Kim C Djupvik (class of 2019)

Your Mission Accomplished Story
I actually talked to my Boyfriend about offering this program to a company he has as a client and he talked to the HR director and some of the managers and they agreed to do a trial, so I got to bill them 2100 USD already in December, I didn't understand that I had hit mission accomplished already then since I was not delivering until late January. It was Coach Uwe that pointed it out to me. Her I was all the time thinking I had to change my target market and mission in order to finish the course and do an other marketing campaign launch, since I already had sold my course. LOL

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
It helped me get real clear on my mission and my inner motivation to do what I do

How did EPM help you become successful?
I am much more motivated and positive. believing that I can do this and also later make a living of online sales

Your Graduation Story

I started the Experience Product Masterclass with the goal of partnering with my husband in his bar preparation course. But, in the end he decided that he needed to focus solely on his law practice at this time. So, when it came time to put together the marketing materials and actually sell the product, we paused. I continued to watch the videos, and I learned so much that I will be able to use when he's ready to pick it up again. I have an idea of my own for an experience product, so I want to go back through the course and apply it to a product that I can move forward with on my own.

Your Graduation Story
I'm a prolific self-help author, and I started off the course wanting to put together a course, but facing tremendous barriers - internal and external - that were stopping me from moving forward. Over the course of EPM, I learnt so much, and even tho I am not going to hit mission accomplished within this timescale, I've now got a product that is almost ready to go, which I'm very happy about.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
I'm an idealist who has always struggled trying to 'sell' my ideas and often ground-breaking research to real people. Marisa saying that I had to meet people at the point where they were at, instead of trying to sell stuff that I wanted to sell, but that no-one else was really interested in, was a big breakthrough for me.

How did EPM help you become successful?
I came in with no course, a lot of fears, and a massive learning curve on the tech. I'm coming out with a course that's 90% that is high quality, and that I hope to launch in the next 6 weeks.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
I'm way more optimistic now that I might be able to make a living after all doing what I love, sharing knowledge and writing books.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
Building the 'marketing' angle into the way the content is created and delivered.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
Getting my course out there, and hopefully changing lives and earning actual money doing it.

Sharon Niemi (class of 2019)

Your Graduation Story
Joined EPM in an effort to turn a boring online program offer into something that would stand out. I jumped in full force, over achiever track... attended all but two zooms - one Monday with Marisa, one Friday with Don but made every Wisdom Wednesday with Coach Paul. Hit all my milestones along the way. Felt supported and encouraged. Was active in the FB group, perhaps not as much as others but with enough attention to keep up with what others were doing. I feel that I was guided along the way, didn't feel lost but overwhelmed at times. Stretched my way of thinking and had me get out of my comfort zones - especially with getting social and building confidence that others were ok with hearing from me and liked what I offering for messages and value. I did hit Mission Accomplished and minimum $$$ target met. But the value I received from going through and completing the entire process (with the exception of my last few video's and homework) has changed forever how I will approach building a program or writing a book.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
How to experiencify an offer, lead with benefits, and make sure the journey - birds eye view - is well layed out.

How did EPM help you become successful?
How to let go of perfection - and that done is better than perfect and iteration (which is what I teach!) is the better way.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
As mentioned in my other response, it has gotten my husband to believe in my dream.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
How I can now sell a program without feeling like it's a sales pitch.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
That it is repeatable! Thank you!

Greg Howard (class of 2019)

Your Graduation Story
I have been faffing about with my course for the over two years now because admittedly I was unsure how to structure it properly or the best way to launch it.

As an artist I can be disorganised at the best of times and this was definitely one of them and being honest my program would inevitably have been launched ""someday"" but when exactly I can't say with any certainty....maybe another year lol!

What the EPM program has helped to do is structure my course creation, create a marketing plan, price my course and more. It has got me to dig in and get this to the point where launch is imminent.

So while I did not reach mission accomplished :-( I think the push and extra confidence I have been given by my coach Debra (You're a star!) and the rest of the EPM community has been worth the investment alone and I am now confident in what I am about to offer the world. This is going to be my best year ever!!!

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Structure & a new level of confidence.

How did EPM help you become successful?
I now have a tangible product ready to be launched with a viable marketing plan for the first launch.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?

What has been the biggest change in your business?
Definite Launch Date for Program

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
Helping more artists to get back the enjoyment & sense of accomplishment in their painting and maybe a holiday, phew I need one after all this!

Cynthia Luna (class of 2019)

Your Graduation Story
Okay. I have to admit, when I first purchased EPM, I freaked out a little. Okay, a lot. Was this really the time to be investing in a course to develop experience products? Would I really have the bandwidth, the time and the smarts to take in the learnings and turn them around into an experience product of my own?

Creating a product to go-to-market is a huge, complex process, and Marisa assures you she has her eyes on all the moving parts, as she guides you to the one part you need to focus on right now. Marisa's EPM addresses all the screws, nuts and bolts that need loosening and tightening. That's one of the things that makes Marisa's EPM a gem.

The other thing that makes this program such a gem is the live, weekly coaching. First of all, THANK YOU for having someone on a European time zone! (Huge!) Second, Uwe is great at staying the EPM course, keeping people motivated, providing on-the-spot coaching and ensuring that everyone who has a question gets a shot at asking a question.

The third gem is the side-coaching. Even though I didn't ask questions, I got a ton of side-door coaching from other podmembers' courage in posting their YMSYCTAIs. I also hope some people thought my rewordings helped them. Those weeklies helped me reword and refine my own mission, which I'm really proud of.

At the end of 10 weeks, I can say that I have an experience product I am ready to beta-test. So, yeah, mission accomplished.

Did I get my money's worth? Yes -- and then some. Will I be going back to the online course trainings and reviewing specific topics? Lawd, yes! I'm more of a tortoise, not a hare. :-) Will I be launching my first experience product in February? Yes, and I have so much more clarity around my prospective customers thanks to EPM!

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
"Iterate to awesome.
It's really about taking small and steady steps and focusing at the task at hand. "

How did EPM help you become successful?
All the examples. There are so many across so many niches, so you could really see how the principles are applied in a practical way.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
I think my ideas about my experience product were so overwhelming, before EPM, that I didn't really know how to get them all out there, or where to put them. So, I didn't have the courage to take the first step. Now, with EPM, I have a system for taking on my ideas and putting them into action. The shift out of overwhelm paralysis has been the biggest impact.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
My "authorpreneur" business was on life support when I signed up for EPM. Now, I understand how I can leverage my insecurities channeling my creativity and "putting my work out there" in order to connect with my clients. I no longer need to find rocks to hid under.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
All the blanks are filled. There are parts where I'm less strong than other parts, but I understand those are muscles I just need to train more.

I have loved every minute of the programme. I have learned so much about myself and gotten so much clarity as to how to move forward as a business person. It has made me realise I can play bigger. There have been so many ups and downs but I have realised that there will always be ups and downs so just move forward as a business person.

Your Graduation Story
I started with a question mark in my mind, thinking, This is BIG. With building my wife's websites and helping her publish her books, along with doing the writing I'm doing as well as the web development I'm doing for me, will I have time to get through it all. I'm usually pretty confident my ability to achieve my mission but like I said, this was BIG. I heard Marisa in the launch videos that "Dripping students work one task at a time," allows them to stay focused and get the job done. That's just what she did. As Portions of modules dripped in, being the bull dog of tasks accomplishment my wife says I am, I took hold of each one and wouldn't let it go until I had accomplished the mission of each lesson. Then came Christmas. We traveled 8 hours away to stay the week with my mother-in-law. She doesn't allow you to sit still. There's always an event she wants us to attend in her community, dinner, plays, singing, on and on and on. Don't get me wrong, I love my mother-in-law dearly, and She says the same about me. But I like to stay focused until I complete what I started. That didn't happen!I Leaving around 6:am, we drove back 8 hours to make it before dark. I was tired and didn't recover for the next five days. When I did, there were tasks to accomplish for EPM. My wife is good about letting me stay focused in my office as long as I need. I thought I'd never meet anyone as cool as her in working with people until I met Marisa. Module five came in the week before my birthday and I noticed I had fallen off the top ten in the leader board. That scared me because I wanted to be on top. So instead of continuing marketing, I jumped in and started banging on the videos and assignments. I pushed through morning and night. Thank goodness for being retired! I got to graduate status a few days before, then was able to click mission accomplished the day before my birthday! What a great birthday gift this year!! January 30th, 2020!!!! Thanks to you Marisa Murgatroyd and EPM!

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Stick to the plan Marisa laid out when creating products, launching, marketing and delivering

How did EPM help you become successful?
Whoa! The drip content process forced me to stay on task taking one step at a time.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
This is huge! I can't tell you how many programs I've gone through with little or no results. I always come away with a lot of knowledge thinking, "What's next?" I graduated business school and immediately recognized my degree was out dated. EPM gave me a tool I can use as long as on line business is available. Since Marisa first came out with the Super Heros assessment, I've always felt, 'this woman is smart, compassionate and determined to help people succeed.' I'm so grateful to have gone with my intuition. Thanks EMP

What has been the biggest change in your business?
We have sold a $1,997 product now, where as before our biggest ticket product was $349, which no one has purchased, YET! :-)

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
I'm excited to have EPM at my finger tips to flush out some of our other products with and get involved with Marisa's next steps!

Your Graduation Story
I've been teaching spiritual healing for 10 years and have been really struggling. One of the main problems is that most of those who resonate with my work are in a very difficult financial situation. My own financially situation gradually improved over the past 2 years, but my mailing list has been stagnant at 2500 people for years, and it has been very difficult to move people into any kind of action. Delivering content in smaller pieces that deliver specific results is a really good way to address my market. So I thought... why not create a program to connect to God and shift their money consciousness? Thus, the God & Money Masterclass was born. I sent a single email inviting for a beta run, and 23 people paid $197 out of that single email. I thus earned $4531 on that first week of the program. I now launched the full program and currently have 52 people registered, for $21000 of sales, $18000 of which is already collected. This is absolutely incredible! I'm at my 5th month over $10k in 10 years... and made $30k total this month!?? This wipes out my debts one-shot and I can start looking to buy a house. For me, EPM was a perfect match at a perfect time.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Delivering value in a way that produces measurable and specific results

How did EPM help you become successful?
It provided a business model that works perfectly for me -- and I've tried many approaches

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
I paid off my debts and will be able to buy a house soon

What has been the biggest change in your business?
Before, most of my income came from just a few high-end clients. Now, I'll be able to reach a lot more people with my work by working in groups. I tried doing groups in the past but it never got much response.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
I'll shift the financial reality of 52 people, who will then have money to invest in all kinds of other products and services. The ripple effect of this will multiply itself several times over.

Sonja Simak (class of 2019)

Your Graduation Story
It has been a ride against the odds.
The training started at the busiest time of my year. I kept up as much as I could by burning the midnight oil, waiting to stay awake for the here in SA 11:00 pm call going into the new day. Eventually my body caved in.

I barely hung in there.
I had a Christmas vacation booked to spend time with my children in Ireland and the UK. the exhaustion took over and I slept through most of the vacation to catch up on long lost sleep of weeks before.
In December we had huge storms which cut the internet connection during coaching times. This was so disappointing.
Then, South Africa was hit with massive power outages at all times of the day and electricity supply cut-offs affected all internet communication to become greatly stressful.
In January, and still currently ongoing, our internet is slow due to cable stress on the ocean floors.
Internet connections have been complicated to say the least. Add the technical challenges and the recipe for disaster - or flopped cake - is ready.

But, I was determined to carry on. I caught up with as many coaching calls as I could and tried to keep up with the assignments. Some I managed and some I did not.

Early in January my world fell apart as I realized that I could not get all the work done in time for launch, yet I had the launch date in my calendar to keep to.

I launched my training yesterday, 29 January with only 2 clients @ $247 per client. So, yes from an income perspective I failed.

I do have a list of prospective trainees that could not make the January intake from my own email list, which is really positive for me.

However, I am busy writing my training material every day. This is the easy part and I thoroughly enjoy this part.

Have I failed in total?
No. I have had to go to plan D to launch, but that I did.

I am looking at re-launching early in February through FaceBook - now that I have a training platform in place.

So, nothing is perfect. What I have now is what I have. Improvement may and probably will happen when I re-do all the trainings in my own time over the next 3 months.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
It does not have to be perfect
So many learnings especially the sessions with Don gave me a huge breakthrough especially the nailing it on Facebook.
While this is something I am going to venture into next, I now have the confidence to do so.

How did EPM help you become successful?
The step by step guidance system

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
Gaining know-how and confidence to venture and do it again.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
Pushing me to go and DO it!

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
To do it again, and again until success comes my way
