Wow Marisa thank you so much. I was about to give up on designing and delivering programmes and then this video happened and yes I so get it because I respond to the things you talk about so my clients will also respond. Thank you so much. You are so generous.

I reckon that my story is an unfinished Success Story. I have learned a lot. Done a lot. And I haven't given up. Yet once again find myself wrestling with my age-old sticking point... making the sales. I'm guessing that puts me right in the middle of the marketing brainf*** ! Since the deadline for this story is today, well, you are getting the "not-yet-happy" version!

Soooo, skip over this for now, and come back in a couple of weeks to get your inspiration :) Either way, see you in a week or so!

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?

My biggest take-away from EPM is the confidence in my (eventual) success because I have turned my Emotional Life Fitness (ELF) project into an experiencifying product.

How did EPM help you become successful?

I felt like I had someone walk the way through the whole process with me. Not perfectly, but there was always someone there for me. And Coach Samara is a gem, providing clarity, support, and encouragement.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?

Having a template for a process and approach that can be replicated again and again is invaluable.

What has been the biggest change in your business?

Getting me to get my product marketable. I have always been too focused on the perfection of my Emotional Life Fitness (ELF) products, making them effective etc. and have not bridged the marketing chasm that connects it to the clients wants and desires.

While in theory I have understood this for quite some time, my "knowing" as been knowing of what I shouldn't be doing. But it's hard to do a "not." Knowing what TO DO is a world apart, and Marisa has provided a living template for doing that. I am still not perfectly there.

BUT using Marisa's program as a template (carefully and intentionally bequeathed to us,) I am confident that it is a matter of time before I nail this.

I want to be a little (if older) Marisa ????

It's like I got brainwashed by the info product industry. I've known for years that good education is experiential, but I kind of forgot over the past year or two as I've been developing my product. Duh! It's about the experience, Daniel! Loved that wall hanging that you're not a Teacher, but an Awakener. That resonates more deeply.

Your Graduation Story
I have spent over $10k in online courses, and I'm an Instructional Designer who makes online courses, but this is the first time a course has been so clear, specific, and well designed that I could just lean back and do the work without hitting icebergs.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
After spending so much and just not able to make progress, I had decided that this was the last battle, either I'd get a program launched or I'd quit trying to run a business while I have a full-time job. SO my biggest takeaway was that it is possible for me. I think you're looking for what I learned, and I think the simplified marketing strategies were the biggest help.

How did EPM help you become successful?
By strategically breaking down the process to launch something, and providing so much support.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
I'm a single mom with two kids and a ton of debt following a divorce. Launching my product gives me hope that I can build from here, quit my job, and have the life I want for my kids. I'm really looking forward to M2M to get to the next step.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
Ability to focus, and get my message in front of people.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
Serving entrepreneurs who are coaches and changing my life.

Zdeslav Hrepic

As a physics professor, a longtime spiritual seeker and personal development junkie, I have been noticing a lot of parallels between the laws of physics, the principles of success and wisdom insights from a variety of secular and spiritual traditions for a good chunk of my life.

About four years ago I structured it in the framework which I consider my greatest life project. I offered it after that as a college course for honors students twice with really good success. My hope was to offer it as an interdisciplinary college course for all students, in which they would learn physics principles in parallel with success strategies, but the course proposal was not accepted.

Things stagnated for a while and then in August 2018 I fractured a vertebrate which made me realize that life is way too fragile to wait another minute to get this out and I signed up for two programs to learn about business style online course delivery.

Even though the healing process slowed me down as well as an absence abroad from mid-December to mid-January, I still lifted the whole project off the ground. I started inviting friends into Start with an Experience Campaign and was really encouraged by the feedback I got from every single one of them, whether they thought they did or did not like physics before.

But then, something extraordinary happened which I have to ascribe to a whole lot of different things coming beautifully together that resulted from the few decades of work, but were certainly catalyzed by a number of practices in the Start with an Experience Campaign.

Namely, while abroad, I gave an invited presentation related to school reforms and the role of pen-based educational technology in them. One of the attendees was the chief editor of the largest publishing house in the country. We connected and next day I decided to call and see if I can schedule a meeting to present the framework. In short, she accommodated it and within an hour I was giving her an one-on-one presentation.

Delight, she offered to publish the book and that’s now in the process of writing. I heard many stories about how somebody got the publishing contract, but I don’t think many people first thought of even giving a presentation about the book to a publisher at 7:45 AM and had a verbal agreement for publishing at 11 AM of the same day. As I said, way too many things coincided for this to happen and they were building up into this event for few decades, but EPM was definitely a catalyst that came in at the perfect time.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?

It is all figureoutable and doable

How did EPM help you become successful?

It got me going again calling people, presenting my framework to them, feeling inspired by their feedback, I even transcribed one of such calls into what I’m now turning into an e-book.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?

Through these start with an experience sessions, I got a tremendous share of validation for the concept and the content. The coach Debra was great. Marissa is fantastic. I am taking away few great friendships that might even turn into future business collaborations.

What has been the biggest change in your business?

I was at a point when when there was little or no activity around it and I got it back off the ground again. This is not my source of income and is more like a life project/mission than (still) a business.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?

Each video has a treasure trove of fantastic information. I’ll write the way start working on it again. Also, although I was not able to make it to the live class in LA, I signed up for next year.

So many takeaways. One is that I've been doing a little of this for years, like patchwork, without calling it anything or understanding or conveying its value. These videos are helping me step into it, expand it and are spurring me to think of more experiences to offer because I now know it's a real thing in my one-on-one programs.

When I thought about creating group programs as a next step, it was with tedium and dread. But not this way. I'm excited and can see how we can each offer experiences in ways that are reflective of who we are. That's another takeaway.
