"The course put in place many of the stepping stones needed to make this a viable income for me.

I was having an information overload and I wasn't sure hiw to position my business. I joined EPM and put together a program that I believe in. I had my first conversation with a qualified prospect and although I didn't sell yet, I am confident I will - in corporate niche it just takes time
My passion for the past decade is transformational leadership development, globally. My leadership development program has been used in several organizations and countries--however, it's been delivered in-person, except for my 1:1 executive coaching. I have always wanted to reach a larger audience on a virtual platform, but did not know how. Then I learned of EPM and decided to make the investment, as I recognize online is a 'whole new world' and the challenge is to keep students engaged, to the end. I have a business background so much was familiar, but I found the very detailed 'Paint by numbers' approach revealing and refreshing. Accepting the mindset of 'Minimal Viable Project', I chose a specific micro-niche within professional development and skill building. For 20+ yrs I've consulted with MDs, Nurses, Pharmacists, who find themselves in leadership positions due to their technical skills, but lack management and leadership training to make them really effective. in the past 4 years, I've been expanded my teaching to marine biologists, auditors, IT professionals, many of whom are introverts as their professional choices demonstrate. The area most in need of development are a variety of people skills, that are hampering their capacity to advance in their careers. My target audience: Mid-career technically trained professionals who want to advance their career and move into management and leadership position. My product addresses a fundamental requirement in this day and age: People Skills. I now have a well-defined 8-week program for technical professionals--using all that I've learned about student motivation and engagement through EMP. I will launch my program in late Feb or early March. I am using xperiencify platform for ease of execution, and I believe I will be launching additional topic-specific courses using the same model. I'm very happy with my paper plane for now. I'm very confident the content is good, and now I know how to deliver it. My first sale: is Jeremiah Mubaiwa. He is head of TECH Support at the LEAP Science and Maths Schools in South Africa. http://leapschool.org.za . I have been doing group leadership development at the LEAP Schools since 2013, and I know Jeremiah and he knows my work. His annual performance reviews have repeatedly highlighted people skills as an area of development. When I told him I was going to run a beta course at 1/2 price--he jumped at the opportunity--as I know he does want to advance his career. Feeling very very excited to apply all I've learned and get this puppy launched using EPM and MVP principles. I've learned so much--and have much to learn! Thank you all!!
"I was having trouble in my own life with not having enough tools to face the many stressful situations I had with raising 3 children as a single mom, and not working for 15 years after my third child was born with a life-shortening disability. I wasn't sure in all that time how to turn my great business idea from 17 years ago into an actual income-generating reality. I joined EPM because I know I do better in community with others and I also do very well with deadlines, and EPM certainly delivered both. I have now learned a step by step formula for how to take my etheric business idea and to put it into a practical form as a real course. My 17-year-old idea - createYES/Your Essential Self, encouraging everyone to embrace the experience of evolving, which we do faster together - now has an actual first course offering which was originally going to be called 85 Days to Your Energy Management System, a custom set of techniques for navigating life while staying more balanced in mind, body, and spirit. HOWEVER, I discovered for myself (after coaching was done) that this was not an MVP product, so now I have broken that down to yet another iteration of my course content. My MVP is now The Monthly WALK - A Way of Aligning with Love and Knowledge - and this will be a monthly membership site. Join on a sliding scale of $20-$200 and keep your starting rate for as long as you maintain your membership each month. This is the best way I can match my values around money and fees and energy exchange with the idea of actually earning money.
I did every EPM homework assignment and found at the end of it all that I had everything I needed to move forward, I figured out what to say, who to talk with, and even how to think of my new business and developed the confidence to just keep going. The first time I spoke of it in public I found my first customer. That was really inspiring and even though I struggled after that with moving forward, and truly really hated the chatterbox campaign, or at least the way it was taught and implemented, I am not at all scared of talking to people, just not familiar with asking for money - and I now have the tools to just keep standing back up and to just keep showing up for myself. I look forward to maintaining connection with this community to help keep me accountable and on purpose moving forward. I do still intend to be a success story in next year's EPM promotional webinars. Keeping that target in mind is another tool I will use to keep myself going and to bring my business out in the world, and I WILL find my first 12 MVP clients in the next month because I really DO need to earn back my investment asap. That is non-negotiable. I've got one, (four now in the time since I first wrote this), so the rest will be easier. Thank you for continuing to show up for all of us to keep us going!"
I was having difficulty creating a one to few group coaching program, I wasn't sure what to do in order to expand my impact as a Psychologist of 25 years. I joined the MVP and discovered that I had everything it takes to create a transformational program. well i got it done and out there and people were interested in it so after i complete this 1st run of my product i will iterate my way to phase 2learning to get the ideas out of my head onto paper and just start working on them, progress over perfection just keep moving to keep the momentum alive. i am encouraged to get more and more products and ideas going progress over perfection for sure anything is possible, this was hard but i showed myself i could do it

As my Vision and Goal to scale my business and work more remotely, I had to equip myself with tools in order to take the necessary steps. Enrolling in the EMP 2020 course gave me the confidence; marketing methods & wording and platform guidance into scaling my business and enter this new journey forward. I am now in my BETA phase of coaching and guiding clients through the process where they implement and reach their desired results. Currently entering the BETA STAGE to test as a more VIP experience: Client 1 signed up @ $2350 for a part of the course customized for them & Client 2: $3475- to coach and guide them through the course. A group with 15 projects signed up for the Course at the future normal price of 1497 each for 1: Few after the Beta stage.
What specifically did you do to experiencify your program? Give us an example of a core experience you implemented in your product.
Updating the clients' Mood board as they progress in the form of a Treasure Map with Before and After sliders. Accomplishments will be "celebrated" with truly African animal animations and sounds.
What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Start BETA and you will evolve, change and grow as you progress. No need for the course to be perfect before you can launch.

"I have NEVER in my life been the kind of person who would be considered lucky, or have I ever had things just ""fall into my lap"" with ease.
Me? I've had to work my proverbial butt off for every single accomplishment I've had in my life. Nothing and I repeat NOTHING has ever been easy for me.
I don't know why I thought that going into business for myself at the age of 52 would be any different, but there you are… I did.
I don’t even remember how I heard about EPM, but I’m so glad that I did! For about 4 years I have been floundering in my business, because quite frankly — I was a dismal failure at it. In fact I was about to call it quits. When I heard Marissa speak for the first time on a webinar, she gave me hope again that I could be successful in my own business, so I purchased the program.
She made me realize is that my business never took off because I NEVER HAD A SYSTEM!
For the last 4 years, I’ve wanted someone to just hold my hand and tell me what I need to do to be successful. Thank you EPM for holding my hand and guiding me. From crafting a mission statement for my product PLUS going through each and every video in depth, studying the transcriptions and worksheet, and knowing that the Xperiencify platform is available to me after my first iteration of my product – the 90 Day Business Launch Incubator and just launching it in all its glorious imperfection is scary as hell to me but thrilling as a whole!
Even though I have not yet reached Mission Accomplished, because I am in the full marketing stage now as my online course and 12 weekly group coaching package starts February 15, I know that once I have this system completely under my belt and once I’ve gone through that 1st iteration of this product… I will be able to do it again, with all the other courses that I have bubbling in my head.

How did EPM help you become successful?
Financially, I haven't made a dime yet, but I know deep down in my soul that as I move forward with my business, I know that my product will sell. The success has occurred in my mind - which I know is where it first must germinate before it actually manifests.
How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
What I've learned in these 5 modules + the bonuses - which I haven't even started yet have given me hope again. I was almost at the quitting point in my business in October and then I saw Marissa. I have HOPE again, but more importantly, I now have a strategy to get what I want.
What has been the biggest change in your business?
"The biggest change has been the change in my psyche. I have always tended to believe that I cannot release anything into the world until it is perfect. This thinking has continuously held me back.
EPM has forced me (in a good way) to take imperfect action on what I'm doing for my business.
Another major change that I have seen in my business is in how I think then execute on the project. For instance in the Ready, Aim Fire lesson... which was revelatory I realized that I don't have to have EVERY COMPONENT done and released in order to forge ahead. Additionally the 10x Delivery Checklist - never had I done such a deep dive into how I thought about how to deliver a product or service before.
Extraordinarily challenging, but I know it will be so worth it when I'm done!"
