For over 10 years I've been serving church leaders in creating cultures of generosity. I've done big events & sold tons of resources. I also developed a successful 1:1 coaching model.

Althougth I was seeing good fruit coaching I couldn't see a way to scale all the learnings with thousands of churches IN THE RIGHT WAY. If I wrote a book I didnt' feel like leaders could execute what needed to be done. Same for big inspirational events without backend help.

EPM has solved this problem for me! With the team's help I put together The 5 Generosity Seasons Masterclass and have rolled it out in my first city...soon to be 3 more in the next 90 days. We saw a 50% conversion rate in our first city and I am projecting $50,000 in revenue across all 4 cities within the next 4 months. And these are my four beta groups where we will learn together!

What feels awesome is the opportunity to scale my knowlege using the EPM formula to get churches to mission accomplished! I have a vision for 20,000 churches going through our Masterclass. If that happens we can make a HUGE IMPACT as generosity flourishes.

One big thing I realized through EPM is how much of my challenge is in my head. Marisa teaches deep issues on how to get out of your own way and iterate your way to awesome. She models it too. Be authentic and stretch yourself! These are big takeaways for me.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Lots of what I learned I do naturally. EPM allowed me to put a framework around it and gave me confidence.

How did EPM help you become successful?
Greatly expanded my thinking of what is possible. Watching how Marisa operates is a great model of the content in action. It also helped me to iterate to awesome as I create things - I don't have to have it all figured out.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
I'm excited about my work again. Easy to get discouraged, lose vision and passion. But I feel energy and enthusiasm to scale this great knowledge I've got to serve 20,000+ churches over the next 10 years in the right way and to create a revolution of generosity. I feel like this is possible now.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
Moving out of a 1:1 mindset to a 1:Few and 1:Many to serve more leaders, make a greater impact and get my revenue moving back in the right direction. I'm projecting close to $600K in revenue for our organization this year and I count EPM as a big reason for why we are going to make it.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
The opportunity to scale our learnings through the 5 Generosity Seasons Masterclass. I see 20K churches being impacted in the right way in the future. Right now we are serving 15!

Is there anything else you would like to add?
What a great experience! When I watched the launch video I knew within 5 minutes that this was aligned with who I was. And I was right. Funny story. I saw the launch video after the deadline for US signups but international was still open. So I "borrowed" a friends address in Africa and registered under it. I was not going to be stopped and I'm sure glad.

My first pre-launch email went out yesterday, to my list and to the people that provided their email address during the Give Them What They Want survey campaign. I feel like I'm sending out a hybrid of the Perfect Email Campaign and a little bit of the Fast Result campaign... sharing the 3 biggest challenges the survey respondents told me, and solutions to all 3 in an email sequence.

It's here if you want to read the first one: https://us2.campaign-archive.com/… So I sent it out yesterday afternoon. And woke up this morning to my former business mentor's email saying "This is a GREAT sales letter. DAMN. How'd you get so amazing?" I said back, "Maybe I'm born with it, and maybe it's the EXPERIENCE PRODUCT MASTERCLASS!"

My bestie wrote me saying "I just got the biggest tingle goosebumps reading this!!!

I have been a super slow doer based on internal mind shift stuff. I held my first online class in feb with 3 paying people and 2 friends so I just barely made mission complete.

I just relaunched it with a mix of live and online and have 8 people- yeah!!!
- just wanted to share my celebration and offer inspiration that it can be done in different ways ( half live) and not perfect!

I had created a successful 2 & 3 Day Marriage Live Intensive Programs, but I had nothing as a more affordable digital option.

When I heard about Marisa's Experience Product Masterclass, her introductory training was incredible and I thought if her intro. videos are this good, imagine what she's got n the inside...

So I joined her Experience Product Masterclass and I created my product which I ended up delivering LIVE before the program was over and made thousands more than my initial investment.

I went from analysis paralysis to having a process to follow, from frustration to freedom, and from angst to excitement.

I knew if nothing changes then nothing will change, so I made a change and invested in Marisa's Experience Product Masterclass, and I can't wait to see what I use it to create next...

If you're on the fence, jump, the net will appear and you'll be glad you did!

Your Graduation Story
I've been having all these plans for ages, and loads of 'missed' opportunities dot my pathway. Starting out well before my topic became popular, an abandoned blog still marks the time when I first though about starting out. Over the years, ideas crystallised but no further steps were taken. When I heard Marisa during the launch, I thought this was now or never. I just hoped that the amount of coaching would keep me on track and that being a diligent student would qualify me for the guarantee anyway. It was (still is) very important for me, as the fee was 2.5x my monthly salary and as a single mum with no other financial support, it was far too big a risk just to let it flop. So I've started out determined and was getting on quite well until December.... I could not keep up with producing all the marketing materials, I was struggling with chatterboxing (where should I get in touch with people I can chatterbox with? - locally was not an option for the online product at all, the FB groups I was part of were again restricted grounds, so I've been left trying and failing spectacularly in this respect), creating all the original materials I wanted to use. Perfectionism is really difficult to leave behind), and the technical troubles, when you are using new pieces of softwares because you think that they will make the process easier and smoother. In the end, pdfs were born, landing page, opt-in forms, ESP, lists and tags, survey and the freebie to go with it. Time flew by and today's date came. I am proud, because despite it all, I have managed to secure two founding members for the course so far, from discussions about naming and marketing in another group. So that was the absolutely unexpected chatterboxing. And with a friend we have started live events in December - have had 3 so far, with positive experience and feedback.
I suppose it could have been an easier journey was I doing coaching or a B2B offer, still, my passion takes me elsewhere and will have to walk that way. I have not reached the goal I had in front of me - yet. I won't be able to go to M2M Live. Instead, I will be launching. I still have to pluck up the courage but I hope that the momentum of the community will not die down after today and will help me keep going. So I'm graduating and my mission is to hit mission accomplished while you are having a great time in LA. In any ways, I have reached the goal of getting my act together and really taking steps towards my goals, not just in a financial sense.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
The momentum.

How did EPM help you become successful?
Apart from giving very useful tools and guidance, it has kept me structured in a chaotic time. I wish it lasted a few weeks longer so that I could have really officially launched with the materials I aimed to prepare within the time frame of the course. I have overcome the feeling of failed opportunity, and keep focusing on not letting it slip the project out of priorities, no matter how many official work duties pop up this month. I will certainly be sleep deprived by the end of the month, but I would really want to open door at the end of February and start the course mid-March. Still keeping the aimed for targets, and hopefully, at the time of M2M Live, I will be able to hit mission accomplished as well.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
It has filled me with excitement, energy and fear at the same time. Since I have not done such a long course or workshop yet, I worry about delivering, despite always getting positive feedback after in-person workshops. Once it really takes up, it will create more freedom in my life and more opportunities to create the best possible environment for my son, and for us as a family (like moving to a different country if necessary without discrimination, inclusive schools that foster creativity, co-operation and thinking and respect individual differences), a chance to spend more time with people we love but live further away. On another level, I hope to create a community where people embrace diversity, are constantly curious and are willing to learn about other cultures through food and by applying what they learn will also be able to connect better with their families and friends.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
Actually starting it after long time planning and thinking about it.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
It gave me the initial momentum that I should keep hanging onto. After years of planning, the ball has finally started to move.

When I ran into Marisa, I was an experiential education teacher for 25 years with no idea how to create an experience online. I had finally found someone who could lead the way to the type of program I knew I wanted to create.

The quick and simple wins gave me the confidence to stick with it even when life got super busy. Or I felt like a loser. Or I compared myself to Marisa.

On the outside, it gave my tribe of followers from all over the world, a reason to engage with me on a new level. I already did FB livestreams but didn't have a way to really work with the women who were following my videos. It felt helpless.

Through the process, I recognized that a good program starts with good marketing. I know my process of helping women clear up their triggers and find a more balanced perspective was really needed, but without knowing how to help women join and stay with the process, I felt stuck.

I felt inspired to get outside my comfort zone and finish the process. I mainly used my fb livestreams which directed women to set up one on one calls. Those were new for me and very scary. As a massage therapist, I work much better in person and convincing people to join the process using my bodywork and how good it makes them feel.

I got it done! And I'm already looking forward to applying the lessons I've learned to the next version of my online coaching program. This process let me touch more women, create many current and future clients and feel confident promoting what I know!

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
How to feel good about offering an online program.

How did EPM help you become successful?
Gave me the training and validation I needed to get started.
How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
Many more connections and more confidence in marketing.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
Before I was hit or miss with how much I communicated with my audience...Now I livestream every day, send out emails every day and have lots of great touch points with the women who love what I do…

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
The next time I create one :)

Is there anything else you would like to add?
Thank you. You did an amazing job making this process very do-able.

Your Graduation Story
This has been a story of ups and downs!
I already had already set up a beta test of a course designed to support new or aspiring yoga teachers to understand what to do to build a really successful, thriving and steady income from teaching yoga - as I have already done. I had this bigger vision - that if I could help other yoga teachers build successful businesses and communities from their teaching, then indirectly I would have impacted more people in the world to the benefits of yoga.
Whilst other programmes out there focus on developing online yoga businesses, I felt passionately that, for most new teachers with little marketing experience this was learning to run before they could walk.
When that beta programme sold reasonably easily (for $97 and $197) I thought I could scale it up/increase price to $397 and make it evergreen.
It failed miserably!
Enter EPM!
EPM has:
* Made me really dig down more into my message .
* Opened up the concept of experiencifying my content - because the truth is - even at that low price - of the 15 students who bought only 3 finished it and gave a testimonial.
* Helped me understand a process for outlining an improved version of the programme which I can and will sell at a higher price.
* Helped me realise I was trying to scale too early - as Marisa said on a coaching call - I had beginners luck. I DO know my target market reasonably well - and the initial strategy of offering for free if they could listen live was a good draw - and helped to create an easy upsell - BUT I knew the training was worth more than that - I'm literally helping yoga teachers make anything between $500 and $5000 a month teaching no more than 9 classes a week! charging $197 or even $397 for that does seem generous! Especially when yoga teachers spend over $3000 usually for their yoga teacher training - which doesn't help them make money at all!!
* I worked through the first trainings really well - because I knew I was travelling over the whole Xmas and new year period and that things would get tough in terms of keeping up - and it was hard.
* Marisa's mindset stuff is absolutely priceless - feeling the marketing mindfuck like crazy....and struggled trying to overhaul the whole programme - took far longer than I thought - even the planning stage - I've genuinely tried not to design the whole thing - just the birds eye view - but even that took a long time . But those last trainings were just what I needed to hear - and I've realised I need to cut myself some slack - it's not that I don't take action - I do - but sometimes I push myself too hard - and it did get on top of me.
* I spent a LOT of time in the marketing/prep for launch weeks trying to create a launch for the sale of the old programme and creating noise/interest for the new programme.
That took a lot of energy/focus away from launching the new product - perhaps a bad idea - and whilst I got some engagement from the e-mail campaign - and some interest - no-one bought from the sale.
That sent me on a nose dive down...and then struggled to sort the new launch whilst I had all the work for January teaching in the off line side of my business...totally lost momentum and clarity about what to do next.

I wanted to come to LYM live very much - but couldn't justify it when I hadn't recovered the investment - and I understood this was how to build on what we've done here - and mine isn't ready yet! Need to focus on that before I move on I guess...

My biggest struggles?
* Planning the new product overview - just took a lot more time than I thought - maybe I'm overthinking it...
* Organising the mammoth amount of work needed for the e-mail campaign for the sale - which didn't work!!
* Overcoming pricing mindset issues - and how best to deliver a more premium priced programme
* Did feel it all got a bit overwhelming towards the end.only just picking myself up ready to pick it back up...

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Soooo many - impossible to narrow down to one but these stick with me in particular:
1) Getting started versus forever choices - such a helpful mindset mantra when I'm trying to make a decision!
2) Keeping it simple - realising I was trying to scale FAR too quickly - when I hadn't really mastered 1 -1 or even 1 to few. That's where I need to focus.
3) The realisation that Seeing how Marisa teaches - that's how I want my students to feel - the whole experiencify model is a model I want to emulate.

How did EPM help you become successful?
Don't feel successful - yet - but this has re-invigorated my desire to create something that really helps people and helps me reach my own personal mission - to reach thousands of people with the benefits of yoga through helping other yoga teachers teach!.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
Had lost mojo and sense of direction pre EPM. EPM has re-invigorated this.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
The direction I'm taking - aiming for higher priced programmes with more support for my students.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
Making my first high offer sale!
