Your Graduation Story
Here I am at the finish line, with no student enrolled yet to my program but I still have 1 week and a half to get people in my program.

It's a bit disappointing that I didn't hit Mission Accomplished as I thought I would.
I felt overwhelmed with the marketing module and wanted to learn everything, but it held me back because so many doubts crippled in.

EPM is an amazing program. The best I've done so far. And actually the ONE that I stick to and finish all the modules.

Although I'm still in the implementation phase, I still running my launching campaign.
I would love to go to M2M event, but unfortunately I can't go.

I just want to thank you and congratulate you Marisa and Murray for the awesomeness of this product and for all the effort in trying to help nearly 700 students all in different levels of learning.

I've learned a lot, not only from the content, but from the coaching calls, the coach-a-ton, and from your e-mails.

Thank you for everything. I hope to get other of your products in the future. :)

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
There is lot of pieces to put together even before starting creating the content for a course.

How did EPM help you become successful?
I'm not successful yet because I haven't sold any membership to my course, but I'm feeling more confident that I can structure and deliver my knowledge.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
All the modules on EPM are rich in content and the community is phenomenal in supporting and encouraging each other.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
The biggest challenge was to know who is my targeted audience, who I can serve better.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
I'm excited about delivering my content through Xperiencify and get my students to finish the course and have more confidence in using Facebook the right way.

Your Graduation Story
This was an intense program. More than I thought it would be! Working through all the video trainings, completing the Milestone docs and attending all the coaching calls took an amount of time that was greater than I had imagined when I signed up for the program.
I signed up because I knew my program that I did a pilot program on 4 years ago needed to come out big. I took a big chance. I never pay that much for a course in all my years of doing business, but I really really wanted to learn what I could do to make this product be a hit! Marisa's energy and authentic-ness pulled me in so I could say a big YES to me!
I loved the support of the community on FB and on our smaller coaching groups. I loved my coach Samara-her energy and coaching was contagious!
I learned new aspects of creating a product that I hadn't thought of in the same way before. I do regular workshops-based on my book: The Stress Relief Toolbox: For Women Who Take Care Of Everyone But Themselves, so I've been accustomed to delivering content, but those are always for a short hour presentation/workshop. This was really putting meat into it-more than what I had in my pilot program years ago. All that was awesome.
I appreciated the honesty about marketing and how we were going to go into the mindf**K and that helped a lot. I kept my spirits up and kept doing my launch during launching. I did find some times it was easy to get discouraged when my efforts in my campaigning did not have people jumping up and down and ready to buy.
I think my big take aways from this-#1-glad I got 2 people enrolled. They are treasures! #2-I would have liked to spend more time on learning more about warming up my marketing almost from the beginning. In the future, should I do this campaign again, I will plan it out more so that I have workshops right before the program. I want to nurture my online community more as I move forward. I love my Escalation Plan by the way-it's a wonderful reference for me for all the components I will include in my program/product. It has been a ride...felt I missed out on the Christmas spirit a bit, but I did my best to get in on it somewhat-after all, I'm all about life work balance-which I really did need more of doing this program. Way intense on time. But, thank you for the trainings. I will keep using them as I go forward in my business.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
That I can add in more value when I add in components such as wins, normalizing challenges and simply creating a bird's eye view really helped me.

How did EPM help you become successful?
The focus on the process

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
Got me very focused on my business in a new way.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
My focus on my business so intently seemed to work in the Law of Attraction-other clients for private sessions found me in December & January.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
I can "rinse and repeat" and hopefully get more people enrolled each time I do.

Your Graduation Story

EPM is a product I will recommend very highly and was well worth the investment. Even though it was necessary for me to delay my product launch due to prior commitments, I'm very confident that I now have the blueprint and insights to launch successfully and reach Mission Accomplished within the next four months. I have two potential Customers from Chatterboxing and have a list of businesses I have identified as needing my product, and will be making an offer directly to them soon.

The first pod coaching was really encouraging, though I had not realized I would need a camera set up to take part fully in this as I had assumed it would be a traditional-type webinar so I really like Zoom which I had never heard of before. A nice part of this session was logging into Zoom early (because I got mixed up re time zones) and chatting with several others before the formal start, so I do regret that I was unable to attend the following pod coaching sessions.

One delicious takeaway from this was another participant's term "Comparanoia" (sorry I can't recall his name just now). Oh yes, I definitely used to relate to that feeling back in those days, pre-EPM - nowadays, I'm happily iterating my way to awesome without any "compare-anoia"", because I know that my product is uniquely valuable and nobody else could create and deliver this in quite the same way as me.

Facebook was a bit of a challenge for me because although I use it for several business and charity pages I run, I have always found it rather overwhelming for personal use so avoid spending much time on there. So I didn't use it very much, though when I did I found it very supportive with some good tips and I enjoyed giving feedback on other members' polls and names too as it does build a very nice community. I hope this page will remain available after the course end. I happened across a very short coaching video by Coach Deborah when I first ventured onto Facebook and I keep her "ladder" lesson in mind.

The very friendly personal email to check I was OK after not logging in for a while was a nice touch. A few weeks after that, I filled in some of the Milestones Document but never heard back from my Coach so I must take responsibility for not understanding correctly how to request feedback and for not following up on this with Support, as I was very late getting started so I felt a bit awkward about asking at such a late stage what I was doing wrong re tagging.

It was at this stage that I became a little confused about the direction I was going in with my product idea and had intended to ask a question in the coaching pod but then had to deal with other priorities and missed all the coaching sessions, though I have started watching the replays.

Although my own first product can be experiencified, I'm still uncertain about whether EPM could be adapted for use in selling a one-off physical product or for a product which has only 2 or 3 modules but that is because I missed the coaching sessions so when I watch replays and look in the Facebook community I'm sure that will become clear. My impression is that it is designed really pnly for coaching-type or instructional products though I thought I heard Marisa mention using EPM for all sorts of surprising products when I watched the initial enrolment webinar.

The Niche training was excellent in helping me decide which of several product ideas to pursue first and to combine two of them.

Normalising Challenges was an eye-opener because I admit I had not given any thought previously to doing this for my future Clients as until then I was focusing more on how I can prove myself to them (and naysayers in my life!), and I found the Carol Dweck quotes in this training really helpful.

"Done is better than perfect" is a challenge I've been working on and I really liked how Marisa emphasised this throughout the course and the ""iterate your way to awesome"" motto with reminders to simplify, also the training on marketing strategies made it much less daunting and very do-able.

The training modules, the coaching, the practical resources and tips, and the support have all been excellent so I'm looking forward to hitting my own Mission Accomplished before long and will update my testimonial then - with a loud ker-ching!

Thank you to Marisa, Murray, and all the Supporters (I only know Jhaymie and Brandee by name) who have made EPM really enjoyable and I know it will be profitable too.

PS See you eventually at Message to Money!

Done is better than perfect

Phoenix Cheung (class of 2019)

Your Graduation Story
I had been looking for a course to create my first information product (by then I didn't realise that there's another type of online product Marisa calls Experience Products). I compared it with other courses before signing up and it lives up to my expectation. The contents delivered, the coaching calls and the community. The principles align with my values and mindset as a former educator. I had been creating learning experiences for my students to learn enjoyably.

During the course, there were challenges that I faced and gratefully Marisa addressed and normalised them, making me encouraged when I felt left behind. The active participation of my team members and myself and the facilitation of my coach makes the journey more uplifting. Some of them are good role models and have showed me the courage I look forward to embrace.

I'm very grateful to Marisa's effective teaching and motivating mindsets, the coaching sessions and the community provided for sharing and growing.

I almost have no hesitation to join EPM again and develop my second EP, after the launch and delivery of at least 2 rounds of my first EP and I would recommend it to anyone with any niche! EPM coaches and EPMers have share so much love and wisdom in the journey to mission accomplished and I look forward to my mission accomplished even if it's later than some others, it's still a success. Thank you so much, LYM team.

The things I hope can be done better is: 1. the time of coaching calls (1pm PT is 5am Australian time and Hong Kong time and I can still wake up for the calls but 11am PT is 3am in my region then it makes it impossible for me to join Don's calls, which is stated as optional but I feel I've been missing out when I could not join the calls.). 2. questions to be addressed as promptly as possible, probably your team has done your best and will improve in the next round of EPM.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Marisa's spirit and her signature experience products creation system, the coaching + side-door coaching, the community and few role models

How did EPM help you become successful?
It gives me tolls and skills I've been looking for. It provides me with opportunities to get closer to like-minded people in a supportive online environment.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
I've been encouraged to take the first step no matter what, gain more clarity and have more momentum to take further actions.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
Taking a further step in creating and selling my soon-to-be-launched experience product.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
The positive influence and its ripple effect created by my offering - empowering females to take charge of self-care so that they can nurture their loved ones and serve the ones they work with.

Your Graduation Story
Even though I have not launched yet, I am 100% confident that I will exceed my original stretch goal! This was an extraordinary course… It has given me so much clarity. The content is amazing and so valuable (Marissa over delivers!) but the best thing of all is the EXPERIENCE!

Are used to do workshops in my living room, but for various reasons, the time has come for me to launch my trainings onto the Internet. I really had no idea how I could gauge people meaningfully in a virtual course… But now I DO! I’ve not only learned about it, but I’ve had it modeled. I am forever grateful.

Your Graduation Story
I've actually made an incredible growth spurt during EPM. There was a final heave ho that needed to happen for me in order to get past an internal struggle that had been holding me back. I got to feel the exilleration of Owning my tribe even if I receive some push back.

The people who challenged my choice to work with women helped me become clear in so many areas about owning my boundaries and being ok with my own choices.
It turns out to be exactly the support my women come to me for and always have. We have Super Powers that others don't understand.

My whole journey last year was claiming that to my family and only allowing people who accept me even if they don't ""get"" me. And those are the women coming to me now. Without apologies. So, that's an enormous internal Ownership of my Soul that took place during this time.

Another thing that has thrilled me to no end is Fridays with Don. Although I'm a deeply spiritual healer ... I'm a glorious geek and Don made me so happy. Hee hee hee Everybody on those calls interacted and seemed to learn so much.

Computer stuff calms me down. I've been kind of cramming in an effort to complete and make Mission Accomplished so I didn't use my time yet to work with Murry on my Experiencify. (I just got it this past week) That's my reward this week. :-)

I also want to say, skill wise, I'm blown away at how much you've taught me about copy writing. I've always done it . I've always done all of these things I've accomplished here actually but there were important pieces missing that fell into place for me.
This exercise was very clever on your part. I felt bad when I started writing because I wasn't ready to reach the money part of Mission Accomplished.

However, right now I'm seeing clearly what a ROCK STAR I really am. All of the amazing pieces that did come together and are fully in place now will serve me incredible moving forward.

I really did keep up my momentum and get so so much accomplished during this EPM and have tons to show for it, both internally and externally.

Thank you very much to the entire team of Super Stars that delivered this EPM. Samora was amazing for us on Wednesdays and Jordan kept our calls running smoothly so you,Marisa, can do your thing so brilliantly.

Blessings to all. I look forward to seeing you at Live you Message Live!

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
My value is really important

How did EPM help you become successful?
By keeping me in the game to get so much of my business tasks done while teaching me so specifically what I needed to know in order to do it all

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
That's still being worked out. My guess is that I have more long term success now because my foundation is firmly in place

What has been the biggest change in your business?
I'm much more focused with a clear mission to keep coming back to.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
I told you before I'm a total geek. This style of teaching is right up my ally. Now being able to have this product formed in this way and apply technology to it. I'm thrilled with the number of women I'll be able to help because of the way I'll be delivering my services.

Your Graduation Story
I completed all of the modules, participated in all except one of my Wisdom Wednesday Calls, and 90% of Marisa's Monday laser coaching. It was a comprehensive and demanding experience and after a few weeks in, I realized that my primary avatar works in corporate America and expects to receive most of their training through their organizations where they work. As an executive and leadership coach, my current clients are all mid to senior level executives who work in various types of industries. I then developed a secondary avatar (HR VPs/Directors and senior leaders in financial services and retail & wholesale who are employed in companies. Therefore, my marketing shifted from online to in person or phone. My coach, Don Crowther, agreed with my approach after my survey results showed that most of my avatars do not go on FB and are not actively looking for external leadership courses. He reminded me that it would take longer to build a following since I would be selling licenses to companies or presenting in person in workshops. It was a huge shift from what I had originally planned. After using Chatterbox campaigns and The Start With an Experience campaign, I did get some engagement, although no purchases of my experience product yet. I do have an opportunity to run my experience product through a Beta test with a group of mid-level executives in a not for profit and the senior leader has agreed to pay $2,000 for the product. This will allow me to work out the kinks and get some testimonials. When I receive the payment, I will then declare Mission Accomplished, although this is a far cry from where I want to be. It is a great outcome, though, since I learned a tremendous amount about how to best market and "experiencify" my products, now and in the future. The sideways coaching was invaluable.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
So many - the most powerful is you don't have to be perfect or have a perfect product, just get your work out there!!

How did EPM help you become successful?
Gave me more discipline to get it all done and tackle the technology, with assistance

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
I am bullish that I will change my lifestyle and have my picket fence. I will do this!

What has been the biggest change in your business?
The shift to marketing to corporations instead of to individuals.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
The extensive possibilities for my life's work, and the ability to get my work out by moving from 1:1 to 1:Many.

Tina Antrim (class of 2019)

Your Graduation Story
I have been through dozens of training and coaching programs and paid tens of thousands of dollars. I have to say this is one of the best programs that I participated in. The added layer of being able to communicate with a coach was a game-changer.

Here are the struggles that I had during the experience:
1) There was SO much information. It was really hard to stay on track, especially since I wanted to do the Overachiever track and not miss anything. I often fell behind because this program was like a second job and I already have a full time school counseling job and a part-time financial coaching business! LOL! Honestly, I'm exhausted... but in a good way!
2) The XP's were fun but they often didn't calculate correctly so I was never quite sure where I stood.
3) I was one of those in constant ""perfectionist"" mode and ""analysis paralysis"" mode. I was so afraid of not completing a program (or failing)... again! I was determined that this time was going to be different. Unfortunately, my insecurities got in the way yet again (as did my other two jobs) and I didn't get mission accomplished done in time. I've decided that I'm okay with that, and I'm hoping that I still hit at least my minimum goal.
4) I was frustrated that I wasn't able to be on hardly any of the Monday or Wednesday calls live due to my work schedule. Glad they were recorded but it's not the same. It was amazing to listen to Marisa be able to dial in to every single person's need... I wish that I had been able to be on a call with her and talk with her personally!

My successes:
1) I learned so many new things and pushed myself to keep going no matter how stressed and insecure I became. I created my first sales page, ran my first Facebook ad, and learned some great tips and resources.
2) I really enjoyed the smaller group coaching pods. They were the only calls I could be on live and they were very valuable as I was able to get some questions answered.
3) My program is in the final marketing stage and I launch on Feb 13th. Woohoo!! I am so nervous and scared that I'm not going to make even the minimum goal. But I know that it will be a valuable experience regardless of how many sign up.
4) I completed the program!! I'm one of those who generally start but never get all the way through, usually because of the lack of accountability and support, or I just get distracted. Not so with EPM! Plus, I was absolutely determined that this time was going to be different.

I know that there is more that I want to say but I need to get this sent a.s.a.p.
Thank you Marisa and EPM team for this program!!

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
It doesn't have to be perfect; just keep moving forward.

How did EPM help you become successful?
I've learned how to create better marketing for my programs and I now feel more confident in creating additional training/coaching courses.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
It has helped me feel more confident in moving past the 1:1 coaching that I've been doing for the last several years and creating more courses.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
Hopefully, better leverage and the ability to help more people.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
I need to see if it's going to work first. Then, I'll get excited and think about moving forward.:)
