My desired audience is pregnant women, for I passionately desire to enable them to give birth without labor pains--merely muscle contractions--and without the drugs with their after-effects, such as dizziness and constipation. In addition, the drugs make the newborn sleepy, and I want the mother to enjoy seeing her alert infant gazing deeply into her eyes, recognizing her heartbeat and fascinated to see her at last. I was keeping up with the lessons in the modules until Thanksgiving, when I came down with Covid. I was extra susceptible to Covid because I am 80 years old (definitely over 65, haha), because I had high blood pressure, and because, according to the definition of obese, I was definitely there. Suddenly I felt more than exhausted. It was as if the life were being pulled out of me. I couldn't stay awake. My mind was foggy. I slept twelve hours/day and it wasn't enough and when I woke I couldn't think. I remained in this condition even when I was no longer infected--for all of December and half of January. Despite all this I kept trying to search for groups which might include pregnant women. Instead I found competing groups, or groups which offered maternity clothes or baby clothes. This was frustrating and discouraging but I kept thinking of search criteria that might give better results. Suddenly I realized I needed something different. I opened my address book and called every number, leaving a message when nobody answered. People are still answering, and at least one of them has told me five other people who may know pregnant women. These five have all phoned me and have promised to give my contact information to the pregnant women. Coach Debra has suggested that they contact the pregnant women again, giving them my name and phone number and email address, so that I can contact THEM without disturbing them or intruding on them. I will contact everyone again and suggest that they say this to the pregnant women. As soon as I reach even one pregnant woman she is sure to have friends who are also pregnant. Now that I am healthy again, I will go to a nearby store that sells baby clothes and/or maternity clothes. Surely there I will encounter a pregnant woman. I need ONLY ONE and I am off to the races. Meanwhile, I HAVE GRADUATED.
What has been the biggest change in your business?
I have never been in business. I was teaching junior college until Covid came, but I don't want to expose myself to a classroom full of young adults as long as Covid continues, so I have stopped teaching. I miss my students! I want to share my experience with pregnancy and delivery to enable many women to experience the joy of being in control of her baby's birth. This will be totally different from classroom discussion. It s a physiological and emotional experience.
How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
I am hoping that teaching online and helping pregnant women actualize their power and joy by taking charge of their own labor and delivery, will give me as much satisfaction as listening to my college students discussing their world--or even more.
What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
I may be able to do business even though I never did anything of the sort in my life before.
What is now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
I don't know until I encounter a pregnant woman who wants me to teach her how to give birth joyfully and with verve. I am hoping to share her joy and power by empathy with her achievement.
Is there anything else you would like to add?
I will have more to say after I have sold my services and have been recommended to others. I have in mind to offer a second experience course in Reclaiming Your Soul, but first I need to help the pregnant women.
I held my "Freeing Your Voice Healing with Your Original Song..." online course twice, but some of my students left the course with the feeling that something is missing. They enjoyed the singing part, but the songwriting part was somehow overwhelming. I have put everything I know about singing and I thought the basic blocks of songwriting, but this seemed to be too much information to digest in 6 weeks. I joined EPM, and the sentence from Marisa "specificity sells" has burnt in my brain! So I have narrowed my teaching material down and I gave another structure to it by using Marisa's "holy trinity" from the Experience Formula: the mission statement, the birds' eye view and the future self. My student felt much more confident, the clarity they gained kept them motivated throughout the course, they stayed in action-mood during that 6 weeks. So ALL of my students committed to the results they had in the mission statement, so ALL of them have found their own voice, they enjoy it more, they ALL learnt the new songs by heart, and they ALL wrote a wonderful original song. This creative process itself served them as true healing, it was a deep transformation, and a new strong community was born! I was so moved by what happened, I can't wait to launch this course again and again!
Your GRADUATION Story
It’s wonderful!! I have completed Modules 1, 2, and 3 – primarily because it was so simple to understand how to reach the goal. At a few times I got lost in all the materials, but it was so easy to go back to the objective and understand immediately what I needed to do to meet the mission, and particularly exactly where I was in the process. I am not sure how others feel, but I feel like EPM was designed specifically for MY learning style! Thank you, Marisa & Team, for a product that has moved me further than any of the other valuable (& not so valuable) programs I have done over the years. And, I love that this is only the beginning!!
Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story
It’s like a miracle!! I have followed Marisa at a distance for years. I don’t know why I never engaged with one of her programs, maybe it was the marketing shift she says she made at some point, maybe the student was ready (wish I had gotten there years ago)!! I have wanted to launch a program since 2004! Yep…a while now. My vision for the program has evolved but the one thing I struggle with was feeling like I had a product. I always knew that I have a helpful and relevant basis for my HEALING WHAT AGES US program…but I didn’t have a product. All that marketing & other training…but I don’t have a product. I’d jump in, but I don’t have a product. Now I am so far into a brilliant product, designed to share my message with my customers and make a difference in their lives – in a way that is appropriate to them! Now I understand how to use market research to build an MVP product & bring it to market. Now I am free!! Now I don’t worry because I HAVE A VIABLE PRODUCT!! All that stuff about finding a tight niche, I now understand is a marketing issue and I can focus on one population for my MVP and I can also shift my marketing to address the needs of another population at another time. This has been so freeing. Now I can focus my audience statement without feeling like there is no other option. Freedom! Now I am released from needing a PERFECT introductory program rather than a PERFECT Signature Product right out of the gate. Now that I have a product, I have something tangible to offer! WOW !!! Thanks, Marisa, Coach Matthew, Murray, & Team I have brought someone to the enrollment conversation and even though she did not buy, at this time, I could see how EPM brought me such clarity that I was able to offer the same to the prospect/person. I was able to discuss her dreams with her in a way I don’t think she had been able to do on her own and I know she now sees something new for herself and I have no doubt she will join me when she sorts through all she got out of our conversation./ I will follow up with her, nurture her confidence & curiosity about what really is available to her to bring her talents out into the world in a new way for service, fun, and prosperity. - - - - I also want to acknowledge that the really major benefit for me was the EPM 2021 program - the whole thing - really took me through a lot of shifting of mindset! Update mission accomplished: In difference to the graduate story I shared before my huge struggle in launching is the marketing. It is really difficult to start the real marketing process. But I found a work around to launch and prove my MVP: My first "sale" is one without getting money. It is a young colleague in my company who is willing to do the program as Beta-tester and give feedback. In the meanwhile I will try my best to improve my chatter boxing and do conversations outside my comfort zone.

Is there anything else you would like to add?
If you are in a full employment in a management role it is really difficult to find the time to do this program. At least you should be able to work one hour each day to have a continuous progress. As I am also father of a 2 years old son it was difficult to stay on track. Only huge effort at the end of the program with a lot of extra motivation given by my wonderful coach Carolyn make the final success and especially the beta tester idea possible! The program is great and please never skip the coaching - it is magical!
Many years ago I was suffering from intense tension stress, which was debilitating and painful. I asked within for help and some exercises came to me, which I later discovered were based in the Qi Gong branch of TCM. I then felt that I could develop these exercises further when I read about HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), the same training which enabled Sebastian Coe’s 800 meter record to remain unbroken for 16 years. When a researcher coined MIIT (medium..) I set about applying this to my exercises and created the SIT (Synergistic Interval Training) system. For several years I could not see how to share this in a way that would be taken seriously and shelved it. Then last year I felt I should do something in my twilight years and set about looking at training programs. Nothing looked attractive until I came across EPM and I knew immediately that this was the one. So it has proved to be. Looking back, I am a psychologist and life coach who started off in electronics engineering. I have a very wide experience of occupations and work situations, including a successful creative partnership in UK for 8 years. Upon marrying a wonderful Greek girl I moved to Greece and returned to occupational guidance (which I had been trained in by the UK Min of Employment), introducing occupational testing to Greece. At the same time I was more interested in spiritual things than on making money and was on the international council of a spiritual movement. Immediately I started with EPM, Coach Carolyn got me to see that the exercises were not enough on their own and that I had a big reservoir of experience and knowledge to call upon: an immediate and scary big pivot – it still is. She helped me to niche down as my system would be beneficial to almost everyone who is on a computer for hours every day. I will target other niches later. On FB coach Uwe suggested Power Up, then coach Carolyn suggested adding 7 and finally I closed the spaces to arrive at my signature name PowerUp7 Method. My mistake was that I jumped over many trainings and spent time on the Signature System Supercharge module and on perfecting my Mission statement, time I didn’t have as I still have to work at 79 (which I hit two weeks ago) because of the dire financial situation here in Greece. I was hoping to catch up in the Christmas break but my youngest son had a motorcycle accident on 26 Dec, his birthday – serious, but without damage to major organs, thanks be to God – and this disrupted the household and my focus. I have never been one of the stragglers and hated it, so finally I made a sprint to the finish line and am feeling very pleased that at least I got to Mission Accomplished, even though I didn’t earn my investment back so far.
Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story
I was having a challenge in how I could help Athletes to avoid financial pitfalls during their career. I had certain concepts in my mind, but no clue how I could deliver….and then I listened to Marissa’s presentation one evening, and It felt like she was handing me the solution on a platter, about the things I wanted to do, but could I afford it? Hmm the price-point was more than I had imagined... well at this point ..(sacrifice, sacrifice, the little voice whispering in my ear) ( 'but I don't have it to sacrifice' I whispered back), the internal discussion would not let me log off. It was compelling and kept me there, through all the questions (and the voice in my head wouldn't remain silent). With some amount of hesitancy I took out the card and purchased the course, then started instantly worrying about whether or not I would get my money back. I now had to make the commitment to work hard to ensure I finished the course. WOW! This course was just what I needed to do what I thought I wanted to do. The help was finally here – A layout of exactly what I needed to do to get started and a whole lot of people (network) to tap into to get it done. Well, although life happened with sickness and travel and missing classes, and a visit or two from my friend Mr. procrastinator, I was able to make it to the end. Procrastination visited me during the period, but the conviction to utilize this fantastic concept and build my own to share with so many people that could benefit from the knowledge I desired to share with those who have chosen to take the same journey in Sports, allowed me to sprint through my physical pains towards the finish line. Thanks Marissa and team (my coach Emily ) for your inspiration and genuine commitment and those many, many stories, and your amazing ability to listen to people think for 1 minute and then tell them exactly what they need to know. I have always had a problem with perfectionism and had tried creating online courses before that never made sales because I stayed in a perpetual state of CREATING, without putting much time into marketing. I joined EPM and immediately resonated with their "progress over perfection" philosophy. In keeping my eyes on the prize, I just kept moving forward, creating as I went but marketing AS WELL, until I got to where I am now, which is having proved my product with $2k in sales and a handful of promising leads to speak with this week!
What has been the biggest change in your business?
SALES! I only recently went into business for myself and made $2k with my first 2 sales. The momentum is building and I'm so excited to see what's just around the corner!

I’m so grateful that I found Marisa and EPM! Where I am now is different from where I thought I would be and also way different from before. I hadn’t been getting any new clients over the last couple of years, I didn’t have a strategy for finding clients that was working and an ambitious outline for a new version of my program was overwhelming, even for me. I was recovering from my latest disappointment when intro workshops I tried to promote didn’t even happen. What totally impressed me was the painstaking coaching I received to go over and over the milestones that built a solid foundation for my program. I have experienced such a high level of support to laser in on my audience, niche and mission (8-9 versions of each) to ensure that I can actually be successful with my program — as long as I get out there and tell people about it! This is truly what a masterclass is meant to be. As a result, I made a pivot in mid January (that felt a little scary, yet right) with my audience from creative purpose-driven women to women creating a purpose-driven business. Scary because of specificity fears, not “successful” yet in my own business and maybe because now is the time to actually be right on with my niche and do what it takes to have a thriving business. Now I feel totally revved up and excited about becoming visible and reaching out for conversations. I’m a month behind where I expected to be (due to moving house in December, getting sick and my own process), but I know exactly what I need to do to get my first few clients into my program. I am getting over my discomfort and avoidance strategies to reach out to people I know (even when I don’t know if they need or want what I offer). I got offered a speaking gig just by texting a previous client with a simple check-in. I also know that I have a solid program (way trimmed down and much more doable than my previous attempts) and marketing copy that I can expand on to sell it. What’s more, I have the supercharge modules waiting for me, once I’m ready for them and the whole program to revisit to guide me with creating any future programs. What a gift!! I was having a difficult time during the last 2 years; my business took a knock, and my wife lost her job. My tenants were not able to pay their rent and my financial losses escalated to high levels. The challenge was to keep going and to find a new way to generate an income to keep my family afloat. I wasn’t sure what to do as I grew more and more anxious, and I nearly missed Marisa’s email campaign. It landed in my Spam bucket however it caught my attention when I discovered it a week later. There was no time to waste, and it moved quickly from the Spam bucket to my Bucket List. I attended Marisa’s presentation and enrolled immediately for the EPM. I wanted to create a program to help people learn about intermittent fasting and how to lose weight and/or return to health through IF, but I didn't know the first thing about creating a course, or how to market it. At the same time, as I was looking into how to create a course, I found out about Marisa and EPM through an email from T Harv Eker. I joined EPM and began learning, not only how to create a successful course, but also so much about marketing and sales. I launched my course, Intemrittent Fasting Made Easy, on January 3 and have had many chats as well as have taken 1 person through a conversation to the closing pivot. I feel confident as I continue to iterate my program and chatterbox with more prospective clients. I know what to do now!
