"
I'm working on performance coaching for entrepreneurs. And for me the ah-ha came when I iterated on the bird's eye view a few times.
I was then able to see that ""mindset"" is an entirely different bucket from ""performance"" -- and that you need the combo to make massive progress."

I have a passion in my heart for those that don't think they matter... This comes from my own story of feeling that way, and God helped me to see that I matter to Him! He put me here on earth for a reason, and I believe its to help others in my age group (50 plus) to know they matter too, to find their passion again, and to make the most of the next chapter of their life! What I found in EPM is that I could help others an make a living at the same time. Also it has the potential to help more people than I thought possible! I ran into two problems though... 1- I am in the process of closing my commercial cabinet shop down (of 23 years) while doing this course and physically could not do both at the same time, we have to the end of February before we are completely done and then I am starting up again with the class. 2- I hit a wall when we got to the part of where you share your qualifications... I have done 15 years of leading small group meetings both in Bible study groups(5), and dysfunctional family work(10), and lots of life experiences. However nothing official or educational to point to so I got stuck thinking who would want to listen or learn from me??? Let alone buy a product from me... The thing is I can't shake this burden to tell my story and to help others to find theirs! So I will be back to continue the journey.

I have taught this program to a live group, and was wondering how I could effectively create this program online. Using the EPM process I have already much more clarity of what I am offering, to whom, and why and how health coaches will benefit. I need to have good steps to follow and deadlines to achieve to make projects happen. This program has kept me on task, making me move forward much more quickly than on my own.

I was having trouble figuring out how to structure in market my program. I wasn’t sure what to do to get the desired amount of sales that I was looking to generate. I joined the Experience Product Masterclass, and I learned a lot of valuable marketing strategies. In addition I learned the precise structure I needed to build and market my experience product. I completed the program and was able to successfully launch and sell the initial students into my program. I am really happy with how the results started flowing in by the completion of the Experience Product Masterclass.

I was having trouble developing a course for teachers, I wasn’t sure where to start. I joined EPM and I learnt all the sequence required before a course reaches the target audience.I did what Marisa recommended and I launched the course in 10 weeks.

Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story
Prior to EPM, I was struggling to actually launch at an MVP level. Primarily around the idea of outlining the course in a way that felt organized, without actually creating the full course! Yesterday at a sales conversation I handed out an outline of the modules/lessons and only a couple of them are written. (Written prior to joining EPM)

The biggest change in my business since designing the online stress management course for educators has been a heightened focus and expertise in addressing the unique challenges faced by stressed educators. This specialization has allowed me to create more impactful, relevant content that resonates deeply with my target audience. It's not just about teaching stress management techniques; it's about understanding and addressing the specific stressors educators face, which has significantly improved the effectiveness and appeal of my courses. Participating in the Experience Product Masterclass has not only prepared me professionally but also positively impacted my life in several ways. It has fostered a greater sense of purpose and satisfaction, knowing that I'm developing a course that can truly make a difference for educators. Additionally, the skills and confidence I've gained have led to personal growth and a more balanced approach to work and life. The anticipation of launching my course and the potential it has to impact others keeps me motivated and excited about the future. My biggest takeaway from the Experience Product Masterclass (EPM) has been the understanding of how to create engaging, interactive online courses that truly resonate with learners. This program has equipped me with the techniques and insights needed to design educational experiences that are not just informative, but also inspiring and motivating. It's been a game-changer in how I approach online education, especially in designing courses tailored for the unique challenges and stressors faced by educators. Because of my Experience Product Masterclass, new possibilities have opened up for me. I can now reach and positively impact a wider audience, specifically educators dealing with stress. Your GRADUATION Story
" I am legally blind and will eventually be totally blind. I have never slowed down much. I am able to function, much more slowly, but pretty well by constantly adapting and learning. I found that people kept telling me their visual challenges and referring me to friends and relatives who needed help. I knew in my heart that I wanted to develop a coaching program where I could help people who are visually impaired, not only learn to function effectively, but help them overcome all the fears and take their power back and be confident and happy again.
I joined EPM to have a path to follow and structure and accountability to develop this program. I was absolutely confident in my niche and what I wanted to teach. Afterall, I am living the modules every day! The biggest mistake I made in EPM was not using Ainslee. In the very beginning milestones I didn't really think I needed it. Besides, it took me so very long to read and do a milestone because of my disability in reading much or fast. So, when I got to finishing a milestone if I already had answers, I didn't have more time to learn Ainslee. That was a big mistake, because as I got further down the line the milestones were more complex and Ainslee would have been a big help. By then, I realized that Ainslee builds on the material we have already used! I would have to go back to the beginning and input all the material....no time for that! Lesson learned....I lost out on a big support technique and an opportunity to learn how AI could be used for me.
Google Docs was a huge challenge since I had never used that before and have nobody to help and show me all this. So I figured it out on my own and think I got it to work okay. At least I was able to communicate with my coach and get all the milestones done with a thumbs up. I still don't know how to save anything in Google Docs, but that will be the next lesson! Lesson learned...I can figure this stuff out, eventually, even if I have to allow for many more hours to finish work.
The other major challenge for me was Get It Done Friday. Most of it involved showing a computer screen and moving and pointing to how things are done. I cannot see a regular computer screen...everything looks like fuzzy gray on white...no contrast. I have my computer fixed with a black background and contrasting letters, but when someone shares their screen it shows what they have. That is a challenge that is unique to my situation so I just listened and followed as much as I could. Lesson learned...I am not going to be able to get the most out of screen sharing of someone's computer screen, but I can listen and get something rather than saying ""I can't"" to the whole deal. I picked up on what I thought would work for me and my clients and what and how I could adapt several things.
Coach Jennifer was terrific! She understood the uniqueness of my niche and program and worked with me and was extremely supportive. I finished all 16 milestones and feel a great sense of accomplishment. I am proud of the work I have done and the coaching program I have developed. EPM enabled me to develop this program with it's stucture and by keeping me on track and having accountability and a deadline. I have encouraged several people to join next year.

Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story
" Upon completing my 16 milestones and reaching graduation I launched my MVP. I love that EPM promotes chatterboxing. I use this in my health and wellness business all the time and I find it really comfortable and easy. I have chatterboxed with a good number of people, with most of them being for the purpose of getting a referral for my program. Since my program is for such a small and specific niche (visually impaired people), it is a bit hard to find and reach potential clients. Many do not read, do internet, or even text. I realize it will be a somewhat slow process to find and connect with these people, but I am willing to be patient with that and keep working at it. I am totally confident that I have a really good program to offer and that I can make a positive impact in their lives when I find that person and sell my first program.
The last person I chatterboxed with the other day was very positive. I all but actually closed the sale with her. I went through the entire process, however, she is not a candidate herself becausse she has no visual impairment. She does have 2 definite people in mind that she thinks could benefit greatly and will get information to me to contact them.
"

This is a brand new business for me. I have never attempted to develop a coaching program for visually impaired before. I believe the biggest challenge has been acquiring clients for my program. I just started reaching out, but my ideal client is not using the internet and possibly not even texting on a cell phone. I am proud of what I have accomplished in developing my program and so is my husband and so are many of my close friends. I feel excited to see what all this will bring to my life. I am amazed at the amount of information and techniques that I have been able to learn and put into a "done" coaching program in 12 weeks. EPM gives soooooo much more than is ever expected, but ties it all together in a useable way....not just random information for us to put someplace. I believe I can build on what I have learned. I am already wanting to reiterate some of what I have done. I can also see me doing another MVP in a completely different area than the one I am in now.

I really enjoyed this journey. I have not made Mission Accomplished but I met some very nice people, gave and received a lot of support, learned a lot of new things, have some great resources and just in general moved forward in my awareness of how to create my course and business.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
I was happy to learn the things that I did. All the Coaches/Teachers gave very valuable information that I can use. Everyone was great and supportive, especially the other students in the group.

How did EPM help you become successful?
Well I haven't sold my product yet, so I can't say it helped me be successful, but I did learn some new things.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
Again, can't say I am successful, but I did learn new things to go forward with. Things like a mission statement to have focus and clarity, finding the niche, creating a brand, tech tips, general strategies and tools to keep trying.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
Getting people to sign up. Whether it was engaging in my Facebook Group, with posts to get people talking, trying to get a chat going with individuals, emails of all sorts, (free ebook, value info, invites for free sessions, etc), I could not get any response or sign ups. Even with chatterboxing as "helping people" and giving "cookies", as Coach Ed says, people didn't even go for that, so it was difficult to even get the conversation started.

What is now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
I have clarity where before I didn't know what I was going to do. So I just have to keep trying to figure out what works and keep chipping away at it until someone buys.

Hiiii ???? I am just starting EPM and Oh Gosh I love it! and at the same time it´s hard for me to make decisions ????. I just finish the Experience Product Type Video and Marissa asked to share it with the tribe (I am trying and committed to doing my homework) but I am not quite sure wich type is the correct yet!. I am just starting and it´s my first product, but I´ve done a little bit of teaching informally to several people as well. So I am considering 1:1 Private Coaching, 1:few Group Training/Coaching Program or 1:few Done with you services. The reason I am also considering 1:few is because where I live people ususally are not willing to pay for a high cost product and I am worried that people don´t know my expertees well to trust me yet for a 1:1 ????. Ok I am struggling a little here, but expect with the next videos to find more clarity. Pd: The funny thing is before I watched the video I though 1:Many would be the perfect fit for me!!! ???? (I had no idea)

I started the process of getting an online course up back in 2020. I had set up a simple 3-day workshop and it was set up on the Mastermind platform. I got less than 10 purchases on that and have been struggling getting traction with my content on social media to build my brand. All the while I was interested in launching a larger course that was more comprehensive but I was a bit stuck on how to approach the content as my original workshop didn't really work. I knew I had to retool the training and the marketing. While I got behind doing EPM I found the training helpful in getting me to sit down with all my content and restructure it. So now I have a plan for what I am going to offer. I have a schedule to keep me on track. And I have an idea what I will offer as the MVP portion to start preselling. I have started chatterboxing (which I didn't really understand prior to the course) and while I haven't gotten a sale yet I at least have one person that expressed a lot of interest. I realized had I done that approach with the first course it might have been more successful. Because of all the struggles, to be honest, I have been less than motivated, but after rallying to finish up Modules 2/3 in the last few weeks (mostly in the last week really!) I am now excited to throw myself back into this project full force. I hope to have more progress to show by LYM live in a few months!
