I had already had 22 conversations all the way to the closing pivot and, although many of them were interested in the program, all of them had said no. I was already loosing faith and feeling insecure about being able to sell the program at all. I thought I might had to pivot or changed something, but my mentor encourage me to keep going. In the 23rd conversation the person said yes! That gave me the confidence to keep selling, but also made me feel nervous about actually delivering the program! Overall, I feel so proud of myself. This would had felt impossible a few months ago.

I was running leadership development programs for clients on a 1:1 and 1:Few bases, but this required a lot of personal time to deliver. This increased the amount of effort I had to put in per dollar earned and added more pressure to my workflow. I joined the Experience Product Masterclass and learned the skills to needed to create a high-quality 1:Many online course that I could provide to my existing clients as part of their own leadership development programs (coaching and training). I also learned some excellent methodologies for preparing a marketing and sales campaign. I absorbed Marisa’s knowledge, followed her examples, created my own marketing and sales content using her roadmaps and put everything in place to be able to take my new Experience Product to market based on a lifetime of learning in leadership development.
Too early to tell, but I am hoping it will create engagement with existing and new clients and provide an additional income stream. It has allowed me to turn something that was a wishful thought into a real product/service for my clients. Comprehensive methodology for designing and promoting my leadership course. I was having a problem with not getting any clients for my health coaching business because I am TERRIBLE about sharing with people what I do. I joined EPM and learned a lot about marketing, but also remembering, more importantly, that I am offering a service that people NEED! I look at it that way now, and I have been telling everyone! In any conversation I have, I try and work in, naturally, what it is that I do. I also have been visualizing people coming to me wanting help. The VERY next day, I get someone who is asking questions about my program. YES! Just like that!!! Having a daily mantra, and visualizing what you want as ALREADY happening WORKS!!!

The weekly calls with my coach was great, even if it occurred during my regular bed time. But that is ok, because the meetings were helpful. My coach was inspiring and got me motivated all over again, when I was feeling a bit overwhelmed, with feelings like, "I won't be as successful at this as all those people on Marisa's video slides. But my coach truly believes in us and she was inspiring and fun to be on the call with.

Having structure, like modules and sessions, even for a 1:1. I have done 1:1 coaching but now I have a more specific niche, when before it was just helping people get to better health, or to get better energy. I know EPM is why I'm going to be successful. Marisa is a genius! She has so much to share, and she DOES share out how to be successful. She is amazing! I can only imagine (right now) how my life will be impacted because of EPM; I'll be able to quit my day job and do this full time. I think My BIGGEST takeaway is how to organize a program, from modules to sessions. It's an organizational piece I never thought of doing. Also, just get out there and talk to people. How else are people going to know about what you have to offer. Finally, don't view marketing as a negative, dreaded thing. Once you start marketing your services, it can be a bit addicting. Getting brave enough to get out there and share with people what I do....with confidence!

"Embarking on the journey of establishing my buyer's advocacy agency in Australia, I found myself in the midst of licensing requirements and the anticipation of navigating a new venture. Joining EPM (Experience Product Masterclass) brought unexpected revelations as I initially expected to delve into the intricacies of launching a course.
Upon interacting with my EPM coach, a twist in the narrative unfolded. Instead of steering towards course creation, the coach suggested integrating EPM principles into my new 1:1 business—uncharted territory for me, especially since I hadn't made any sales at that point. I am the only international expert on both the Gospels and the afterlife, and more specifically on the fact that the non-religious application of the teachings of Jesus is easily the most effective means of rapid spiritual growth there is, and that includes meditation, yoga, and all the Eastern religious methods put together. I wanted to teach what I know, but I didn't know how to put such a course together. So I joined EPM, and pretty rapidly learned how to put what I know into an effective twelve-week Zoom course that meets one night a week. Its first class has 32 students, including 5 from Australia, 2 from Canada, and 1 each from the UK, France, and Serbia!

Since I have been doing a weekly podcast and also a weekly blog series for the past ten years, I already had a tribe, so selling this course was not my problem. I mentioned at the end of a blog post just before Christmas that I was taking a course in how to teach a course so I could teach a course on how to make this your last necessary earth-lifetime, and bingo: I had 26 people email and let me know that they wanted in! Before I could get the spigot turned off, I had 32 people enrolled. And they were clamoring to get started....

This experience has certainly proven to me and to those in my little world that people are eager to learn a whole lot more about the non-religious teachings of Jesus! His words are all in the Biblical Gospels, but the Christian denominations focus mostly on what supports the Christian teachings - that Jesus died for our sins and so on - even though Jesus tells us right in the Gospels that what the Christian churches teach simply is not true. But what Jesus teaches in the Gospels IS true, and His teachings are spiritually amazingly effective, and they work very quickly. So I feel quite energized now to follow Jesus's suggestion and get going with this!

Money is not what motivates me at all, but since I can teach this course over and over again now with zero preparation and probably charging just a bit more for it I think it will be a nice additional source of income.

I have had two Chatterbox conversations so far with consultants who I have previously worked with and who have purchased other services from my company in the past. I used the full sales script to the Closing Pivot. It was well-received by both consultants. Dave Burton said that he would like to trial the course and might be able to pilot the it with a client in a few months’ time, but he couldn’t confirm a purchase right now. Gary Cox said he was interested and really liked the concept and also wanted to see the course before he recommended it to any of his clients. He will be following up with a recent client soon and would like to be able to share more information about the course with them. Both conversations were very useful as they provided me with valuable feedback about how I was presenting the course. I also have other long-term clients I will contact to have Chatterbox conversations with over the next few weeks. I have also started to put course-related marketing information into my proposals to other clients and will raise the course specifically as a value-add product when I have conversations with prospective clients.

EPM is a great course. For me to recommend it to everyone (10), I would need you to make it easier for experienced, competent trainers, like me, to take a faster track through the modules without missing out on critical information. The number of hours of video content slowed down my progress significantly. I imagine that some people really need that type of presentation, but I am "time poor" and it was too much for me. It stopped me from being able to full enjoy the EPM course. I would get a lot more out of splitting the video content into two: "essential" and "detail". In reality, I could have just about completed the whole course using only the worksheets and milestones (no video at all), but this was not given as an option; the videos were always required viewing as per the "Watched it" button in each session. What I did find useful in the videos, were the examples of other people's mission statements and other deliverables. I did not before I took EPM even realize that this might actually become a business! Well, EPM has made me happier. But I was very happy to begin with! I am tremendously more confident now that I really can design, prepare, and teach a Zoom course to a class of many people. Fifty. Perhaps as many as a hundred people at once. Because I feel that I really can do this sort of Zoom class, I will be doing Zoom classes on the nonreligious teachings of Jesus as a regular feature of my work life.

I had an extraordinary experience. First, all the captivating methods to make the product interesting for the client are so valuable! Second, using the power of momentum. Because of a personal problem, I missed over 1 month of the program. 20 days before the EPM end I made a huge effort to get my focus back to my MVP. Having progressed just about half of the course I would not have even imagined finalizing a fraction before closing of the course. Nevertheless, I have made myself a promise to concentrate only on MVP and nothing else: no thoughts about my personal problem, no self-pity, no disturbing thoughts were allowed. Just one Milestone after another, step by step, focused. And I did it – 20 days later my coach Uwe Dockhorn checked off the last Milestone. I am proud of myself. I went to the website and it was the last day to register and I had less than an hour to decide (not sure if this was just a ploy to create urgency but it worked). I had some financial difficulties, but I've gone into debt before for less (vacation, electronics, frivolous spending), so I put it on a credit card and started the program. Wow, just wow. This is a step-by-step program, which I love. Just follow the steps, and you'll get there, and here I am. I start my beta group next week, just three clients but still what a breakthrough for me. Too soon to tell It's taken a load off mentally because it's done. It also normalizes things for me. It's a course not rock science, just a course. Just do it. It doesn't get easier over time. I'll still have to face my fears now or if I decide to push my launch back a year. There's no way around it. It's up to me. "I started the course with the idea of creating an experience product about healthy communication; then I changed my mind after a 5-day business seminar I went to and thought about creating a course on how to create a simple business plan to implement it easily. However, as I was almost finished with module two, I realized that the product I was creating had nothing to do with my coaching niche and was not aligned with it. Therefore, I started all over again with this new product, which I managed to complete at an MVP level and acquire some clients.
This course resonated with my story, as I have been going through this heart-healing process for the last 3 months.

Going through heartbreak, I reached out to some friends to vent a little about what I was going through and shared my reflections, learning, and some of the strategies that were helping me a lot. It turned out that two of my friends were going through breaking up too and were willing to take on this training-coaching with me. We resonated very much with each other's story, giving me all the credibility I needed.

Initially, I thought that I still had to make another sale to prove my idea, but today I realized that I had made £2394, which in dollars is $3040. Therefore, I believe that proves my idea.
Realize that coaching "relationships" is the true niche of my coaching business, and I am also moving towards training-group coaching to be able to help more people. EPM has turned my training mentality upside down. As a former teacher, I was under the idea of creating the content before you can deliver and market it. The EPM approach has been revolutionary to me. The whole new approach to creating an experience product. Also the marketing and sales techniques. Moving towards having more experience products and start with training-group coaching to escalate my coaching business.
