I had worked on the idea of an online project to help retiring academics create a plan for a new life purpose for a couple years, and I knew intuitively that the project and what I could offer were "right." I just couldn't get it off the ground. I'd dabble with it, then put it away. I hadn't created the structure to make it happen. I joined EPM and learned to put the elements of my project together in a coherent way so that I now feel confident, even joyful, about sending it out into the world.

I really wanted to create a course to serve people. I have paid for many courses in the past that I thought would guide me and give me the steps to do this. I had not found any and then was introduced to Experience Product Masterclass. Marisa explained the class offerings so well that I signed up immediately. Upon finishing the minimum viable product part of the class, I made my goal. Not only have I learned the steps to create a product, I created it! I now can continue to improve on the one I have but I have lifetime access to the course and follow the steps again and again.

I was having this problem of how to create and implement my online course. I wasn't sure what to do or how to begin. I joined Experience Product Mastermind program and realized the framework I needed to take my idea and make it a viable product. I learned of the effectiveness using the experience product model to help my participants finish the course and get value from the experience. I began talking about my product to old and current clients and at various networking events. I then did a soft launch with a few of my current clients to have it be in conjunction with their current treatment to iron any bugs out with a plan for another launch date in February to a wider audience. The feedback I have gotten so far from my current clients has been quite favorable.

Your GRADUATION Story
I was struggling to get the many details it takes to get a course out into the world, organized and I had no idea how to deal with the tech. It felt a tad overwhelming. However, after seeing the webinar about this gamified version of course creation name EPM, I was hooked. I have completed all of the modules in the MVP track and I must say it is super thorough. I do feel that I needed more flexibility because I finished everything that was released fairly quickly at the beginning and was consistently done early for the first few weeks. I would have appreciated being able to move forward because, as I shared with my coach I was going to get very busy and I was. I almost didn't make it to graduation because of the lack of flexibility in the releases. I would advise that something be done about this. Most people wont go all the way ahead. As a matter of fact, most will probably be scrambling behind as this is plenty of work but because of that when we have the time, we should have the access, I would have completed the 3rd module more efficiently without the mad rush at the end and I would have completed 4th and 5th module if I could have completed it more at my pace. With that said, I believe Marissa has one of the most complete, well thought out, clear, innovative, and helpful products I have seen and I am a serial learner. I am much closer than I have ever been and will keep pushing on. I really need Ainsley for another month and I would be more than willing to pay for that time. Alas.....

Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story
I was having the challenge of getting my program completed and and now, I am at the point where I can launch my MVP. I am also excited about buying the lifetime plan for Xperiencify so I look forward to growing a robust library of Xperience products with LYM

Your FIRST SALE Story
Through my chats I have had about 4 people who have expressed a need thus far. No sale so far.

It was completing the program. The next challenge I am tackling is marketing and sale. I am grateful I have access to the bonuses that will make that easier. EPM has made me scramble in spite of exhaustion but I am grateful much is done now. A well thought out detailed program is bound to win. My Xperience product will do the same. I can support many more women to become courageous speaker thus creating a ripple effect in their lives, in their communities and for generations of little girls to come.

Your GRADUATION Story

More information and resources to use Hoping to make sales Make an experience product Possible for a Better course program

"Message on narrowing niches seemed to be repeated as people developed that, which is really important. I came in having worked on that planning previously. I felt I would have probably been more successful if I got access on how to organize and promote sooner as I was awaiting some trainings for awhile. I needed more time to work on those areas. Many may sell better with more demonstration and practical steps for a few sample paths. Since I was forming a minimum viable product, I was looking for the cheapest fastest clearest way to starting. I was looking for simplified clear steps for that version to get me off the ground, but I am still trying to sort through it.

There's a lot of content, bonuses, and benefit in EPM. The meetings keep it pretty busy, even during ""break"" weeks, and even very busy before opening day. I felt it would have been appreciated to have more time for figuring out ainslee and how it may offer any tips.

I had trouble using, filling, and organizing all the handouts. Perhaps they can be formatted for easier viewing, reviewing, editing, joining, grouping. Perhaps an online version link as well with possibly the whole pdf with easy saving capability, retrieval, etc. I'm not a tech expert so I don't know. Its clear a lot of effort was put into developing such high quality and thorough resources. Thank you.
I did like the GoogleDoc for the milestones, for easy referencing, linking, and editing as needed.

I do not remember the time investment needed that was mentioned during the webinars. However, I was surprised that the meetings alone take up several hours a week, not to mention the time to actually go through the trainings and work on designing.

It is great to have so much content, that I hope to go back over. I am still trying to find how to get the paper plane version up, hopefully with upgrades over time.

Without my mvp up and working, I cannot invest in other LYM products and programs right now, although they sound intriguing.

EPM has clearly had a lot poured into it for years to help people successfully create their courses.

Thank you to everyone involved for putting these amazing resources together with much excellence.

These are just some observations from my experience that may help increase EPM goals. Hopefully it is ok to give feedback here as I do not know where else to do so.

Thank you all so much and best wishes to everyone for more great things to come.

I was having valuing my own expertise and experience. I wasn’t sure what to do und. I joined EPM and I realised that I had to stop. I (what you did) and move from a time-for-money mindset to a catalyst for transformation mindset. I realised that I have a wealth of experience and expertise to share with the world. I also discovered that there is so much to learn and gain from taking courageous steps forward and that progress always wins over perfection. My product is still a work in progress and will continue to be refined over the years to come but I've made my getting started choices and they've served me. All of these internal changes were reflected in moving from charging my coaching clients for sporadic 1:1 sessions to a $3000, 3-month coaching package. In the 12-months prior to EPM, I had never made more than $450 in a single sale. Actually, I made more in 1 enrolment conversation after working on myself and my experience product in EPM than I had made in the last 12-months coaching online. My mind has been opened to what is possible and my goal is to remain open to new levels of growth and expansion.

"When I attended a webinar for EPM a year ago, I knew it was the right program, but at the time I was in the middle of taking a 9-month certification course in nutrition which was really intense so I knew I wouldn’t be able to invest the time into EPM. I am an avid researcher who looks at all the fine details of anything before spending money and am a bit of a tightwad. So over the past year I checked out about 6 other online courses on “how to create an online course” and kept coming back to EPM. I knew this year would be the right timing for me.
I had ideas for my online nutrition course but nothing started. I knew I didn’t want to do 1:1 client coaching but I love teaching kids with interactive activities, so wanted to do something along that line. I wanted to wait until I was enrolled in EPM because I knew Marisa had the secrets to success and I didn’t want to have to undo missteps later.
All I can say is that over these few months I have learned more than I could have ever expected! Some of my friends who graduated from the same nutrition course are still limping along, trying to figure out how to get online and get clients. I feel I have a huge head start now!
Since I was starting without a mailing list and also did not feel comfortable marketing to my close friends for various reasons, I’m still trying to find people to chatterbox with. So, my mailing list still only has 10 people gained through my survey. But that’s okay. I know I’ll continue to gain momentum in this area.
Despite the fact that my marketing is still slow, I feel so grateful for all I learned and accomplished. I was able to watch most of the video trainings, benefited from all the coaching from Coach Mike and my coaching pod members, learned a lot from all the side-door coaching and tech coaching, and got a huge amount done on my thinking and creating.
My accomplishments: a good course name, a mission statement, Bird’s Eye view and all trainings outlined, a freebie, a sales page (hooked up to an order form in Paypal, and will soon link directly to an Xperiencify payment form), a squeeze page, a survey, my roadmap created, lots of ideas for constant wins and fun, a 1-year Xperiencify plan paid for, and I even finally became a FB user for the first time!
I’ve joined FB groups, generated some interest in what I offer, and have ideas of how to market my product locally which I hope to implement very soon. Apart from EPM, I also registered my business in my state and purchased two domain names, one for my business and one for the course.
My goal is to sell my beta online nutrition course to 15 families by the end of February!
I know without the guidance of Marisa and the entire LYM team I could never have progressed this quickly in getting my business up and running. I know what I learned will serve me for many years, and I’m looking forward to all the great content that LYM will release in the future.
My biggest take-away, as a former perfectionist, is: “Done is better than perfect.” I’ve created everything so much more quickly and with much less agony! It’s my new mantra! Thank you Marisa!!!
And thank you to each of you whose FB posts have encouraged me and spurred me on to my goals. I look forward to seeing everything we all accomplish in the months and years ahead. Keep pedaling!!!!"

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Done is better than perfect. Making a "get started" choice.

How did EPM help you become successful?
It helped me push through my perfectionism and indecision, clarify every aspect of my course, and move me forward very quickly.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
I feel like I can do anything I set out to do.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
I feel confident that I have something to offer that people want and need. I feel like I have forward momentum in getting my course out the door and changing peoples' lives. My confidence level is really high due to all the encouragement and support of LYM team and everyone on FB.

What is now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
I believe I can now earn money doing what I love. I have so many course ideas and can't wait to get my first one up and running so I can continue to change peoples' lives! I hope that many children will LOVE my course and it will spread far and wide. And I do hope to make money that will support my husband and myself and help me pay off my mortgage. I believe it's possible!
