"I sacrificed a lot and I got a lot from the course....I reduced my income to block out the time to do the course work; I didn't take a break; I didn't have quality family time over the holidays.. to make sure I could reach mission accomplished by the end of January....I did it!
I changed my entire business model in the process. Not only have I added programs but I have added the Discovery Call so that I no longer just work with people as they have been referred by a GP and I have packaged up my consultations so there is no hourly rate.
I iterated 3 times and now I have 3 courses to move my customers through and with their help, I will find the last one of the year. I have a clear path for my customers to provide them with solutions and results and transform their lives.
There were times when I was so overwhelmed and confused but I just kept remembering that this is normal and through this will come clarity. Wow, it did....it is still coming though (as I am delivering my 1st program right now)! There is still lack of confidence but I know this is going to be there until I finish delivering my first program as I am trying to navigate a new space and put everything together. I know that once I do it the first time, my confidence will grow.
The amount of coaching was one of the best parts. Feeling supported gave me confidence .... I felt held, even when I didn't use it...I just knew it was there.
I have connected with some wonderful people and they are accountability partners moving forward. This is not the end of the journey, it is only the beginning."
What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
How to put programs together and the elements needed to keep people engaged and how to not overwhelm them so that they can get to mission accomplished

I am on my way. I know now how to create a program that is going to excite people; how to market it.

It hasn't fully yet but it has built my confidence and hope. I know now that what I want for myself which is financial and time freedom is within reach. I have being trying to do this for 5 years and now it is becoming a reality - well it is within reach.

It has happened yet but it is moving forward into what I have wanted for years. I know from this that everything will change...my entire business model and structure - programs, packages for consulting vs hourly rates, and working with people who are motivated to get results and see the value in putting in the work and will pay for the services and solutions

I had created my online course when the Covid lockdowns first hit. I knew there was a need for businesses to have a blueprint for creating a cybersecurity incident response plan for their business, but I was having trouble articulating the solution and drilling down and picking the best target audience. I learned about Experience Products and joined so that I could revamp and Experiencify my course using your online system. I have all modules done and need to just get them to your team to work your magic. I have started chatterboxing this past week and am working to find my best prospects to lead them through the Pivot points. Thanks, Marisa and Coach Ed as well as the entire team there! I was apprehensive about joining this program since I have tried many courses before to get me to finish setting up my course. I found the coaching and accountability very helpful in achieving the outline for my course as well as pushing me to engage in uncomfortable sales conversations. I haven't gotten any sales yet, but I am confident that I will get some eventually.
"I have been a therapist and coach and healer for 30 years. I have loved my work, but have always been reluctant to charge more than the bare minimum because of the old belief that if you have a gift you should share it and the belief that spiritual people do not exploit people or charge for their services, This mindset had been ingrained into my psyche since birth or pre-birth.
Meanwhile, many tragedies and traumatic events have been interrupting the flow of my professional career.
I realized 2 years ago that the way to make a financially prosperous and viable career was to create group sessions and courses. Consequently, I have been creating courses over the past 2 years, despite all of the life challenges I have been going through.
Unfortunately, I have not known how to go about selling them or promoting myself. Previously I used to write for magazines and appeared on the radio and attracted clients in this way, as well as by word of mouth. Now, everything is online and I need to create different approaches.
I worked with a mentor, who was very famous, for a year before he sadly passed away and learnt a lot about the attitude towards money.
When I saw Marisa's promotions for her courses, I was immediately taken with her and what she was saying. I knew in my heart that she was the one to really take me to the next level! I was not wrong. She has delivered in excess!
The EPM started off very slowly and I was bored and impatient at the beginning, so I found other things to study in the meantime. Then, suddenly it really took off and I was constantly running to keep up with all of the material Marisa was providing for us.
I loved the content.
Even more, I loved the coaching sessions with my group the #Unstoppables (with Coach Mike). This provided the continuity and sense of reality and grounding. Without this, the programme would have been too impersonal and ungrounded.
Overall, I think this is an excellent course and was quite an amazing experience. I was fully immersed and gave 110% the whole time.
I started the Chatterbox Campaign but it was really not suitable for me in my situation so I have also embraced several other of the Campaign suggestions- which will take longer overall, but I feel more authentic about the process and much happier.
I look forward to reporting the results when they appear! I am keeping up the wonderful momentum and I am excited about where this will go - in the short term and into the future!

I was frustrated with never finishing my goal of creating a course. I didn't want to spend the money on one more thing because I had signed up for so many different things that might help me learn to create a course. LYM was the last straw in my mind, in fact I could not believe I was spending the money again!! But I did and said this is it, if I get lost in the weeds, never again. This course has been the best money I have spent in years. Each day there was another amazing knowledge bomb training and as the program went on, I couldn't believe how much this course covered. I was afraid of tech and it walked me through that, I was afraid of knowing how to create something that people would think was worth it and LYM walked me through that, it just went on and on!! I have 3 ladies that want to use the course in their leisure when I have created all of the videos. Since I work full time and my course is 7 modules, it has taken me most of my extra time to create nice videos. I am looking forward to my last recorded video done at a workshop I am doing in a couple of weeks.
Your MADE A WHOLE LOT MORE Story
I was overwhelmed with the thought of tech and not knowing what all was ahead for me in building a course. There are sooooo many things that you don't know and cannot even anticipate. What I learned is that I couldn't do it alone and I needed LYM more than I even understood myself at the time. LYM took the guesswork out of everything.
Relief that I have accomplished the thing I set out to do 3 years ago. Now I can take this to different groups and organizations to reach more people than just one on one coaching. I plan to pitch it in the Spring to an organization that I have been working with to help their staff. The way you have pulled out all of the stops for us. Your GRADUATION Story
As an instructional designer, I know how to design courses, but I was not sure how to market or sell online courses as an entrepreneur. I joined EPM and learned so much more than how to market and sell online courses - I learned an entrepreneur/innovator mindset, and I learned that getting your first "no" on a sales attempt is a good thing!
My business will actually get off the ground this year instead of just thinking about doing it. Success is still to come, but I have hope now that this will become a reality. My idea to help other course creators with the module/trainings/course outline step was validated by My EP is not finished yet, and I have not made a sale yet, but I believe it will change my family's life when I take off.
"Since the onset of COVID-19, I was struggling deeply with the transition to marketing and delivering my coaching and training services in a digital and virtual environment. I'm an old school, in-person kind of guy and even though I had tried multiple online courses, challenges and webinars, I wasn't getting the breakthrough I needed.
I joined EPM and I realized that the magic of breakthrough and transformation happens with a powerful combination of clear content, insightful coaching and encouraging community. With step by step content delivery and weekly support from Coach Debra and the Team, I was able to ""keep pedaling"" in spite those moments where I was tempted to stop and come back to EPM again ""next year.""

I was scared at first to try EPM, I have a fun time with community and the friends that I made.
