Your Graduation Story
I came into EPM with a vague of launching an online cookery course and from the start of doing Niche Down Profits up, I have gained more and more clarity what ideas and vision. What I've loved about EPM is the PRACTICAL step by step approach getting me slowly but surely to the point of being able to launch something. I know without a doubt, I would not have got this far or achieved this much without EPM. I am in the middle of launching as I write this so I am not sure if I will reach mission accomplished; only time will tell. Even if I don't, I know the investment has been well worth it.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Done is better than perfect

What has been the biggest change in your business?
Just getting it started and creating something from nothing

To see the positive affect and transformation of people's lives as they grow in confidence in their baking skills and the enjoyment they get from sharing the deliciousness with friends and family and the ripple effect that will have to a happier and less isolated and lonely world.

Your Graduation Story
This was an excellent way for me to ""experience"" both sides of the story. The EPM side as a student and the ""Teacher"" side. I never realised how much prep goes into a programme like this. I have the feeling that I have been working on it for months and am still only at the begining of the individual module prep. Having experienced this journey I am also better able to appreciate the value of this EPM course, in money and in knowledge-value.

I lost my way over Christmas - I don't know that this is really the best time have so much input, I felt horrible because even though I don't have many family obligations at this time I still found it difficult to get down and do the work, and I really nearly gave up.

My wisdom wednesday time was my third choice and it turned out to be a disaster for me - I had so many problems getting into the meeting at that time - I should have asked for one of the other times.

Anyway, by doing this course, and starting my own product, I have managed to find my passion for what I want to do in the future. I've been waiting for an opportunity to combine my qualification as a teacher (which I'm not allowed to use in Germany) with something I am passionate about - graphic design, webdesign, communication and creativity - and my 20 years of experience. I know now that I want to help ""normal"" people learn some skills that are going to help them communicate their message on different levels in the future.

It's starting with building a website ... and there is so much more to come.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
The actual experience of the EXPERIENCE PRODUCT. Itterate your way to success. I heard another coach on FB explaining about where we find our selves on the experience ladder - there is always someone below us that really needs our help -- this was a key thought that helped me appreciate what I have to give to the world.

How did EPM help you become successful?
Helped me get myself focused and find what I want to concentrate on for the next 10 years

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
Made me more certain of who I am and what I have to give.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
I've found a way to empower small businesses.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
Starting my first cycle of the Business Website Workout and then building my tribe and seeing them succeed

Laura Willson (class of 2019)

Your Graduation Story
I have spent over $10k in online courses, and I'm an Instructional Designer who makes online courses, but this is the first time a course has been so clear, specific, and well designed that I could just lean back and do the work without hitting icebergs.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
After spending so much and just not able to make progress, I had decided that this was the last battle, either I'd get a program launched or I'd quit trying to run a business while I have a full-time job. SO my biggest takeaway was that it is possible for me. I think you're looking for what I learned, and I think the simplified marketing strategies were the biggest help.

How did EPM help you become successful?
By strategically breaking down the process to launch something, and providing so much support.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
I'm a single mom with two kids and a ton of debt following a divorce. Launching my product gives me hope that I can build from here, quit my job, and have the life I want for my kids. I'm really looking forward to M2M to get to the next step.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
Ability to focus, and get my message in front of people.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
Serving entrepreneurs who are coaches and changing my life.

Amy Lenell Ledwith (class of 2019)

Your Graduation Story
It HAS been a wild ride.

There was something about the first webinar that I couldn’t explain. It took place at a SUPER inconvenient time for me: a Friday night as I was supposed to be heading out to babysit my nieces and nephews. I almost skipped it (like, I must admit, about 50% of free webinars I sign up for). But some little voice said to me “no, you’ll want to listen to this one.”

So I tuned in as we drove out in the dark. Thankfully I had a good strong data plan for streaming videos. I’m so glad I did.

EPM was not successful in getting me to mission accomplished - to make $2000 or a whole lot more in 10 weeks or less.
But here’s what EPM WAS successful in:
•Recognizing the power of community and support.
•Teaching me methods of organizing and presenting ideas that excite me in a way they’ll also excited others (and get them to buy!).
•Catching me at moments when I thought “this is too much” to help me work through to the next step.
•Building strategies to share my expertise in a way which most benefits my potential students.
•Narrowing down my target client’s pain points, as many times as I needed to get super clear and super poignant.
•Demonstrating how a lot of little tiny baby steps can work to get so much further than expected.
•Showing me how to use my life experience to build credibility.
•Reminding me when I needed it, that “I got this” and taking another baby step forward.
•Making me face my fears of talking about my product, message, and mission. While I’ll always be an introvert, I’m learning to pretend to be an extrovert to help people create change in THEIR lives.
•Teaching me that I am responsible for every single step I take - - that MY actions are what get me across the finish line, that trying to blame other people or situations or events just distracts from my own work. So yes, I know, EPM had nothing to do with me not reaching mission accomplished, it was all me. And I am glad for that experience. My Mission Accomplished will still happen, just on a schedule that I can manage which honors my own energy.

So no, I didn’t reach my goal with EPM by the “deadline.” But EPM has taught me that the most important goals aren’t the ones we reach or don’t reach, but the ones we learn the most from. And I’ve learned more in the weeks with EPM than I could have imagined.

Thank you Marisa, Coach Matthew, Don, Murry, Jordan, and all of those working “behind the scenes” to provide a powerful community that shows us all just how powerful we are.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
EPM has taught me that the most important goals aren’t the ones we reach or don’t reach, but the ones we learn the most from.

How did EPM help you become successful?
Making me face my fears of talking about my product, message, and mission. While I’ll always be an introvert, I’m learning to pretend to be an extrovert to help people create change in THEIR lives. (They won't buy if they don't know about it!)

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
Given me confidence that I CAN do this. One step at a time.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
Gaining marketing strategies to set myself up for actually SELLING my product and CHANGING people's lives.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
Seeing the "light" in people - - those "ah ha moments" and supporting them through the drudgery to get to those spaces.
