I felt frustrated in the lack of sales through the current programs I offered. I wasn't sure how to create something new or tweak what I had to engage with new clients. I invested in the EPM to see how to uplevel my business. By digging into ALL the training I could, following the guidelines, and being patient with the process, I learned some powerful tools to fine tune my audience, surveys, and story. I feel empowered to take this information into future programs for greater engagement.
Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story
When I first started into the MVP Program, I was overwhelmed but determined to get everything out of it that I could. With the detailed training, taking one step at a time, I was able to create my first MVP that feels like a win/win for my clients and myself. By continuing to fine tune the content and message, I feel more confident and and excited. I just launched the program through a Webinar and Beta Test Offer and received encouraging feedback and new members.
Your FIRST SALE Story
Whenever you put something new out into the world, it's scary. I was wondering, but hopeful and expecting good results. With the templates, outlines, and direction in the EPM class, I was able to create something new and different from my normal marketing and because of that I enrolled new clients in the Complimentary Webinar to introduce the program. I'm excited to work with them in my Beta Test Program to continue to fine tune information for their greatest results!
Awareness of how to niche down, reach my target audience, and get engagement. Honestly, it's been stressful, overwhelming, but also validating that I am already doing much of the right actions and mindset to build. I made the commitment to myself that I would do everything I could to get results with this program. I feel more informed, grateful for the insights and training, and expect to use this as a spring board for all future programs. That this is just a start. Clarity on development and marketing to my ideal clients.

Your FIRST SALE Story
I was stuck on my course, i Knew it needed some tweaking but I was not sure which part and the steps that I need to fine tune it. I have already been working with people, with only about 60% structure to it, I just went with the flow when working with 1:1. Now I have a structure to my course which will allow me to teach 1:few. I have a start line and a clear finish line to take my client to. Have that clear finish line make it very easy in the communication with potental clients, Becuause all they want is to know how they will look at the end of working with me. I can now give that to them with confidence, which makes the sales part comfortable and fun. The guess work has been taken out of the game. Game changer.
Your PROVED MY IDEA Story

I have the confidence to move forward in my business of teaching people how to manage their money. Impacted: It is no longer a dream, it is fast becoming a reality. Breaking down my course into modules, the clarity around those modules, making them simple and easy to follow steps. I have taken the action I needed to take. I can see my finish line :) That I am on the path of working for myself. My goal is to earn 6 figures teaching people how to manage money. I have given it away for free to the last 20 years. Your GRADUATION Story
I joined Marisa's program several years (pre-pandemic - who knows when) ago and was working on several aspects of my business. While I loved the concept of an experience product, it wasn't the right time and I didn't have the right idea. When I got an email this fall, while I was struggling to build a class around what I do, it WAS the right time. I rejoined EPM, partly because of the live support and dug in. I've got a great product, I'm chatterboxing and doing webinars and I expect to see the results very soon!
I'm heads down on creating and marketing and feeling positive for the first time in a long time! I think EPM, together with some other things I've been doing, has changed my belief in the Universe and in myself. I truly believe that I am in the process of succeeding in this work. Gameify! "I had difficulty fully immersing myself in the preparation of my online training, I was not organized enough, I was overwhelmed by the amount of topics I needed to further learn.

I wasn't ready enough, that I needed to learn a lot about marketing and social media and so on, that I needed more time to prepare my project slowly, step by step, I wasn't sure what to do with all the information I was gathering or more exactly in what order of priority to use it. I joined EPM and simply followed the steps, still with my slowness as an enemy at my side. Yet I was treusting that this time I'd make it and dare to launch my online training.
I go out with my product I've regained my motivation and determination. The intensity and quantity of pre-chewed information we get. New life opportunities are opening up for me, the ones I've been working towards for some time.

"For over 15 years I have wanted to create an online business of some kind. About 8 years ago I made 30 videos in 30 consecutive days and tried to market that as a product. I was not successful. I had no plan, no market, no direction. Fast forward those 8 years and I signed up for EPM and here I am, all ready to launch my MVP in less than a week! Yikes!
This reminds me of where I was 8 years ago, but this time I have a whole lot more in place thanks to EPM. I even took on a business partner for accountability and to deliver the program so I am not doing things as a lone wolf (as I have done my entire life!)

I had already been working on an online course for 2 years, but knew something was off with the name, format, content. I joined EPM to learn more about creating online courses and discovered almost everything I had done to that point was wrong!
Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story
I didn’t quite achieve Mission Accomplished within the timeline but intend to do so shortly. My mum was taken into hospital in December and it threw everything off track, leaving me very little time to work on EPM – apart from the essentials. I have graduated which I am hugely proud of.
I now have a solid idea for my online course and a clear mission statement and feel confident going forwards EPM has been hugely helpful in changing the way I viewed online course and realise there is a different way. I was having trouble figuring out how to systematically set up a coaching business and design a product, I wasn’t sure what to do because being new to the business world, I didn't even know what I didn't know. I joined EPM and from the very first moment, I knew I was in the right place! Every step I needed to take was broken down into its parts, thoroughly explained, and resulted in immediate action that moved me closer to my dream of establishing a product to send into the world. I was having trouble narrowing down my content to solve one problem for one group, in one way. I wasn’t sure what to do because I wanted to solve all of the problems at once. I joined EPM and learned step-by-step how to build a course from the ground up starting with niching down and getting to the heart of the problem I wanted to solve. I followed the EMP pathway, and now have a focused experience product that's ready to launch!
I actually have one!! :) I now believe in myself and my ability to be an entrepreneur because I'm now equipped with knowledge, skills, resources, and a purpose to go into the world and change/save lives. My biggest takeaway is that after 27 years in a high school classroom as a progressive teacher who tried to break the old system and make room for a 21st century experience, I've found the tool I've always searched for! Xperiencify is a massive game-changer for me as I did not want to provide anything close to the ineffective platforms that students DREAD! "It's not going to be possible to live out my dream of working for myself and do the work that no one is doing - being PROACTIVE as a way to reverse course on the mental health crisis that has overwhelmed our kids/teens - our future generation is being medicated or dying by suicide as a result of an outdated school system, social media's hooks dug into them, and America's achievement culture that demand perfection, doesn't allow failure of any sort, stifles creativity, and robs our future leaders of their souls.

Your GRADUATION Story
I joined EPM with my sister Kristina for the second time. We were having a challenge to prepare a program that would free our time for creative work. We work with corporates, so building a high ticket programe, where there will be more companies participating was a challenge. Because corporates in B2B take time to decide about the cooperation. So we created a done-with-you program that can be done in cohorts or 1:1 asyncronously - in our own time without the need to coordinate many people. We created the program, really nailed our Origin story after almost 20 years in business. We realized how powerful it was that we come from Eastern Europe, where standing out was and sometimes till this day is perceived as foolish. We have proven the course works and now we are just launching our sales funnel, new English website. During EPM we published our first book The Magic of Employee Influence and now we have a perfect program to come with the book. For the last 4 years, since the first EPM we redesigned our products and sold approx. 400K in services. Now we are ready for more automation and sales :)
Ability to deliver implementation instead of training. Life changing. We always loved to have fun with our products, now, the experiences bring joy to us, our clients and we know exactly how to get them from point A to point B on a whole new level. We empower clients to implement fast as they never imagined. MVP mindset. We did a 2 day LinkedIn retreat where they created content for 6 months. Even those who have never posted anything. I've had my membership community active since August 2022 but was stuck at 15 members and struggling with how to reach new writers. My churn was almost zero but so way my growth. I joined EPM and, in addition to learning how to build a high ticket item to add to my business suite, I kickstarted my marketing and through actions recommended by my coach, enrolled five new members in the community mid-way through the program.
Your FIRST SALE Story
I'd developed and delivered two multi-week, free challenges in the year before taking EPM but the effort and energy to deliver them did not result in as many new members to my community as I needed for it to make sense to deliver another challenge. Once I joined EPM, I learned that's it's smart to presell a program before creating it. I delivered a 60 minute mini-course and pitched my not-yet-created experience product. Three people paid to join, even though the program wasn't going to be available for two months.
Your PROVED MY IDEA Story
When I joined EPM, I thought that all I'd learn was how to create an engaging course that people actually finish. What I got was a deeper mindset shift about what my coaching business could become if I got out of my own way. During the 12 weeks of the program, Author Ever After moved from having had stable but stagnant income to enrolling five new members into my community, selling three people into my experience product, and landing two high paying coaching clients. What I'm delivering to every client or student is the same—they're gaining the skills to self-publish their first romance novel—but I'm meeting them where they are and supporting them in the way that works best for them. I not only reached my income target but now have systems in place to continue to grow my business.

Your GRADUATION Story
I was having a problem of how to repeat my success as a travel nurse of living in my travel vehicle and walking to work every day. I wasn’t sure how to communicate the steps and actions I did to make it a repeatable event. I joined EPM and learned clarity in how to teach this new skill. I made it through EPM and was able to use the done it for your folder. I actually was able to create my MVP and an EMC for a bonus course for my people.
I have one. I can see me mentoring others in this life over and over again with my MVP. How to give people what the want in a format where they will want to finish the process. I have authority. I have credibility and a high quality product.
I have been side coached all the way through to a finished product. I had nothing to offer at the beginning of this journey. Now I have 2 great products. I got so much value from this course.But this course showed me how to give value in my courses.
