I have been stalled in my online business for three years, blogging about pets, then about gardening. I pivoted to survivalism when I joined EPM based on Marisa's recommendation during the Momentum interview. I just launched my first program The Survival Framework workshop. I am confident that I can build my new business around this first product, and make a very profitable online business.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
I have the ability to help people learn how to survive the unexpected, and my hero needs me.

How did EPM help you become successful?
I was able to follow the EPM program and plan an entire marketing thrust toward making my course launch successful.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
I am feeling more confident in the products that I am offering. I also have several new products in development that I will take with me to the Momentum Activate program.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
I pivoted from the gardening niche to the survivalism niche, where I can make a larger impact helping people. Survivalism and gardening really go hand-in-hand. I can still teach about gardening, using the "Victory Gardens" of America's past as the basis for the course.

What is now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
I can take the first product and establish an entire business with ancillary products around it.

I started this ride with a clear idea of what my course will be about. My idea stayed the same throughout EMP, however I’ve learned to look at it with fresh eyes and without a doubt create a better product for it.
EPM has given me this create path to create a product which I can use over and over again - and I can see this getting better and better. The training modules provide the blueprint and the asset. Thanks!

"My win on this journey is that I have registered 51 people for my course. I haven’t even started marketing anything yet! Too many for round 1 but now I have a wait list to iterate my way to awesome!

I used my mission statement and birds eye view as a way to presale the course. I was doing the presale via online webinars for free once a month. I went from 20 ppl per webinar to capping out at 50 in two months. Every time I would say upcoming is this course I am working on and to sign up for email list to remain informed. Then when I announced I was ready I had 52 ppl signed up."

After having retired from a very successful, 35-year business career, my goal was to establish a training program so that other prospective business owners/entrepreneurs could benefit from my experience. Basically, if someone wanted to experience and enjoy the fruits I enjoy today, I wanted to give them a roadmap so they could take the same actions I took and get the same things I have. I had such a program mapped out when I joined EPM but lacked the knowledge and experience to find qualified suspects and prospects using today’s web-based options. I joined EMP and it validated some of my ideas but more importantly, it gave me many new ideas that have made my offering better than it would have been otherwise. The content and sessions have been incredibly valuable, especially considering the price point. As we all iterate our way to awesome, I’d like to offer two suggestions to the EMP team. 1. While the principles of EPM are all well proven and time tested (Chatterboxing is basically Percy Whiting’s 5 Great Rules of Selling from 1947), recognize that the application of those principals is not a one size fits all scenario. My basic question of how to best find suspects was asked many times and never answered, other than in very general terms. Don't be afraid of tough questions and if you don't have good answers, let's work together to find them. 2. On several occasions, references were made to “dick-pics”. This is never appropriate in a business setting. Clearly, you were trying to communicate a certain process (from friend zone to dick-pic?) but there are any number of better ways to communicate this in a professional and business forum like EPM. Just flip the gender and you’re promoting the worse aspects of Mad Men. Is that really what you want to do? Overall, I chose to invest with Marisa and am glad I did. I didn’t get everything I wanted from the course but would do it again and recommend to anyone who asked. Thanks for a great experience!

"I was having challenges enrolling new clients into my coaching program. The level of engagement and implementation very low so I wasn’t getting new testimonials and reviews. I knew I had to change the content and delivery to make it more fun such that clients would love to show up and get results without the overwhelm and boring structure I was using. Then I found the PPIC challenge and joined. That was epic for me and when Marisa announced EPM, I was like, yasss! This is the missing ingredient in my coaching program-Experience! I enrolled for EPM and saw that I had so many gaps even though I had been coaching for over 4 years! There was also mindset that made running my business so overwhelming. Anyways, I joined EPM and started afresh. The weekly milestones arrangement helped me implement as I learned. It was a complete reset for me. Also, I learned through the give them what they want campaign that my audience wanted to be served in 1:1 product type. I learned to embrace the MVP mindset in my design and launch. By week 8, I panicked because I had only made one sale. The thought of chatter boxing made me nervous. I have to mention that I made a 15 degree pivot from busy professionals ( I think the moms just couldn’t relate with this term) to working moms. I felt people were couldn’t connect with the term “busy professionals”
Thereafter, I went back to my chatterbox video, watched the replays of Mondays with Marisa pod call I had missed for the week of January 7th Long story cut short, I signed up 2 additional coaching clients and I have made $1604 from 3 sales so far using just chatter boxing. I was also able to create a short program for people who can’t afford my $497. One more client will sign up on the 31st January. By the way, because COVID-19 affected a lot of jobs and businesses in my country, I created a 5-day experience bootcamp and I made $282 from my 5-Day program. I am getting more noticed from the rebranding and still chatter boxing. I will surpass my EPM goal by January 31st from the look of things. Thank you for creating EPM Marisa. Thank you Coach Richele for being there. Thank you Coaches Matthew and Emily for making tech so fun and easy, for going over board with GIDF. I appreciate the entire coaches’ console."

I had gone through other programs but ended up being frustrated and discouraged, because I didn't get the "how to" part of the training. Not being a "techie" was a real hindrance. Signing up for Marisa's Experience Product Masterclass was the best thing I did. We learned what to do, why, how to do it, and when to do it, step by step. It was just what I needed. But It was a real push for me, because I'm still working and never seemed to have the time I needed--I completed the course just under the wire, on the very last day of the 12-week program. And some things take me a little longer now that I'm kinda "over the hill" (I just turned 80 yesterday). I'm feeling pretty good about completing the course on time.

"I was exploring new ways to increase my income. I started with affiliate marketing but my heart was not in it. Though, if not for Caleb and Ryan I would never have found 2022 EPM. I wanted to share the psychospiritual knowledge I collected over the years so to help others realise their purpose. No one is alone. No one is a failure. Unless they believe they are.

A second challenge was looking an effective online vehicle--the xperiencify platform. Now I know how to provide a course which is powerfully motivating. I need to add that I still work with Ryan for I have seen the power of joining the ASKMETHOD with EPM. Especially, for Bootcamps. I am in his year long coaching program.

I gave my addiction patients gold stars whenever they showed progress. I did this because I saw the importance of recognising people so to build their self-confidence. The Cub Scouts are great proponents of rewarding children. It works. This is the magick of EPM. Feeding the child within. Most people are starved for recognition and acceptance.

Your GRADUATION Story
Having delivered plenty of live corporate training courses throughout my career, I have never produced an online one. But it’s something I’ve wanted to do since the beginning of COVID lockdown. I was given all kinds of conflicting advice about how to take my training online and didn’t know where to start. I joined EPM and found the simple, logical, straightforward structure of Marissa’s training amazingly helpful. Completing all the exercises was a great way to manage the process step by step and dispel all my anxieties about fulfilling my goal.

Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story
I began my chatterbox process by catching up with some friends at a coworking venue in Bristol, and managed to persuade one of them, Robert, to join me for a sit-down conversation to talk about my course. Stumbling over my lines, forgetting all my beautifully prepared benefit statements, I felt humbled that Robert stayed with me long enough to let me get to my close. I was squirming inside when I asked him whether he felt the beta version or the full course would be a better fit. It turned out that the course wasn’t what he was looking for, but he would be happy to share details with his network if I could send him a link. Despite the ‘no,’ I was delighted and relieved to know I’d met my goal and had made it my official launch!

A clearer understanding of the purpose and value of my service and the benefits I can bring to my clients. I feel much more clear and relaxed in business meetings generally as I is have an approach that allows me to get to the real issues so much more quickly. A sense of possibility and adventure. To apply all of this knowledge to all of my future networking and sales conversations, so that, whatever their needs, I can create great solutions for my clients.

Your GRADUATION Story
I was having a problem with coming up with my own product. I knew I had all this knowledge and experience and it was important to me to create something I could be proud of and show my kids what's possible. I wasn't sure what to do. I joined the Experience Product Masterclass and learned how to turn my knowledge and expertise into a product that can help busy moms like me! I followed the lessons and I really enjoyed the mastermind groups. They were really helpful with learning from others on the same path. By the end of these 12 weeks I had my 4-week self care program created and ready to go! I'm so proud of myself!

The biggest change in my business is that I now have one. It's impacted my life by building my confidence that I can really do this. I work full time, have mom duties, wife duties, and all other types of duties, but this pushed me and encouraged me to get comfortable with making progress not perfection. Always focus on progress and it's okay to mess up. I believe EVERYTHING is possible. This is just the beginning.

I truly appreciate everything EPM did for me, thank you!

"I'd been successfully running my multiple 6 figure Executive Coaching business for 15 years (so money wasn't a driving factor) but... the bulk of my work was 'in person'. I was spending hours commuting and knew that exchanging 'time for money was keeping me on the very treadmill I wanted to get off.

Most of my business was repeat clients or referrals - the trust for which I'd worked hard to build and was lovely. But, for the last few years, I'd yearned to have a greater impact, beyond those who already know, like, and trust me by leveraging my time and widening my impact. The answer was to move my business online but I just didn't know how to do this successfully.

For years, I'd also dreamed of the freedom of running my business from anywhere so I could travel where and when I wanted to. 2 years ago I launched my first online course and it was an epic failure! Only 2 people enrolled. I stuffed up the time zone difference so live sessions were at 4 am and made so many mistakes my confidence was completely crushed. Hmmm, maybe I just didn't have what it takes to run an online business...

In January 2020, I set myself the goal of swapping my 80/20% face-to-face/online business to 20/80 but still didn't know-how. By March COVID-19 hit and my business dried up... completely. Yet what seemed like a disaster turned into a gift.

Now, I HAD to get my business 100% online or go bust!

When EPM was advertised in September the timing was perfect. I'd taken 'Hidden Story Power' with Marisa many years before and was still using many of the concepts I'd learned from it. While I hadn't taken any other courses with her since, I'd continued to follow her and knew that this program was exactly what I needed to finally hit my own Mission Accomplished - to successfully transition to a fully online business making as much or more than I was making in my previously face to face business. I needed a way to differentiate myself from other Executive Coaches who, like me, were simply learning how to do what they'd done previously online via Zoom.

But life is rarely all smooth sailing. 1 month after diving into EPM, my long overdue hip replacement was scheduled and I had to accept the reality of not being able to market and launch my 'Invisible to Impact Leadership Masterclass' within the time frame of EPM. I also had to accept that I would probably have no income for 2 months.

Rather than giving up, I continued with the training and coaching calls right up until my surgery in mid-January. Rather than focusing purely on the course, I implemented Chatterboxing with referral leads that were coming in, just to see what would happen.

Day 3 post-surgery saw me hobbling on crutches up and down the hospital corridor, listening to Modules 4 and 5 pieces of training with earphones and my phone in my dressing gown pocket! Although I was spaced out on drugs and very tired, I pushed on with EPM....

And then something weird happened! 10 days post-surgery I finally logged into my email and all the leads I'd been Chatterboxing with pre-surgery had emailed me saying, ""Yes"" to my $9,000 1:1 Executive Leadership Coaching Program! In the past my conversion rate had been ~65% and EPM Chatterboxing had converted this to 100%!

While I hadn't hit Mission Accomplished with my EPM Product (am on track to launch in late February and feel confident I can and will hit MA with it), I had exceeded my stretch goal x 3!

I now have the skills and confidence to actually realize my dream of having a greater positive impact AND being able to run my business from anywhere! For the first time, running my business on my terms, whilst giving my tribe exactly what they need, when they need it is within reach. :-)
