Your Graduation Story
I am so glad I jumped in even though I was unable to start till December but this course is exactly the platform that I wanted for creating a course - I didn't want just another course ( I've been through so many and they sucked!) I really wanted interaction & implementation for my students - and this came along at just the right time! I am well on my way to finishing and feel that I'm finally actually doing whatever it takes to make this a reality - that first step is the hardest as I have never done anything like this before and this is a great jumpstart! The coaching was very helpful and really made a difference - the whole program felt exciting, scary & intense at the same time!

I was having a huge challenge in creating my products/business. I had no idea how to go about it, Where do I start and in what order. I was frustrated and needed help. I had taken other online courses that were just fluff. And left me disappointed.

I joined EPM and soon discovered this is all I'd been searching for. They went far and beyond to deliver everything needed. They helped me understand and identify my business path. I had heard of the importance of a niche but it was thoroughly explained and emphasized at EPM, only then did I truly understand it. And when I did, everything began to fall in place.

My biggest shift was taking the time to look around me and observe what people were complaining about and identifying what they were asking for. I spent long weeks trying to find my niche, and at some point, I even thought I never will. My niche is women in relationships. Understanding their frustrations and exhausting emotional routines. I started with a survey then chatterboxing and finally to selling my program. I feel very accomplished and happy. I did it. EPM did it all.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?

The pieces of training and coaching.

How did EPM help you become successful?

The training and coaching were excellent.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?

EPM has made a huge impact on my life. On what's possible and how to achieve it.

What has been the biggest change in your business?

My entire business idea. I initially thought of selling a few physical products but was coached into making an entire course.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?

I'm excited about helping women and making a difference in their life.

Your Mission Accomplished Story
I decided I wanted to experiencify my current core offerings in Wings to Soar Online Academy to better serve my niche of dyslexic students. I chose to focus most of my efforts on this round through experiencification on my assessment to enrollment process which serves all parts of what the student might enroll in with our online school. I have a number of additional ideas about how to experiencify the rest of the client experience once they are enrolled that I will gradually implement over the next 6 months.

My biggest result is that my January 2020 revenue is 4.5x my revenue last January! I have already enrolled $16,467 so I've surpassed my $10K target. I've still got 11 students who will be finishing up our 2-week Jump Start on February 7 and I expect many of those will enroll at some level whether it is the Brain Boost Breakthrough or my Path to Success Personalized Learning Plans which was my dual-focus in experiecifying in this course. So, I may still hit my $25K stretch goal.

Marissa and Coach Jennifer helped me to embrace new higher pricing for my offerings that are actually double what I had been charging for my core Path to Success Personalized Path to Success offerings and 25% higher for my high end Brain Boost Breakthrough.

I focused mostly on upleveling my higher end offer which now has a new name: Brain Boost Breakthrough Dyslexia Intensive Intervention. The process of creating this helped me shift my thinking to seeing it as an offering that will serve more of my prospective clients than I had previously considered so I'm offering it to more people and have enrolled more students in this higher end offer than I ever have before. Who knew that actually offering my higher end offer to more of my prospective clients and not deciding for them that it wasn't a fit would result in more of them enrolling?

I chose to focus on re-targeting the 550 leads who had previously filled out my assessment request form through emails. I also offered a series of 6 workshop/webinars to build the know/like/trust factor with these prospective clients, newly enrolled clients, and the rest of my 150 enrolled clients experiencifying the experience of greater interaction with me for all of the people at whichever stage of the client journey they are on. "

What has been the biggest change in your business?
In the process of preparing for my launch I started using HubSpot for sending easy to create/nice looking emails and better tracking and customizing my communication along the prospect to client journey so this system upgrade has been substantial.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
"I'm excited about helping my new clients experience the transformation for their child with 1-2 years in reading gains and permanent gains in the efficiency of their brain's processing in the next 4 months and for many more for years beyond that.

I'm also excited about continuing to iterate my way to even more awesomeness as I definitely found processes that will need to be reworked in order to be more scalable in the future. I'm also looking forward to experiencifying more of the delivery of the service to the clients over the coming months as well.

I decided I needed to focus this first time through EPM on experiencifying my core offerings. However, I also have a series of whole-person well-being offerings that I am preparing to launch into the world starting in March that I am looking forward to applying what I learned to as well.

I'm excited about exploring Experiencify as a possible tool to help me uplevel my student experience. And I'm excited about seeing how Heroic can help me in launching the whole-person well-being arm of my business.

Your Graduation Story
I was brought to this course through Sherine Clarke, an amazing woman and colleague always wanting me to live my message. I signed up with the usual thoughts of ""sure, another $2,000 down the drain"" but somehow I kept an open mind.

I really enjoyed doing the trainings, and I loved my coaching calls. My tribe was wonderful. I tested and tried many ideas, some good, some not so good. I learned a lot and have put together an amazing course soon to be launched. I know that I will have ongoing support from the community and I can pass things by my new friends here.

I have watched some incredible courses being created by others. I am happy to have been able to help others along the way.

I am looking forward to going to M2M, as a VIP, which will be a very different experience for me to go and really get what I am looking for.

I will refer back to this as the beginning of a new chapter in my life!

I had an idea for sharing our family's legacy though the recipes our family uses to celebrate and document our family.

My biggest shift is realizing that other people want to do this but didn't have a clue how to start - and that people are willing to pay for my knowledge and coaching.

I have talked to lots of people and am excited to know that many share this desire to document. I look forward to starting my campaign in the near future.

Your Graduation Story
GRADUATION STORY

I help women entrepreneurs as a business coach.
I believe that women, as a general statement, try to do too much, we are often still the primary person to take care of the home, partner (and kids if there are any).
Many at the sacrifice of not having the business they truly want, time for self care, time for their dreams, whatever they might be.

My goal is to provide methods and tools that can ensure that their time and energy is spent in the most effective way possible and then work with them to see their dreams and their right to have them…

I think in addition to one on one, I can provide important and impactful information that would help them to reduce the overwhelm and truly achieve what they want and with more ease.

I have wanted to develop an online product for some time but never felt that I had all the information I needed to really make a successful product.
Fearing that my clients would not get the benefit that I anticipate, that they would not complete the coursework and then have a bad opinion of me and/or my product.

I was kind of paralyzed not knowing where or how to start and fearing it would not deliver for my clients

I know that everyone’s success is up to them but I believe there should be ways to stack the deck more in their favor.

I feel like EPM does just that…it stacked the cards in my favor by utilizing features functionality, psychology.as well as what felt like true and authentic caring for me as a student and your intent to see me to a successful end.

This created a significant shift in my mindset and an excitement about being able to deliver the same type of experience and success to my clients and customers.

Now I feel that I have the tools and information to make that happen and continually improve as I go.

I have a ways to go and know that I will continually be learning and improving… but now I feel I can do that WHILE I help my clients.

I have done more in this course, actually created, completed actions to take me toward, not just mission accomplished, but toward developing skills for this and future products and future missions.

It has been a great “experience”…

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Keep your clients engaged and feeling like you are rooting for them -- Marisa and the team did such a good job of this... It is what has helped me in the game, I had a little hiccup in December with a death in the family but came right back in .. in other programs, I am not sure that would have been the case... it has been a great experience as a student and I have learned so much by the "modeling" I observed...- I am excited that I now know gett4er ways to keep my clients engaged so that they can benefit from completing my program....Thank you

How did EPM help you become successful?
It kept me going, It provided so many examples I could use when building my content, marketing -- Great material and one primary element was the element of normalizing what I might be experiencing...it helps to know it IS normal.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
It has definitely given me the confidence to really put a product out there and know that I can do my best., even if it is not perfect at the start as long as I listen to my client base and adjust accordingly. --- I plan on doing more programs and have a subject matter expert that I am talking with now to partner... I love what she does and would really like to see her share it ! :-)

What has been the biggest change in your business?
I think being a part of this course has helped me to be more confident in what I offer and will help me reach a broader audience with the information I have to share

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
I still have some work to do to improve copy and marketing material... I really appreciate that I have material on various marketing methods to grow into down the road... I am excited to see what future students achieve with my product... I fee more confident that they will actually use it.... the only way to get benefit from it is to do it ;-)

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?

Just get it done - done is better than perfect!

How did EPM help you become successful?

I went further than I ever have before. I actually got a product up for sale with buy buttons.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?

I wouldn't say it has impacted my life hugely yet although I do feel more confident and I am more productive.

What has been the biggest change in your business?

I am definitely more productive and less of a perfectionist who is always waiting for everything to be just perfect (which it never is).

Before EPM I wanted to get a product out there but never have as nothing was just how I wanted it. Now I have a product for sale which is far from perfect but at least it actually exists.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?

The fact that I have done it once, so I can do it again.

Your Graduation Story
Joined with ? as I knew I didn't have time for it. Just didn't want to lose the opportunity as I was told, after asking, that it shouldn't repeat in the same way again.
Even as I joined the the master class I was involved in a project in value of about 1.7 million for repairs on a ship.
No own business experience, no product, no prior knowledge in this respect. No time.
The mentioned project was taking my attention 4 10 to 14 hours a day day.and desired my full attention to every small detail related to the repairs, to the organizing of the people, to ensure spare parts and Resources for the repair and so on and so on.
I was luckily able to attend a few sessions of Wednesday Wisdom and Implementation Friday…. with Don, who’s knowledge in the domain I very appreciate, and also a few sessions with Marisa.
The outside masterclass project ended-up just one day prior the Christmas after few hit and fail deadlines. Then I flew back home to Hamburg. Of course spending the holidays with family after such an intense working period. Then went back to the office and tried to prepare the reports and the budgets for the project.
In order to finish somehow the masterclass I took vacation from the office. During itI tried to go through the videos and presentations and tried to easy, easy do the action steps.
I didn't manage though all the steps and do the preparation for the whole product, any campaign and any sale.
Honestly I felt a little bit left behind starting on the marketing module. Seems that however I am weak in that field and I need to improve much about this area of any future business.
I have to congratulate Marissa for her marketing and sales skills which made me spend the money on the masterclass. I also congratulate her and the whole team on how they managed to put together the clauses of the contract so that is made in such a way that is very difficult to fulfill all the clauses in order to claim the refund.
It seems that the price tag of 2000 USD is where most of the people will be very pushed to go through the whole course and not lose it at all. At least I am pushed on this Price Tag. Thinking behind I'm not really sure if 1000 would have pushed me much to go to the end of the course. I may have stopped match earlier if so.
I just put today the guarantee for the M2M live and really hope to join it, as, again, I may be asked to involve in another repair project almost of the same size like the previous one which happen almost during the M2M I am anyway full of hope and expectations related to it.
I am really wondering if any of the participants to the master class which started with the same background as me (zero) was able how to sell anything during the mastermind. if at least one would have done this, this of course if we were not only two of us, I would congratulate the team.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Not sure if to go for: I shouldn't buy in the future so expensive products if no time to care about them. However I discovered that I need to do a lot in the marketing/limiting beliefs related to it.

How did EPM help you become successful?
didn't yet.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
Not yet.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
At least went through all the modules/videos and took action on few of them. side note: I possess about 280 courses ( most from Udemy but also some from Harv Eker, Eben Pagan, Joe Vitale....)

I'm still working on my product, and it's iterated about three times during the course of the program.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?

Modeling what you have done, to make people part of the experience.

How did EPM help you become successful?

I've moved past just the old, stale method of creating talking head videos and and now focusing on the experiential aspects of what I am teaching.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?

I see how it's possible, and I believe in what I am doing and how I can make it serve its purpose much better.

What has been the biggest change in your business?

I'm doing this more as a business, instead of just putting out there what I know I need to create.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?

Getting to the point where I can begin putting it out there. When all the pieces are in place at least as they starting point.
