Your GRADUATION Story
"I was in a state of suspended animation since finishing my last high end residential project as an interior designer in NYC . After working in this profession for over 20 years I was wanted to make a difference is someone's life . A person that felt a calling to creativity but did not pursue their dream .

My last client was so interested in the design process . I kept thinking how do I teach design, can I inspire someone to follow their calling to express themselves creatively . All I had to do was think back how I felt when I made the leap into Interior Design and had no mentors or guidance in any manner . The online courses that were offered to learn design were always missing something that was essential , creativity and passion.

I joined EPM when I learned that Marisa was the person that created the programs for The Brave Thinking Institute and Sonia Ricotti's UNSTOPPABLE. These personal development programs were the catalyst for inspiring change in my life in a significant way . After experiencing the robust EPM webinars I could identify the structure that Marisa clearly defined in both these programs. The hours long sessions with the most amazing content secured my decision to say YES .

I realized that the support I was being afforded was like nothing I had experienced previously . I had studied with Suzanne Evans years prior and was completely cheated.
The experience was so traumatic I stopped pursuing any courses with a so called """"coach"".
I confess to stopping the day I saw her name as a business model . I know I am not alone in this experience .

Marisa was a person of complete integrity from day one. The coaching sessions and additional sessions twice a week enforced my commitment. Not to mention the specific seminars with the social media experts. They were all of the same caliber and professionalism, simply the best.

The most essential lesson was to embrace imperfection. Perfection paralysis has been my affliction for far too long. At this stage, I still feel the need to pivot on my teaching platform but I realize the only way I can find the destination is by walking the path , embracing the fear of sharing what the fee is for my one on one sessions, and remembering who I am serving. Recognizing how much I have to share and how directly I can teach the process of transformation.

If I can inspire the next generation of change makers to express their gift of design one room at a time, my work has meaning and significance. "

Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story
"For the past 20+ years I've dreamed of being a social entrepreneur again, this time by helping people who struggle with chronic health issues to believe that they can heal themselves by shifting the way they think about their health and everyday lifestyle choices. I believed I was uniquely qualified to both inspire and support because of my own healing from a debilitating chronic illness in my 40's, after being advised by my medical doctors to file for permanent disability. Instead I launched myself into learning everything I could about my health from a natural and holistic approach to my body, mind and spirit, and actually reclaimed my energy, fitness and happiness, as well as an almost complete reduction of my chronic pain and migraine issues.

Fast forward to 2023 and many years of struggling against not trusting my ability to learn how to run an online business, ""imposter syndrome,"" many life changes that I allowed to distract me into other endeavors, and I still didn't have my business created. I was incredibly frustrated and unfulfilled, even though I was regularly helping friends and family who would ask for my direction for their health challenges! I wasn't get the message out to the many other people I knew in my heart could benefit from everything I've learned, or channeling my time and energies into financially supporting myself by doing so.

I joined EPA in October 2023, and during the past three months I've finally come to realize how valuable what I have to offer is, and why it's imperative that I share it NOW with the people who need the support! I've learned that ""done"" is lightyears better than ""perfect,"" and I have now CREATED AND LAUNCHED my Beta Wellness Lifestyle Coaching virtual business!!! I'll be presenting 1:1 for the first 2-3 months with my 3-6 Beta students, and even though I don't have my first sale in the bank yet, at least three people are considering coming on board with me in February. I'm still honing my ""sales"" chops, doing my best to reframe it in my mind as ""sharing,"" as this is the area I've had issues with all my life. My business is, and hopefully always will be, a work-in-progress... continually growing and adapting to the needs of my clients. I'm so excited to start coaching in February!!!"

The biggest change in my business is that I actually have one now; I own the fact that I AM a Wellness Lifestyle Coach... and the many notebooks, scraps of paper, Word docs, unfinished online course workbooks, etc, have now been transformed into a comprehensive, cohesive Experience Product! EPM walked me through a step-by-step process to take my scattered ideas and focus them into a viable product that I am excited to share with people who will benefit from it. This has now repositioned me to become a self-supporting entrepreneur again - at the age of 68 - with a business of "doing good" for others that will enable me to "do good" for myself into my many happy, healthy years ahead! That Done is better than perfect, and that people need me to step out of my fears and hesitations to share the ways I can help them live happier, healthier lives. My Experience Product is making it possible for me to finally purchase an RV and spend the next chapter of my life as a "digital nomad," traveling, visiting family and friends, enjoying extended time in Nature with my beloved dog Zeke... all while "working from home" in my comfy, cozy house on wheels!

Thank you so very much to Marisa, Coach Matthew and Coach Mel, Murray, Heather and all of Team Marisa for the inspiration and guidance to finally be achieving my dream!

Your GRADUATION Story
After joining EMP, I struggled get complete all my milestones on time, but I did. I was determined to show up for the training sessions and worked hard on my offer. At times I had to work on building my product while waiting in doctors offices and the waiting rooms for my husband in surgery. The last time I spoke to my sister who passed away days before Thanksgiving she helped me realize I can see this through and not to give up.

Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story
I have something to fight for and what I’m learning and applying is giving me hope for my future.

How's EPM and your success impacted your life?
EPM is showing me I have a voice & an product that is impactful. I’ve got my eye on my finish line.

What's your biggest takeaway from EPM?
I’ m glad I was told “prevention” products are hard to sell. So I’m attempting to reposition and refine my message using the Supercharged training. I feel like more direct coaching on how to sell “preventative” programs like mine would help me clarify my marketing message.

What's now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
To keep trying, learning and fine-tuning my offer.

Dan Adkins (class of 2023)

Your GRADUATION Story
I had wanted to develop an on-line course for several years. I wasn’t sure how to go about it. I talked to one coach who said forget it if you don’t have 10,000 followers…..I don’t. So I shelved the idea until I saw Marisa Murgatroyd talking about the Experience Product Mastermind. She said it didn’t matter how many people I had following me at this point, as the numbers can grow. She also said that I could accomplish my course in under three months and earn money from it as I was completing the first version of it. This caught my attention and I immediately signed up. I now have a course for non-profit organization management and am creating more coaching clients as I seek out the students for the course. It’s fantastic!

Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story
I was having a challenge developing the various modules and sessions that I wanted to cover. It seemed a bit overwhelming. I believe that I bring value, but organizing the ideas was very frustrating. I joined Experience Product Mastermind and found that my perspective became considerably clearer. I developed my on-line course and have 3 interested prospects before the Mastermind is over. I have also added 2 prospective coaching clients in my efforts associated with EPM. The potential financial gain is thousands of dollars from these prospects alone...and it's the tip of the iceberg!

Your FIRST SALE Story
I was having a problem understanding how I could sell my product when it wasn't fully developed. I wasn't expecting to be able to engage people with a course that still needed some administrative work to be added. In the course of EPM I decided to let my limiting ideas drop away and just start talking with people. While I haven't currently made a sale, after talking with about 40 prospects, I have 5 pending contracts, totaling about $15,000 if I can close them all.

Your PROVED MY IDEA Story
I was having a problem understanding if my course would be an idea that people might want to buy. I felt that the course had valuable information and that it would be well-received, but my research wasn't giving me solid answers on whether organizations would pay for it. I was frustrated, hoping I was addressing the needs of my market. As I started talking with prospective student organizations, they were quite encouraging. They said that it was a definite need they had. Some were not in a position to afford it and others are considering joining the course as I write this.

Your MADE A WHOLE LOT MORE Story
My challenges were many as I worked toward creating my online course. Would I have the right material that will help my market? Would I have the knowledge that is needed? My experience told me I was hitting the mark, but my initial research didn't fully confirm it. After I started "Chatterboxing" with potential prospects, my conversations helped me realize that the need is so great that I need to create 2 more courses of a similar type. One less advanced and at a lower price and one that goes deeper and has more advanced topics and additional personal interaction. I'm really excited about all the possibilities!

Fleshing out the details to have a consistent direction and path. It has made me think about different ways that I can positively impact others. While it has required thought and action, it has helped me to work smarter as I have been working harder. It's been hard at times, but really exciting to get these things accomplished and it has become more of a habit to focus and do, rather than working in a more scattered manner. Prepare the details and you can work considerably smarter. And the details may change as you continue, but that's the growing process. I believe that making a very good income and having more time for other projects is now not only possible, but highly probable. It's a paradigm shift with a few sprints here and there and considerable leisure between sprints. That gives me a great opportunity to help more people and organizations.

While I haven't had a sale yet, I anticipate that I'll have many sales. I think this is an amazingly simple step-by-step process that leads someone to understand their business inside and out, which helps them use the business to its fullest extent. However, simple does not equal easy. So it's imperative to put in the work, challenge yourself constantly and be coachable. It's a great course!

Your GRADUATION Story
"I've had an idea for a course for awhile now, but I had no idea how to put it together and market and sell it. I came across Marissa's Experience Product Masterclass and I fell in love with the idea of gamification. By nature, my product is very interactive and therefore very much an experience product in and of itself. However, I love the idea of competition among students to motivate them to stay on track, so I knew EPM was the perfect course for me in terms of building my own course. I plan to use Experiencify to host my course!

I just graduated and I am in the production mode right now. I've already been chatter boxing and started posting about my course on social media and I have at least 6 people interested in going through my program when it launches.

Because I work full time as a personal trainer in a gym, and I have 3 kiddos, I don't feel comfortable launching before the product is done, but I am very confident from chatter boxing that this will be a hit. So I am going to finish all 7 modules and then launch, so I can focus my limited time on the launch and marketing and running the program. After my first launch, I will then go back to modules 4 and 5 and any recordings I may have missed as well for an even bigger and more successful launch.

Thank you to Marissa for creating such a detailed product that allows us to not miss a step in our product creation. Thank you to Coach Kanu for all of your great feedback! "

What's been the biggest change in your business?
I finally have a product to sell! Or at least I will very soon! It's outlined in great detail.

How's EPM and your success impacted your life?
EPM has given me the foundation to launch a successful group offer so I can get out of trading time for many as I do daily in my 1:1 personal training job.

What's your biggest takeaway from EPM?
I know how to plan and organize digital product creation.

What's now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
I can potentially leave the grind of trading time for money. I have something I can scale my time with.

Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story
I was hoping to get further along but many unforeseen life demands got in the way. This has allowed me to slow down a bit and get my product to a point where I feel comfortable promoting it. I am proud that I didn't give up and despite set backs I keep coming back to the process. I have been a self employed entrepreneur for most of my life and I feel prepared to further develop my product to the point of sales.

None so far. More of a change to my mindeste and confidence. N/A There is room in the world for what I have to offer, even if many other are in the same pond. I have more clarity as to what I am offering and why. It will be possible for me to sell this product.

Thank you for you and your teams 1000% committment

Your FIRST SALE Story
Went out to lunch with a few neighbors a couple weeks before Christmas. One of the mentioned how busy she was with work, family, as well as boxes of photographs and memorabilia she'd' inherited from her mother last summer after her mother died. They included photos of the family and of my neighbor's brother who had died at 17. She expressed how she needed to go through the boxes, especially her brother's stuff and how it weighed on her, but she didn't even know where to begin. a few of the neighbor's mentioned similar situations, including one who is new to the neighborhood and moved from a much larger family home now that the kids are gone and they are hoping to retire. I'm pretty shy, but on hearing so many of them talking about the very problem my MVP solves I just took a deep breath and offered the info that I'm starting a course in the new year on that very issue. Four women expressed immediate interest in the course and a fifth asked if she could just hire me to come do it for her. I said sure I've done that for years, but that gave me extra courage to tell more and an opportunity to reiterate how fun it can be, especially to work on it in a group on Zoom while chatting and encouraging each other, and that I would have step by step help and group coaching as well. I called all the women at the lunch back within the next day or two and four of them said yes, and after a few more questions Venmo'd me the money. One of them referred me to her sister-in-law who'd expressed needing similar help, and then while i was telling my friend and sister later about the experience and interest a man behind my sister turned around to ask questions and join the conversation. He ended signing up for both he and his wife (I'm great with couples counting as one). Later one of my friends called me back to join my first group. i still have three spots open since I feel like 10 is a good number for group support and not too overwhelming for me. i'd like to get a couple more men or couples to join us, so I'm doing the chatterbox campaign and calling a few friends that are photography enthusiasts and people who really love their photos.

What's been the biggest change in your business?
Finally making a program. I've done private organizing / decluttering for people as a hobby with my sister for over 25 years, as well as helping people convert to digital and make photo albums, and always wanted to make a class, but just never did. the dunamics of creating something like that always seemed to overwhelming, but the EPM program sounded so interesting and doable, and broke it down into bite size steps so well that I felt i could possibly do it. the guarantee made it a done deal for me. As long as i tried I didn't feel i could lose so i went for it.

How's EPM and your success impacted your life?
Definitely given me confidence, especially during this time while i have major health issues

What's your biggest takeaway from EPM?
small steps and consistency... that and I have to admit I love gamification. Can't wait to #iteratetoawesome, build the jet plane, and eventually add all that.

What's now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
Hope eventually I'll build the jet plane version!

Ana Garcia Ovejero (class of 2023)

Your GRADUATION Story
I started the course with the idea of creating an experience product about healthy communication; then I changed my mind after a 5-day business seminar I went to and thought about creating a course on how to create a simple business plan to implement it easily. However, as I was almost finished with module two, I realized that the product I was creating had nothing to do with my coaching niche and was not aligned with it. Therefore, I started all over again with this new product, which I managed to complete at an MVP level and acquire some clients.

Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story
"This course resonated with my story, as I have been going through this heart-healing process for the last 3 months.
I joined the EPM course, with the inspiration of being able to produce something that could push me towards group coaching. This course has exceeded my expectations. I have learned so much about what is the best way of creating an MVP, and it got me into this mentality of having a skeleton and customizing it for your clients."

Your FIRST SALE Story
Going through heartbreak, I reached out to some friends to vent a little about what I was going through and shared my reflections, learning, and some of the strategies that were helping me a lot. It turned out that two of my friends were going through breaking up too and were willing to take on this training-coaching with me. We resonated very much with each other's story, giving me all the credibility I needed.

Your PROVED MY IDEA Story
I guess I still have to make another sale to prove my idea but so far it looks like there is a market for this product idea.

Realize that "relationships" are the true niche of my coaching business, and I am also moving towards training-group coaching to be able to help more people. EPM has turned my training mentality upside down. As a former teacher, I was under the idea of creating the content before you can deliver and market it. The EPM approach has been revolutionary to me. The whole new approach to creating an experience product. Also the marketing and sales techniques. Moving towards having more experience products and start with training-group coaching to escalate my coaching business.

I would like to finish by showing gratitude for the whole program, for the guidance, and for the revolutionary approach to mixing coaching and teaching.
