Your Graduation Story
Being an entrepreneur is not in my family or my experience tool chest. I was trying for two years, not knowing how to start or what to do. Overwhelm was the operative word, it still is but at least I’ve seen the training videos and examples of my fellow students over these past two months to guide my path.
I am coming back to my roots in the field of nutrition after being away from it for 30 years. I have some limited current experience with non-paying clients. One of my shortcomings that I need to overcome. Not sure how, just yet.
Still have a few more videos to listen too and work through. I believe that the universe will provide when I’m prepared enough to make a go of this.
My Mission Statement took me the full 10 weeks to finalize. Here it is. I like it but still wondering if Marisa would approve of it.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Community of likeminded people struggling together. Loved that image of the multiple workout partners.

Think I have a workable mission statement, but still not solidly sure about it.
What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
Would like to have a workable structure to impact lives for the better.
I was struggling to put together a program to help build up the teenagers, I knew that it was desperately needed but how do I market to them? Through the parents? Would the parents want to be involved? I had so many questions with no good answers. I hit road block after road block. After trying several different things, over a 2 year period, I had all but given up. I felt alone with no support.
Then I stumbled upon an email from Marisa! It was a promotion for her program “Experience Product Masterclass”! It was an answer to the problem! I would have support, a lot of it, in many different forms and amazing tools to help me get clear. I enrolled and I could tell in just a few short weeks that I was finally going to be able to clear the path of all those road blocks and see the direction I needed to take.
I started creating and fine tuning! I had an outline for my course, a direction to take and the pathway to success was becoming clearer everyday!
This program has given me everything I need to be successful and more. I can’t thank the amazing team at Live Your Message enough for the added strength and tenacity!
I am building my marketing campaigns and getting ready to launch my program, “How to Build a Better Teen” and none of this would be possible without all the amazing support and encouragement I have received from the exceptional EPM Community!
What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
My biggest breakthrough is that I can do hard things! I had been telling myself that this is a program that is deeply needed for 2 years and yet roadblock after roadblock kept popping up and I’ve allowed them to discourage me. My husband keeps telling me that there is no one out there doing this, no one to follow in the footsteps of and I keep saying that’s why we need to do it then.
We need to pave the way. I’m sure someone is out there that can help us we just haven’t found them yet and that’s exciting. I realize I won’t find them by just wishing I will, I must actively be seeking them. Bring it on!!
How did EPM help you become successful?
It made me sit down and make plans and take steps, ask those hard questions and reach out for help. Having a pod of people to cheer me on and give me great ideas and positive feedback was a big help too.
How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
It has given me clarity and encouraged me to push through the hard mind blocks.
What has been the biggest change in your business?
A clearer view of the future.
What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
I have a clearer plan and vision for how to make this work and I know once I become more familiar with the marketing I will be off and running.

I am doing a live zoom call next week for people interested in my program. And this will happen as my cart opens and with email and fb pieces
What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
I LOVE XPERIENCIFY AND SIGNED UP FOR IT YESTERDAY - I won't have it in my initial program except in the way I work directly with my tribe to have questions and such with some simple 'Way to go" wins along the way. Once I have done this beta program I will reset with knowledge learned and blend in XPERIENCIFY - and by thin I hope to be able to pronounce the name without stumbling over it.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
I have know from producing live event that the traditional way talks are presented (50 minute talking head) was not and likely never has worked. So my events have been as interactive as I can create them (without freaking out my client) So EPM just felt right from the beginning and I could totally feel the draw to do the next step - bring me more points. My programs are spiritual and transformational so when Murray played the new sounds for it and he had that gong - I was ready to roll. Thank you.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
That I know that I can create and have a program or even 1:1 that engages my clients so that they really get what I am offering and they can make it their own. I know with 1:1 clients that they are fully getting my work but was concerned with larger groups that aren't live events. How do I cross the digital bridge and know that my work is reaching them and lifting them up to new possibilities and understanding the power of their energy and other non-physical body tools.
Before EPM, I was in the first weeks of trying to launch my program. I had pieced together a few parts of the program I had figured out after going through a couple of other programs. I was building a course platform in Thinkific, email automation with mailchimp - that was going poorly, screen recording with zoom, and had tried a few days of Facebook ads - at this point I had made it further than ever before anyhow.
But, my big struggle, what none of the courses I had taken before were able to help me understand, was my messaging - only the most important part of the entire business!!! I knew I was struggling with it, trying to figure it out standing at the bus stop with my kids, in the car on my way to work, just about everywhere, and nothing was really clicking.
I wasn't happy with my course title, I couldn't figure out how to connect with my core audience, and worse, I couldn't even spontaneously talk about my program in an authentic way because the words just weren't there. Then, one of those other programs I took sent an email about EPM.
Having been through 3-4 other programs in the last 18 months that didn't me find what I needed to build this dream, I only half-heartedly signed up to watch the first video, I was really not in a place to take another program only to be disappointed again. So I watched the video.
It was impressive, Marisa said everything I needed to hear, but I thought, nope it's too good to be true, she knows what to say to get me to buy in, but it will be another disappointment.
But, there was something in it that kept me coming back. So eventually I watched the second video, and the third, but I wasn't completely sold and was really scared of being disappointed again.
But, I was still intrigued by her message. So I dug into the testimonials, and there was one in particular that pushed me from fear into consideration, that maybe this would be the real deal.
So I attended the final sales webinar, already knowing I was going to hit buy. I listened to the stories of previous students and what I heard from everyone in the course that was so different than any other course I have taken was authenticity and achievable goals.
She wasn't talking about growing an overnight 6-figure business, it was $2,000, I thought, I can do that, I can make $2,000 from this business. It suddenly felt like I went from being caught in the marketing wheel of make it big or don't make it at all, to something I could achieve, maybe this dream was possible. So I hit buy, and everything changed to blue skies…
Over the course of the program, I have so many more pieces in place than I ever thought possible - a sales page, thanks to Heroic, an automated sales email sequence (never made it that far before), course videos that are so much more fun and engaging than my previous version, and it has become so easy to talk about my program because most importantly - I found my message!!.
Finding my message has changed everything about my course, and getting to that point was in no doubt a combination of Marisa's genius, my pod coach - coach Uwe, and the whole community in the Facebook group. Every piece of what has been built in EPM is intentional and happens exactly at the right time.
I still have more to grow, but my path to success is certain now and with that I can finally help to be the change in the world I have been trying to be, thanks to the whole tribe who stands behind me! Amazing journey, I am so thankful I said yes!! I really think I would have given up by now without you. To the amazing team at LYM, thank you eternally! I look forward to continuing to grow my business with the team at my side.

Messaging, messaging, messaging...getting clear on my messaging was the key to making everything start working!

Through the words of Marisa, the help of my coach - coach Uwe, and the active use of the facebook group, I was able to nail my messaging, program name and now everything just flows easily - emails - no problem, website copy - done, all so fast and natural!
How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
The success of this program and the bigger company I have envisioned is now becoming reality!
What has been the biggest change in your business?
I was completely struggling to understand my own message, which is a crippling place to be - not even able to describe what you are trying to tell people. EPM helped me break down the walls that were blocking that message, I don't exactly how, it just happened while listening to the modules one day - everything finally clicked, and now there is no turning back!
What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
Sharing it with the world. With the new messaging, that led to a new and improved framework, I am discovering how much this course can improve the birth experience for expectant parents, even more than I anticipated before EPM.

The Experience Product Masterclass is the best course I've ever taken on line. The content is top notch, the "Experiencifying" aspect makes it fun and motivating. It's amazing how much Marisa delivers in this course! I came to this program with a solid business base--yet learned so much and it will enhance my already-experiential teaching style It is well structured for maximum learning and participating. I feel like I have lifetime access now to an encyclopedic database of marketing and course development knowledge. Although I have not yet hit Mission Accomplished as of today--a few days before the program ends--I feel confident that I will, soon, even if it's not February 3....unlike a number of programs that I designed but did not market successfully. Very happy, slightly dazed with the oversized content and delivery of this program and looking forward to using what I learned to, as Marisa says, "Iterate my way to Success".
What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Iterate to success! Keep reconnecting to my big why and keep going. Dont immediately assume I or my mindset or even my program is the 'problem' when marketing doesn't bring in clients right away.

More confident in how much I know and have to offer....I learned a lot from Marisa and I also honor how much I came in with already and how experiencifying is a natural gift of mine...now I've learned how to do it better, but especially in the marketing aspect which is more of what I wanted to learn.

Getting it out there, making a difference in people's lives, while having fun and making more money!
When starting my own business, I was overwhelmed by how much I had to learn. I had successfully developed Easy Read Recipes, an esier to read and follow recipe format, however I didnt know how to make any real money from it. I had an idea for a course to help families move from the SAD diet to a real food diet but didn't know the first thing about developing one. I spent thousands of dollars on "how to" courses that I never finished because they were too high level or just simply boring.
Then I stumbled across the Experience Product Masterclass. Such a simple philosophy - break the overwhelming task into bite sized chunks and have a reward at the end of each chunk! It worked! I finished the course and now I'm looking forward to guiding families down the path of healthier eating, while having fun doing it.
What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Any task is possible if broken down into bite sized chunks that are individually rewarded.
How did EPM help you become successful?
My ideas are coming to fruition because EPM has taken me from the idea to the action.

I now break down every task I do into smaller bite sized chunks and reward myself at the end of every single one. I knew about the necessity up breaking up the tasks but have not ever rewarded myself before. For me it makes all the difference.

A pivotal moment. Your information has opened up my awareness. I have a membership site, providing coaching and personal development for startup and small businesses. I have been providing too much content and not enough experience.
