sharpeners for Seniors" seminar.

Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story
As I began work on the "Brain Sharpeners for Seniors" seminar I had a great deal of concern about how I would market it as I have not been that active on Facebook or LinkedIn. Being trained in how to: Chatterbox, post regularly and properly on Facebook and LinkedIn, and updating my Blog weekly have been a tremendous help. However I am mixing my online marketing efforts with some Old School word-of-mouth methods by approaching several Seniors Living residences and introducing the seminar to them.

What's been the biggest change in your business?
I know have a viable product that will grow and people will gain interest in joining my membership site.

How's EPM and your success impacted your life?
This part of my business is just getting ready to be launched. So my success is constrained to having completed my MVP

What's your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Having done through the EPM course and now have something of true value to offer other Seniors

What's now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
If my Experience Product is successful it will be the lynchpin for my "Amazing Lifestyles for Seniors" community

This seminar is now so clear in my mind that I know it's going to be a pleasure to lead it!!

"It was a challenge to adapt my courses to a more hybrid version that captivates the audience, especially with Navigating Change that is infamous for its high percentage of failure in organizations. I felt lost and unsure about the next steps to consider. What gave me hope was my registration early the next morning. Reading the first welcoming emails I was immediately drawn to the attractive layout of the EPM course and the ongoing small and addictive Ka-Ching to sustain my focus, dedication and a message of ""Yes, you can"". This was the ONE not to miss and I instinctively knew it provides the answer to the boredom and feelings of isolation students experience when they do an online or hybrid course. "My mission journey was up and down like a heartbeat. The ups happened when I started to see some progress and got more immersed in what I'm learning. I could not wait for the next module to be released. Curiosity kept me awake at night. The next steps and actions that's coming, evoked a powerful desire to ""Go for it!"" After joining the EPM program, I started to read and reread some of the emails and came to the conclusion that the path is laid out with gold. No word is written without something new to learn. But the dips were just around the corner. After countless unsuccessful efforts to unlearn what I know about visions and missions and relearn to write a course mission statement, I decided to move on for the time being. Eventually, my milestones along the road got a thumbs up one after the other.

Your FIRST SALE Story
"I am not a very successful saleswoman', commented my new Facebook friend. She was not alone. If ever, my fear was real and almost tangible. What if I put in all the energy and my freshly designed course is still at risk because I can't get it right? One of the early sales went through within 10 minutes. But just when I thought "I got it!", several clients said "No". It felt like sitting on a swing and I'm flying so high that I cannot see the safety of the ground. EPM gave me a lot of confidence with the guidance, encouragement and nurturing we were showered with every day. But what I've realised was that I prefer to write e-mails and ads instead of Chatterboxing. Talking to potential buyers and trying to convince them that they "should" buy the course, feels a bit like cheating and just "not me". I pride myself that I've, since the beginning of my career many decades ago, only sold a "Future" to students and never a product. I supported, encouraged, challenged, showed empathy and whatever it took to get them to strive higher and reach their dreams and ambitions. Almost all of them did! So I changed the original script a bit to follow my heart and talk to a potential client in the language I understand...The Student's Future. And just like that, my next sale went through. I have listed a few more people to try this out with and trust that they will become our students.

Your PROVED MY IDEA Story
My Navigating Change course is the result of about two decades of experience in a variety of consulting projects, teaching, training and coaching with the emphasis on change. It wasn't always easy to design a course that helps employees to embrace change. It's a tough topic. I've discovered that the EPM made it so much easier to design something with a more practical layout of what is important and why, and how to apply it in any organization. I've tested, questioned, read, asked more, debated, discussed, felt tired of trying at times, but always knew that the only way to success is to be purpose-driven. I can't wait to see the final outcome and to celebrate the difference between start and finish.

Your MADE A WHOLE LOT MORE Story
I knew I had to learn what to do to obtain sales, but fear almost paralysed me. My mind was closed and it did not seem as if sales is something I will every get right. Yes, it frustrated me initially. After going through the EPM, it dawned upon me that the sales Marisa was talking about, was to actually talk to people. I always thought marketing and sales is such an easy job. You just post an ad somewhere and that's it. Well, as I've explained before, I've never learned so much in one single course. I now know better. The results now depends on my ability to practice what was "preached" in this course.
