I'm thrilled to conquer EPM! The journey, a mix of challenges and victories, has made me feel proud. I caught myself many times being between fear and excitement. At these moments I embraced the MVPMindset. As the practical application begins, I experience the stress. I launched my online course during the holidays and chatterboxed with 70 people via email, Viber and phone. I have many follow ups to do but manage to take 1 person all the way to the Closing Pivot effortlessly.
Your FIRST SALE Story
My first sale was effortless with a supportive friend and client who was eager to join my online course. We had prior discussions, and I send her a pdf and a video I created with my online course presentation and she found it holistic and complete, prompting an immediate commitment.
What's been the biggest change in your business?
My confidence has increased as I have created a professional online course and now have the tools I need to create more online courses, as I have a lot of knowledge to share that will help those who are interested. I am eagerly anticipating the number of individuals who will join me in my first attempt. I am looking forward to it being a success.

"I was having trouble figuring out how to create a product that I could sell to my audience. I wasn’t sure how to design the product. What became really clear from the coaching from Marisa and Uwe is that we have to be really specific when we niche down. I did that and that helped me get laser focus, but what became a reality for me is that with an online audience of 10,000+ followers, the niche I chose is probably not aligned with my current audience. I will continue to market my MVP but I will have to find other places to market to. I learned several things from the EPM experience:
I am going to need learn how to follow more and ask deeper questions to get to the heart of the problems and to be able to move people to do what they really want to do within themselves. I learned so much about what to say and how to approach people and although I have not gotten any responses from over 111 comments I sent out to start conversations from the memes that followers reacted to, I am beginning to understand why. I learned a powerful lesson listening to Bill Baren’s I’m powerful interview. He talked about what you want is a situation where the customer and the coach begin working together in the same direction to accomplish the customers future goals or end state. When that happens then it is not really selling it is adding value towards the customer’s end state and when that happens it removes the friction.
I learned to keep going and never quit.
I also learned to send more communication the you think because people are busy and they may not see or remember everything you send so never feel that people are getting tired of you repeating yourself.
I also believe the sincerity and the attitude of the staff is superb. You probably had the experience I have felt is that if I could have it to start all over again I would not have waste so much money on all those other courses that did not work and then be so much further ahead.

To actually follow that whole product design process to the end. I made me understand more about not being afraid to not only talk to people but be willing to go deeper with questions and helping people see that future if they don't change. Follow-up, Follow up, Follow up a lot more (I honestly believe that is where I am falling short. I will reach the product goals, it is just a matter of time and as Bill Baren called it, "Grit" to stay and the race and not back down despite the obstacles.
Your GRADUATION Story
"I was all over the place with ways to create a course and definitely overcomplicated the situation. I couldn't grasp the concept of not having everything finished before marketing nor not worrying about it. Who does that? Apparently, some very successful people. ""Trust in the process"" was the consistent mantra. So, I jumped in the EPM pool and started to swim. Although it felt awkward, I had my little swimmies (Marisa and my coaches) keeping me afloat.
And having Ainslee, Marisa and Murray's AI brainchild around to not only speed up the process, but to provide amazing suggestions that sparked more ideas was such fun. They programmed it so well that I was able to create a second course in tandem. That's aggressive, I know, but I had a blast attempting to do it, and playing with Ainslee made all the difference in me accomplishing that.
In less than eight weeks, I had a full course outline with descriptions of what each module and session would entail. I created a schedule to get all the components done and started marketing. I never would have believed it possible in that short a period of time. This process works. It takes effort and a commitment to just doing it in spite of any reservations. There is so much more to learn to take this to another level, but that's for another day. Today, I'm grinning from ear to ear as I stare in wonder at a course that eight weeks ago, wasn't even a glimmer in my eye. Thank you, Marisa, Coach Carolyn, Coach Mel, and Coach Matthew. You've changed my life."
What's been the biggest change in your business?
I have the tools to better market myself and my products. It may not show on paper yet, but I've had interest and I'm feeling so much more comfortable with the networking aspect.
How's EPM and your success impacted your life?
I don't know the full impact since I'm not through with my course yet. I will say it has brought me a level of clarity about keeping it simple and getting it out there, whatever IT is.
What's your biggest takeaway from EPM?
So far, my biggest takeaway from EPM is to Trust the Process and keep moving forward.
What's now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
I'm looking forward to expanding on more courses (and I haven't even delivered this one yet!) The clarity I'm taking away from this course and the ones I created is mind-boggling to me. I have a much greater understanding of the nuances of marketing and sales. And, if this product doesn't fly for some reason, I'll get another one out there in weeks instead of years. Gotta love that.

It was hard for me to dedicate time to develop my program on my own, and I knew I would continue moving at a snail’s pace if I didn’t have outside deadlines to meet. I joined EPM and got the information, support, and accountability I needed to decide and develop my MVP for a launch within the 12-week program. I graduated from the program after completing the core modules and now have a clear product to offer to my target audience that will solve their biggest problems while successfully launching my new online business.

Your GRADUATION Story
I submitted a story already. I'd like to share some additional feedback though... I've loved this program most of the time & really pushed myself out of my comfort zone. Some of it got me thinking differently about my business & I've made an offer to real live people, which I haven't done in a long time. I was loving this program so much, I wanted to be a coach for you & wanted to sell enough spots in my program to cover the cost of & join Momentum. I do see some downsides, that if adjusted, would make EPM a no-brainer rock star program. Positives: Very step-by-step in the first half or so, amazing coaches, there's probably more I already said in my prior story... Improvement areas: coach pods are too full & people do get left behind, conflicting coaching from different coaches results in confusion rather than clarity (you can see examples of this in the FB group & I experienced it), not enough structure with the chatterboxing portion ('just talk to people' isn't a high-value strategy & feels very much like throwing spaghetti at the wall, even though we were promised this program would not be... this is a huge miss imo & became a bit of a red flag for me... with the deliberate step-by-step in the challenge & that was promised in EPM (& how EPM started), I put a lot of trust there would be more strategy for the getting conversations part... I asked for a more strategic approach several times from the coaches & got lovely suggestions, which ultimately still did not feel very systematic nor strategic... still throwing spaghetti at the wall... If you pivot here with more step-by-step strategy on getting into chats with the right people, EPM will be knock it out of the park. The biggest area for improvement imo, is the guarantee... I reached out before the offer to buy EPM was made & spoke to a coach & studied the guarantee, so I had a very good idea of what was involved before I purchased. I knew the conversations would be the hardest part & decided to sign up anyway, because I put my trust in Marisa & the program, that it would be as step-by-step to make it straightforward, even if it put me out of my comfort zone. I can now see that being 100% safe in earning the investment back one way or another is harder than you let on... For a bit, that influenced me to feel pressure to do things in a way that doesn't align with my integrity in order to get all the conversations I need, because I borrowed the money to do EPM due to the guarantee & believing I could pay it back either way. I'm not a fan of the high pressure, Dan Kennedy tactics that lean on FOMO, etc. I want a 100% success rate for my students & I want them to make a decision from their heart, even if it takes a little more time. The guarantee issue bothers me for everyone who signed up because of it... not the people who did not do the work, but for the ones I see who have also been legit showing up, especially the ones who have a lower price point (and need multiple times more conversations to qualify for the guarantee). I have a very high integrity bar & while, technically you're honest about it, that guarantee pushed people over the edge of buying without fully understanding what they were getting into. The sales psychology you are using is very powerful, so imo, that comes with huge responsibility... I see people who have been showing up talking about how they accidentally missed a milestone or didn't realize how many conversations they'd need and how some of the things just aren't working for them, but they didn't qualify for the guarantee for one reason or another, so many technicalities, even for those showing up and working their butts off. It soured me & other people (even though we're not saying it publicly). This negative feeling is so unfortunate because the program was amazing otherwise. Imagine if you made a few tweaks on how you handled the guarantee. People could finish feeling good about the program, knowing they had a fair chance to do all the work. And I don't think it would hurt your bottom line one bit to do something like give people more time after EPM ends to have all their conversations... because the people who will do it are going to be few & far between, but it would show that you believe that strongly in the program. Anyway, I don't know if you will, but I hope you hear this with a genuine heart for honest feedback & don't dismiss it. If you were more transparent, when making your verbal offer, about the work that is really required to claim the guarantee, step up the chatterboxing strategy, maybe even give more time to complete the high number of conversations some people need and don't overstuff the coaching pods, I could fall back in total love with your company... plus I believe you would have a higher success rate (of students making actual sales, not just making an offer) and people would see that your program really lives up to ALL of it's big promises. They say sales is a numbers game, but that's only part of the story... I sold phone systems b2b for years & I never sold anyone something they didn't need or weren't ready for... and when they were ready, they remembered that and called me.
I offered something for sale to people. It got me moving forward faster & illuminated how I want to do business. To trust myself. I had intended to prove my idea before the end of EPM, so I'll prove it or some idea going forward.
While so much of this is so good, I could not recommend EPM in good conscious at this time. That is subject to change if I saw some adjustments made. If someone asked me about it, I'd share all my honest thoughts & they could decide for themselves.

Coaching 1:1 my entire coaching career I was having a problem of hitting a growth ceiling and I knew I needed to create a 1:few or group/online course to help me grow and reach more people but wasn't quite sure where to start. I found EPM and it sounded too good to be true and joined pretty quickly. During this course and I learned amazing ways to outline and name my entire course, including each module and training. I was having the issue of losing clients who couldn't afford my 1:1 coaching, which was my single offer for years and I knew my growth was capped unless I found a new offer. I joined EPM and learned how to create a minimum version of my 1:1 program to launch quickly and get something started and it worked! I've made my first sale and it was for the exact reason I joined EPM. The client could not financially commit to my 1:1 program but this new product was perfect for her, sold on the spot!

Although I haven't yet proven it with 3 sales, I'm confident I will soon, I've spent more time getting my done for you course materials completed but full speed ahead now!
A new vision of our future growth. We have a list of course ideas we plan on creating and growing exponentially online! Your GRADUATION Story
" I am legally blind and will eventually be totally blind. I have never slowed down much. I am able to function, much more slowly, but pretty well by constantly adapting and learning. I found that people kept telling me their visual challenges and referring me to friends and relatives who needed help. I knew in my heart that I wanted to develop a coaching program where I could help people who are visually impaired, not only learn to function effectively, but help them overcome all the fears and take their power back and be confident and happy again.
I joined EPM to have a path to follow and structure and accountability to develop this program. I was absolutely confident in my niche and what I wanted to teach. Afterall, I am living the modules every day! The biggest mistake I made in EPM was not using Ainslee. In the very beginning milestones I didn't really think I needed it. Besides, it took me so very long to read and do a milestone because of my disability in reading much or fast. So, when I got to finishing a milestone if I already had answers, I didn't have more time to learn Ainslee. That was a big mistake, because as I got further down the line the milestones were more complex and Ainslee would have been a big help. By then, I realized that Ainslee builds on the material we have already used! I would have to go back to the beginning and input all the material....no time for that! Lesson learned....I lost out on a big support technique and an opportunity to learn how AI could be used for me.
Google Docs was a huge challenge since I had never used that before and have nobody to help and show me all this. So I figured it out on my own and think I got it to work okay. At least I was able to communicate with my coach and get all the milestones done with a thumbs up. I still don't know how to save anything in Google Docs, but that will be the next lesson! Lesson learned...I can figure this stuff out, eventually, even if I have to allow for many more hours to finish work.
The other major challenge for me was Get It Done Friday. Most of it involved showing a computer screen and moving and pointing to how things are done. I cannot see a regular computer screen...everything looks like fuzzy gray on white...no contrast. I have my computer fixed with a black background and contrasting letters, but when someone shares their screen it shows what they have. That is a challenge that is unique to my situation so I just listened and followed as much as I could. Lesson learned...I am not going to be able to get the most out of screen sharing of someone's computer screen, but I can listen and get something rather than saying ""I can't"" to the whole deal. I picked up on what I thought would work for me and my clients and what and how I could adapt several things.
Coach Jennifer was terrific! She understood the uniqueness of my niche and program and worked with me and was extremely supportive. I finished all 16 milestones and feel a great sense of accomplishment. I am proud of the work I have done and the coaching program I have developed. EPM enabled me to develop this program with it's stucture and by keeping me on track and having accountability and a deadline. I have encouraged several people to join next year.

" Upon completing my 16 milestones and reaching graduation I launched my MVP. I love that EPM promotes chatterboxing. I use this in my health and wellness business all the time and I find it really comfortable and easy. I have chatterboxed with a good number of people, with most of them being for the purpose of getting a referral for my program. Since my program is for such a small and specific niche (visually impaired people), it is a bit hard to find and reach potential clients. Many do not read, do internet, or even text. I realize it will be a somewhat slow process to find and connect with these people, but I am willing to be patient with that and keep working at it. I am totally confident that I have a really good program to offer and that I can make a positive impact in their lives when I find that person and sell my first program.
The last person I chatterboxed with the other day was very positive. I all but actually closed the sale with her. I went through the entire process, however, she is not a candidate herself becausse she has no visual impairment. She does have 2 definite people in mind that she thinks could benefit greatly and will get information to me to contact them.

I found a microniche topic to start off small. This was what prevented me from even getting off the ground for so many years. If I can get past 20-year writer’s blocks I can put my ideas into action. This is vital to my feeling alive and not just exiting in a state of limbo. I have something to offer people that will transform their experience of health and that can only be delivered in an experience product! I can include myself as a recipient of the wisdom and joy of BUN FOOlery along with my clients.
I was losing the will to carry on with my life after 14 years of heavy service as a caregiver to my parents and then losing them. I was free to do what I wanted with my life but just felt like I had spent my youth and just got left behind everyone else. It was such a huge fallout that I needed a reason to be here and it had to be great. Otherwise, I didn’t feel like I would be around much longer. I moved to another state, lost an entire circle of loved ones and just couldn’t seem to find my tribe for the past three years. The positive feedback I got from my coach and other EPMers as well as the few friends whom I shared my journey with anchored me back into this earthly place and renewed my trust in myself and this path of my choosing.
