Your Mission Accomplished Story
My business that I had been running for years had flatlined... No one was signing up and months were going by. My safety net had vanished, and I had begun eating free meals at the local community center. I prayed to be of service, and turned my will over to God/ Creator. However he wanted me to be of service, I was willing to do that. I was about ready to go be a coffee barista.

Then I heard the word 'Zoom'

Curious, I wasn't sure what it meant at first. Then an email appeared in my inbox from a friend recommending an upcoming webinar with Marisa about her EPM Masterclass. It was a free webinar, so I decided to listen in, knowing there could be no purchasing on my end.

As I heard Marisa's presentation, I suddenly felt that this was what I was supposed to do. My heart was thrumming like a hummingbird ~ I had no money, was completely broke and yet I pulled out my credit card and charged the entire course.

Nothing like a good leap of faith!

A strange thing happened...
The pulse of my business came back to life through the trainings. I had listened to all the Sales for Superheroes trainings, and ... wouldn't you know it? A young woman wanted to talk to me about my 1:1 program of personal transformation, something I hadn't sold in years. I adapted the exact wording from the Sales for Superheroes Enrollment Script.

My course had been offered in the past for $4,800. The enrollment script advised me to have several options, and to ask which is the right choice for them, then to ""'stop talking"". Because of the trainings, I presented the options in a different way, focusing on the value of the product. After the pause, I heard her say ""I'll take option #2"" (limited time offer).

Whoa! I had just sold a program for $5,500 ~ that was $700 more than I had sold it for in the past! And she was glad to get on board. She herself had painted the picture of what she wanted during our enrollment conversation.

Now my client is super stoked and getting a ton of value out of my course. I'm applying all of the tools from 'my pumpkin' ~ the Experience Escalation Formula, which I have printed out in color and laminated for frequent referencing. I call it my pumpkin, because it turns my work, which was like a pumpkin in the Cinderella fairy tale, into a shiny carriage that gets me to the ball.

My SPIRIT Plan for Miracles group program, my EPM product creation, has 5 people enrolled and is currently under way. While two paid the full $497, I gave scholarships to 3 others to fill in the course for this beta program.

As I write this, I've made $7,194 in sales as a direct result of EPM. Not only have I hit Mission Accomplished, I've more than doubled my stretch goal of $3,444. And in addition people are calling me for private sessions, home blessings and work is springing up all around me. Guess I don't have to be a barista after all!

Your Mission Accomplished Story

I was always buying online programs, including another one on course creation, but I was never able to finish them. EPM was a last-ditch attempt to actually find one that I could finish and which delivered what it promised! And it worked! I was delighted with the experiencification elements which I intend to fully implement into my own program as I creative it over the next few weeks in Xperiencify. I knew I loved the "idea" of experiencification and gamification but I needed to see it in action and working on myself before I could fully believe it and buy into it. Which is what happened. Now I have a great model to use going forward and I can't wait to see what happens next!

A great foundational principle (experiencification) linked to it being put into action throughout the program.

Holly Kahmal (class of 2019)

Your Graduation Story
I bought EPM with the idea that it would give me results to create and sell a program which I would sell in an online course. I didn't have a website, or established brand/audience etc. During my coaching and through the trainings I gains a larger understanding of creating something excellent involved getting client feedback. Creating something that would offer results meant I needed to connect with my customers. I followed the steps and encouragement given by my awesome coach Domonique as well as the program lessons/group trainings and materials. It really helped me break through my perfectionistic ways so I could reach out and start really delivering my message, talking about my offer and finding out what my audience was really looking for in the way of a program. A few days before the Mission Accomplished deadline... I booked my first beta client, for $2K. I wasn't confident when I first started out that someone would see the value in working with me knowing it was a beta. But I was wrong! With the reinforcement of the EPM program and community, I was able to trust in myself to deliver and make shifts along the way.

As someone starting a new business, and having lots of other training, I knew about funnels, email marketing, lead magnets, market research etc. But it was very easy to fall off the progress wagon. The high quality coaching and support along with the experiential format of EPM, truly made it possible for me to keep taking action and taking baby steps, even when they felt risky. I feel like I've had one of the most powerful shifts personally in my own self-confidence and it came so organically, I can barely pinpoint how it happened. All I have to say is my gut told me EPM was something big was about to happen for me over the course of program. Good thing I trusted my gut! I managed to accomplish so much over the past 10 weeks, despite not doing every lesson/task to a T. I just did my best with an attitude of iterating my way to awesome.

I was so impressed and grateful, I booked my trip to M2M live. I can't wait, and I'm so grateful. Thank you!

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Iterate your way to awesome and you don't have to have every funnel/perfect marketing plan to be in a position to sell your service and offer something awesome.

How did EPM help you become successful?
Helping me be confident in following through and taking action, despite not having everything figured out.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
I think I've explained this already-- but it's allowed me to overcome some of the mental blocks I created around perfectionism, showing up and serving even when everything is not perfectly lined up.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
I have made money! hahah!

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
Growing my business and evolving my program so it is the best it can be and is getting clients real measurable results.

Susanna Reay (class of 2019)

Your Mission Accomplished Story
I was getting stuck in the information overload and overwhelming my clients with information, I wasn’t sure how to get past this and still provide a program that gave me joy and saw real results for clients. I joined EPM as I was impressed by Marisa's marketing and take on creating online products that moved from information into experience as this was the direction I had started taken my clients. Through EPM I have created a real system behind how I help my clients, and how to keep them fully engaged and excited to be learning. I implemented all the trainings, and chose 3 marketing campaigns to follow to reach mission accomplished for my Experience product, but I also gained new private clients along the way as well as they resonated with how i was projecting my expertise online.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Gamification helps a lot of people get through programs as then they feel seen and heard.
How did EPM help you become successful?
It gave me confidence in how I was projecting my offers, which then shows up as the right energy to attract new customers

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
Feeling more confident when meeting people in networking situations as I talk about my online offers

What has been the biggest change in your business?
The structure behind my programs, which gives me the view to scale when I run this again

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
Scaling my business in a sustainable away while still having personal connections to students as I see the transformations that happen along the way.

Is there anything else you would like to add?
It's been a great program, I just can't get across to EPM live from the UK at the dates you run it.

Kristin Branson-Cerasoli (class of 2019)

Your Graduation Story
Although I did not hit the financial goal of mission accomplished, I succeeded and gained valuable experience in many other ways. The first benefit I received was the clarification of my niche and ideal customer, which surprised me because I thought I had it all figured out already. As a student, actually moving through the course allowed me to gain the experience necessary to be able to shape an ideal educational experience for my own future students. Also, getting super clear on messaging strategy and how to make an irresistible offer was pure gold. And going step by step through each section of the Experience Formula made a seemingly overwhelming task much easier to accomplish. Finally, I appreciated the emotional support, the scientific explanations behind common obstacles and the way Marisa predicted where I might stumble and had the resources ready to help me through any roadblocks. I’m excited about the future of my business and I hope to create many successful learning experiences for students.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
The normalization of my anxieties and fears about creating and marketing a product.

How did EPM help you become successful?
It took my vague idea of what kind of course I wanted and showed me step by step how to create it and make it valuable for my students.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
I feel more confident in my ability to create a successful course.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
Probably the clarification of what type of value I wanted to provide students and how to convey my offer message in a way that attracts customers emotionally and logically.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
I envision having a suite of products that cover different content marketing topics.

Hans-Joachim Loeblein (Hajo) (class of 2019)

Your Mission Accomplished Story
Hi, my name is Hajo and I live in Augsburg, Germany.
At the end of 2018 I left my consulting business for large corporations behind. In the beginning that was a great relief. After all, I had had enough of the very slow-moving mills in the corporate world. But the transition to be a service provider for small companies proved to be more difficult than I had thought. Since I had always used storytelling to support changes in companies and their managers, the following idea was obvious: I support small companies as a story coach in their marketing efforts. Although the approach seemed to be self-explanatory, the response did not go beyond friendly interest - without any sales. So, I had to create a product that was clearly defined, promised a clear benefit and appealed to my customers.
My attempts to put my service into the format of a product had only moderate success at first. With a lot of trial and error I managed to win three customers from May to October 2019. Total order volume 6000 Euro in six months. That was far too little.
When I received the first promotional email about the Experience Product Masterclass, I was immediately interested. But to spend another 2000 dollars when faced with my strained financial situation? Wouldn't that be crazy? After much deliberation, I decided to enroll in the Masterclass.
One crucial thing became immediately clear to me during the first lessons: When I propose a mission to my clients to help them achieve their goals, they want me to help them - and they book my service.
This was already the turning point. With the clarity gained in EPM, I acquired four customers for my 1:1 Done-With-You product ""Winning Dream-Customers With Storytelling"" from November 2019 to January 2020 - with an order volume of 10,430 Euros (that's about 11,000 USD). And this only with the Chatterbox-Campaign.
Well, I even exceeded my stretch goal for EPM of 10,000 USD! That’s encouraging and gives me energy!
By the way, I even turned down a prospect who wanted to pay me another 2000 Euros, because he seemed to be a “difficult customer”.
Now the next step is to further standardize my service and offer it as a 1:few product. What is really important for me is that I have now achieved “proof of concept” status. I now know what to do next.
Marisa, THANKS A LOT for your exceptional work!!
