Your Graduation Story
I've been wanting to put together a training for HR professionals for such a long time. Going through EPM was exactly that, it was an ""experience""and I will be ready to Launch HR Mentor Academy on Feb 3rd.

I remember receiving the emails about EPM and it sounded amazing but wasn't quite sure if the time was right. But I took the leap any way and I am so glad I did.

Now I am farther along than ever and feel much more ready to do this, thanks to EPM.

It is intense, it is challenging..it is everything I needed to achieve the mission.

I remember Marisa talking about this early on..if you follow her steps, you will achieve mission accomplished. And that stuck with me the entire time of EPM.

This process was epic and unlike any training I have through all wrapped in one experience.

Funny thing is I had gone through a training before that I really enjoyed, and learned that this person also learned from Marisa..that was awesome to learn.

So I am excited to launch on Monday and looking to go from $0 to reaching my strech goal very soon.

The mindshift that I can do it too

How did EPM help you become successful?

Your Graduation Story
I was just coming out of retirement of 9 years. Someone turned me on to Marisa and before I knew it, she had me engaged. I bought on the webinar and then upgraded to Elite as I wanted the private coaching and the 2 day Lab with Marisa in her home. The upgrade was well worth it. I loved the time with Marisa - it was amazing and so helpful to get my priorities sorted out. Fabulous feedback from everyone. Having my own coach was also a huge asset and again well worth the extra investment. It wasn't easy. I went from not working to working 10 hour days 7 days a week. I used to get up at 8:00. I now get up at 5:00. BUT I wouldn't change a thing. I know that I will not be working around the clock forever, but while I need to so I can complete on my program, I will do whatever it takes. I learned to appreciate the gifts and the experience I have of 40 years as an entrepreneur and to not let the small stuff like learning new technology take me out.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
I was coming out of retirement of 9 years so felt very overwhelmed and had lost my email list and didn't even know how to text on my cell phone. I conquered my fears, just got it done and it worked. People remembered me, I learned the technology necessary and I didn't stop just because it was hard.

How did EPM help you become successful?
I now have a fabulous program running, a great first group of women and I am on fire to take my message to the world.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
I am now definitely committed. There is no turning back. At 58 years of age, I feel like I am young again, love my mission and can't wait to impact thousands more people.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
I now have a business. It's no longer a pipe dream, a wannabe.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
I am excited about learning from my beta program and then refining and taking it out to the world of women entrepreneurs who need help with their sales.

Your Graduation Story
I came to EPM after a recent pivot in my business. I wasn't happy with who I was serving and decided to make a switch. Of course, that meant re-building everything from scratch. I wasn't super clear about who exactly I wanted to serve and didn't have a specific set of services in mind.

EPM served as the catalyst to own my new direction and get everything set up. I launched my new site and crafted a signature service around my unique Audience Conversion Method. I also set up all the new pages I needed, including a new scheduler, new emails and new landing page with my new branding/business name.

EPM helped me jumpstart my new direction and really gain clarity on what I wanted to offer. Using Chatterbox, it also helped me start raising awareness of my new direction. As I didn't have a network in my new niche, I joined several groups and started interacting while actively looking for new connections.

Since launching my new site and starting to talk about my new direction, I've doubled my email list. It hadn't grown except by a random subscriber here and there since the start of my business.

I’d always wanted to create a course and had it on the backburner for two years. Now, I have a 1-to-1 service offering that I can see turning into a course after a few months, and a process to do this. EPM gave me the direction and motivation to start getting out there and talking about my new niche. I haven't sold my service yet, but I feel confident now when talking about it and am starting to gain momentum with all the people I've met. I will reach Mission Accomplished, it just may be a little while. The clarity, foundation and systems to create my course in the future were all worth it!

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Clarity around how to phrase what I do and who I serve.

How did EPM help you become successful?
Kickstart my new niche and raising awareness. I feel I've gained a lot of traction in a short period of time that would've taken months on my own.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
I feel more confident when talking about what I do and excited about my new direction and all the people I'll be able to help.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
The new niche is solid now. I've got all the assets live and was even invited to become a collaborator in a giveaway for my ideal audience, which will result in rapid growth and more opportunity for me. (Goes live end of FEB!)

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
Knowing exactly what the experience will look like and what I need to do to prepare. Even though I haven't delivered it yet, I know that I can make a difference for people and how it will happen. I'm excited to use this to help more people.

Your Graduation Story
I started EPM having written the book, The Authorities which is going up in price in the US and selling in the UK and Emirates for $100. I am a featured author in the book, Rock Stars that made # 1 on Amazon--- also co-authored the #1 amazon seller, Fight for Your Dreams with Les Brown. I am working on my 4th book which I know will be awesome for the content answers so many questions that were not answered when I went to school, and I don't find in any other source. I am not even marketing my books nor do I have a website. Although it is through The EPM program that I developed the clarity to begin to create a website thus I joined the WebsiteATM.
Through the EPM process I developed my skills to develop a course that is more engaging and user friendly while at the same time improving the way I developed the content of my upcoming book. Essentially killing two birds with one stone. I have been on this journey for a very long time, took courses from many of the people in the transformation industry which are very familiar to most trying to make a difference by manifesting their dream. I can say with complete joy and passion this is the most outstanding program. It has all of the elements, support and wisdom. All of the pieces to get mission accomplished while at home on the computer, and not going into debt attending the top university and still trying to figure out what to do with that expensive education after graduation.
I am a long distance runner, in the midst of writing my upcoming book, which my publisher is waiting for me to complete. So I can't stop writing my book, but this program is giving me the tools to make my book and future talks more engaging because I will consider more than ever who I am trying to reach. I was focusing on my discoveries which were awesome, but now I seek to understand with each discovery, how I can reach the people who want to know what I have to offer. I am now more than ever a great Chatterboxer. And take in every nuance of feedback, so I become increasingly clear in my delivery.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Always get feedback by being engaged with my content to see how I can master my delivery to get those who resonate, want more.

How did EPM help you become successful?
First I want to say with the greatest humility and gratitude, I have the gift of finding the best and this is what this entire experience is. I learned so much more about myself. The more I understand me, the more people I can understand how to reach.I strengthened my foundation and I even learned and got more clarity about my content and the results I wanted my audience to achieve. Now I can take my audience step by step up the Pyramid. I was starting at the top of the Pyramid with my knowledge and had difficulty seeing why many could not see or understand what I was presenting even though it took me a long time to decode the mysteries and see how they could provide more insight into the knowledge and use of the words we use everyday that shape our perception. I am already a winner, now I just want to reach more people, leave my children a legacy and return to Egypt and meet the family of the Wisdom Teacher that gave me the first clue to start this journey more than 25 years ago and present them with my book that their father inspired.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
I grew leaps and bounds, and can now understand that my content is not for everyone. And that it really is for a specific audience. I stepped back and realized who developed the Egyptian language, the priest and the merchants, and then different levels of population used it. What is simple and fascinating to me confuses many people and I just could not understand why, now I can accept this for I see how smart I am, but was stupid in this inability to understand. Now I am at peace and will continue to deliver my content with more awareness while considering my audience.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
Focusing on and finding my target audience. And always be aware and seek feedback, and consider it in my planning.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
The shift in my mindset developed through this experience. I found the clarity and tools to continue working on a terrific program. And the confirmation from this program to have regularly scheduled classes and opportunities to sharpen my content and the delivery.

Your Graduation Story
Because I work full-time, it was difficult for me to even keep up with EPM, but I managed to get a LOT done, just haven't hit mission accomplished yet. I'll continue to work at my own pace until I get there.

I can't tell you how awesome the EPM experience was! I have never in all my years of attempting to get something going online experienced the quality of training/coaching that EPM provides. I have purchased a lot of training but NOTHING compares to EPM! Marisa could have charged 2 - 3 times as much and it would have been worth every penny.

I now have a ""framework"", a ""blueprint"" to follow to create ANY experience info product. And things I would never have thought were important such as the mission statement (that totally guides the product creation) and of course, adding in the wins and everything that ""gamifies"" the product- it was all laid out for me. No boring static info product for me! I treasure every single lesson in the course and now need to go back and review a lot of it so I can stay fresh as I continue on my journey to mission accomplished. Thank you, thank you, Marisa, coach Jennifer, Murray, and all you incredibly talented, creative geniuses who put this program together. Today graduation.... tomorrow mission accomplished.... and then on to build the BIG business.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
That info products need to be interactive and FUN!!!

How did EPM help you become successful?
It taught me the RIGHT way to create an info product; not the old static PDF or boring video

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
My goal is to quit my "day job" and have more time to spend doing things I love. What I learned in EPM has given me the belief that YES, I can truly finally 'retire'. (I'm 72! - a very young 72, I might add. :))

What has been the biggest change in your business?
I don't quite have a business yet but the change would be that I can offer something of real value AND make money doing it.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
The creativity of it all! I love creating training/videos, etc. and THAT has me jazzed.

Your Graduation Story
I didn't know if I'd be able to reach my target goal after three years of plowing hard ground and 2 previous launches with pitiful results for my evergreen online course Healing Your Empty Arms. So I decided to try a different format, modeled by Marisa, with a coaching element included with the videos and pdfs in a 1:few program at a higher price point. I was skeptical thinking that if people won't buy at $197 why would they buy at $497?! But, I kept plowing and pressing forward in spite of the naysayers within and without, determined to give this one last shot. I know there is a huge need for help in this area because I don't have enough clinical hours in the week to keep up with the demand. I also figured I must be doing something in the process that is getting in the way of reaching those online who need it most. After investing alot of time and money in creating top level videos for the course, and knowing the huge need in the market, it seemed crazy to me that we weren't getting any traction. Finally, on the very last day of EPM I was able to push the little green button and cheer MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!!! ....Followed by Fatigue face plant :)

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
How incredibly challenging it is to convert an online cold/warm market on the topic of grief recovery

How did EPM help you become successful?
Marisa's business savvy and authenticity, Matthew's ongoing encouragement, and the opportunity to consider a different format of delivery with my evergreen course

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
I have hope that I can penetrate the online market and make a difference on a broader scale.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
The owners confidence and belief that more online missions can be accomplished.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
Creating new programs that can change lives for the good, and having the resources that allow me to have more time away from brick and mortar business, doing other things I love to do:) Marisa I cannot thank you enough for not throwing in the towel when things were hard! Hearing your story of 4 years of disappointing results lit a fire in me to keep going. And look at you now!!! Wooohooo! You are absolutely AMAZING! :)

Sharon Niemi (class of 2019)

Your Mission Accomplished Story
Toward the end of last year, I was in the process of developing an online training program that will be part of a series I am developing for TransformationTV when I was forwarded a message from Marisa about EPM.

I was struggling with how to make this course stand out - even with my experience in adult learning and college level professorship, I knew that just talking to slides was rather boring and was spinning a lot on what to do.

Up until this point I had spent A LOT of money over the last 14 months with branding, niche, signature system development, website building, marketing, etc. and hadn't experienced much success - some, but not enough to even START to pay back the debt that was building as I was building my business.

So after listening to Marisa's message and her rock solid - I'll give you your money back guarantee, I had to go for it!

And I can tell you, I'm so so so glad I did.

I thought I had dialed in the niche and branding and "thought about skipping it" but decided that I was in it - full on. Went through the entire training - trudging along the overachiever track.

It didn't change my niche - health and wellness, anti-aging but it did put a polish and shine on the dull and ordinary - even down to how I now see myself. I went from boring - Ayurvedic Practitioner - to the Love Child of Mother Nature and Dr. Deming. I went from boring - I can help you - to let me show you the ways of the Zenkai Master.

The favorite part for me was the mind mapping and vision boarding the program. I had folders and folders full of ideas the wishes. In a week I had gone through every scrap of paper I had and had assembled them in a visual display - right out in front of me.

It showed me how much I already had - how much of the wheel I didn't need to reinvent. I was able to look at each Module with new eyes - what's the mission, what's the benefit, how will I keep them engaged, how do I surprise and delight, how to I support their expedition to Future Healthy Me?

I got clarity out of the exercise that I hadn't had before.

I jumped onto Heroic, moved my old website over and now have some clean up to do but rebranded with color pallets that were provided. I've gotten more consistency with materials that I am posting and sharing. Just that little bit made a big difference in how I presented myself and my message.

Then the marketing piece came and the example provided gave me a great foundation to start. Ran some facebook ads, email campaigns, chatterbox, etc. and one day a few weeks ago I reached out to someone I had pegged as my perfect client and by the end of the conversation I had sold my first EPM program - bingo~ off and running. Next day, another! The conversations were easy because I had my birds eye view and was able to talk through the program, benefits, and journey they would take on.

MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!

How to deliver the wow was first and foremost in my mind to set them off excited so I quickly developed a welcome sequence, gave them access to templates, and every other day emails of inspiration. We launch 2/10 so I am making sure to keep them engaged.

Now I am working to get the welcome and first module up and available in Xperiencify and deliver this training JIT, but that's ok, I'm earning while I'm learning and building a product I am really proud of.

The impact to me personally is the confidence to just go for it. I have since planned two live trainings (via Zoom), have been posting and chatterboxing more than every before - and as a true introvert, that's BIG, and feel really confident that this year is the year of profit and blue skies....

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Keep it simple, adjust along the way, keep believing!

How did EPM help you become successful?
EPM helped me look at online training differently which I believe is going to differentiate me from the pack.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
I have known that bringing Ayurveda to the modern day corporate woman was what I was meant to do. My husband wasn't so convinced I could make a go of it (he's an hourly wage worker and it's hard to get him to think of making $$$ otherwise. I wish I had my camera ready when I told him I sold two programs.... It convinced him that my efforts are not in vain and that I'm on the path to something big... he even bought me flowers the next day!!!!

What has been the biggest change in your business?
How I package my programs going forward.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
I am proud of what I am building and the impact it will have on those who join the Iterate Your Way to Wellness Journey. Which makes it so easy to talk about and want to share with others.

Is there anything else you would like to add?
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. Great support team. Would love to be a M2M Live but am not able to make it this year.... am planning on seeing you in 2021!

Lori-Ann Gertonson (class of 2019)

Your Graduation Story
I have been a practicing holistic chiropractor for over 36 years. During that time I treated patients and offered educational programs, workshops, training on health, healing, and lifestyle, all on site at the office. Needless to say times have changed and the main platform to do that now is on-line, or by phone or video chat. My concern was - could I create a virtual/online program that could lead people to creating lasting change and transformation? In the office I knew I could create experiences and accountability that led people to take action on their own behalf to create that change.

I had tread into the on-line world a bit offering webinars, but had very little engagement. I really didn’t market them well, even though I had the warm market of my patients. I didn’t really understand marketing.

I enrolled in EPM because it intuitively seemed like just the right approach for me to make the transition from in office practice to virtual trainings in which I could continue to create valuable experiences for my patients and clients to be able to transform their lives. I didn’t want to fully retire from practice but I knew I did not want to continue to go to the office every day. I wanted more free time to spend with my family and choose my own schedule to be able to travel or do more things I enjoyed in life. I also realized that I could greatly expand my reach and serve more people, even those not in close proximity to my office.

I was a total novice at the on-line information product creation thing, although I have definitely been a consumer of these products. As Marissa said in the original webinar that most information products don’t engage people but EPM would teach me how to build the perfect experience product for my patients/clients so they could be engaged and truly transform their lives.

I had also published a book, and although it was filled with valuable information, I knew just reading it would not always inspire everyone to take action. I thought that EPM could help me bring my book to life with more engagement with that information.

In EPM I was able to develop clarity in my messaging, and develop skills of designing, marketing and delivering a virtual program. I decided that I would start with a 1:few group coaching program.

I can’t say enough how comprehensive EPM is. Everything I needed to consider and develop in terms of a coaching framework, curriculum structure, deliverables, marketing and delivery of the program was addressed in great detail.

Before EPM the marketing was the most intimidating. I didn’t really understand marketing or marketing campaigns. One of the things I most appreciated was the lesson about marketing and how it is essential to fulfill my purpose. I always thought of marketing as sales and didn’t feel comfortable with that. I grew my practice through referrals and not through any external marketing campaigns. The world of squeeze pages, sales pages, landing pages etc, was all new to me. I am still in the process of learning about these things but feel I have a better understanding of it and of all the resources available to create them.

In the creation of my group coaching program , I utilized a chatterbox campaign (that one I understood), but also the start with an experience campaign, and perfect email campaign. In that process I delivered a webinar on Zoom for the first time, and created an email campaign with purpose. I learned how to create better copy and subject lines to engage the reader to open and read. That in itself was extremely valuable not just for the program I created but in the business of my practice. So much was relevant to my primary business as well as to the new programs that I will create in the future!

I appreciated listening in on the coaching sessions, and the implementation Fridays sessions. There was so much to learn that it felt overwhelming at times, yet at the same time doable. I really appreciated Marissa always reminding us to “iterate your way to success.” This definitely kept me grounded and moving forward instead of being in the paralysis of procrastination.

Unfortunately, life happened and I did not get to Mission Accomplished in the 10 weeks of EPM. We had 2 deaths in the family in the middle of the program and I was unable to finish on time. However, the structure of the program and the milestone document that I created along the way helped to anchor me to the process and hold everything that I had worked on previously. I was able to continue to move forward albeit slower than originally planned.

As a result of EPM I am ready to launch my 8 week group coaching program
and will work toward reaching Mission Accomplished within the next several weeks. I have made 2 sales so far and only 2 more to go to reach Mission Accomplished.

I feel confident in my ability to deliver the same high quality services I deliver in my practice in this new format and that my patients/clients will be able to achieve the transformation in their health and life.

I know I am still a novice at this, but I feel like I have gone from preschool to graduating 6th grade in 10 weeks! I know that as I continue to learn and implement the skills from EPM I will grow and expand and be well on my way to creating a new business of Experience Products.

After 36 years in practice, I feel that I don’t have to retire, but can transition from having to show up at the office every day, to building a new virtual business that I can do from my home, (or anywhere) with the freedom to choose my own work schedule, spend more time with my husband and grandchild, while still providing high level service and experiences for my patients/clients to transform their lives. And even better, I can expand my reach to serve even more people and continue to serve my purpose.

Thank you to Marissa, Don, and staff at EPM. You are all awesome.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
I had several takeaways from EPM.
1-The first is that creating an on-line program doesn't have to be daunting or scary. It is possible one step at a time and EPM did just that for me.

2- If I want to help as many people as possible with my expertise that I must learn to love marketing and that marketing is essential to fulfill my purpose. I do not need to be fearful of marketing.

3-And, that it is possible to create an on-line product that truly engages people so they can take action on their own behalf to transform their life.

How did EPM help you become successful?
I am still working on creating more income from on-line products, but it has helped me in my private practice applying the same principles of marketing. I think it is too early to see the full results yet.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
After 36 years in practice, I feel that I don’t have to retire, but can transition from having to show up at the office every day, to building a new virtual business that I can do from my home, (or anywhere) with the freedom to choose my own work schedule, spend more time with my husband and grandchild, while still providing high level service and experiences for my patients/clients to transform their lives. And even better, I can expand my reach to serve even more people and continue to serve my purpose.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
The biggest change in my business is being able to offer additional services like the virtual coaching program which allows me to deliver my message to a wider reach of people, not just those in close proximity to my office and create an additional stream of income.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
I am most excited to apply the knowledge and skills to creating additional products or improving this one and transitioning to making this a more full time business and letting go of my in office practice.

Your Mission Accomplished Story
I've been working on a chatter box campaign and sold 20 spots in the new membership which I was afraid of launching prior to EPM so it was easy to accomplish once I get going.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Gamification techniques really - a lot for me was quite beginner level in terms of the training but I enjoyed looking at ways to gasify my product more.

How did EPM help you become successful?
By helping me to have confidence in launching a membership by being confident that people will take action due to gamification.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
Let's wait and see on that one. My goal is to sustain this now for 6 months so I can ditch some of our done with you service clients.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
gamification and as part of the EPM process streamlining a lot of what we do.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
Seeing how we can add in more experiences.

Is there anything else you would like to add?
