Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story
I knew I needed to either tweak an existing product or create a new one to increase more client engagement and implementation but was unsure which to do. I joined EPM and promptly got sick for several weeks; however, I wouldn't let that stop me. I took the time I needed to recover and continued working the program as I had energy and mental bandwidth to do. Working on the chatterbox pivots really helped me frame my product for on-the-fly conversations. Even though my health severely delayed my delivery timeline and I haven't made a sale yet, I've been able to talk more easily about how I help people with my program while in casual conversations with those around me. It makes each encounter that much more meaningful.
I have gotten more clarity on my "client roadmap" and the programs I want to create from here. Listening to others strive to verbalize their product's mission and what they do has reassured me that it takes lots of tweaking sometimes to get the language right. My confidence in my ability to figure out the marketing piece has grown. "Own the ""earn while you learn"" mindset and be unapologetic that more feedback can change the trajectory of my product.

I have been out to early with my experience product. I know that I will return to the product at a later time and I grateful for the LYM proces.

EPM is an resouceful process that I'll be able to return to over and over. I will now start over with my 1:1 product coaching

My business is all new. I know that I will be working with this segment 1:few, but I know now I will have to start out with coaching 1:1
What is now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
Well I guess to start out my coaching business
I wanted to shift my career from a full-time position in engineering to offering courses online as a health coach, specializing in fibromyalgia. I joined EPM and discovered how to find my target market, and develop my marketing and story

Helping others with a significant problem I used to have
I’m still in shock because this day has been incredible! I joined EPM in October 2020 because I was in the process of pivoting a live workshop company (I was growing) into an online company due to the pandemic. I had created and beta tested a course for parents and was finalizing my course materials to launch in October 2020. Then I heard about EPM and xperiencify.
I was curious and checked out the platform and decided to move my course from another online course platform (that I really liked). Then I attended one of Marisa’s webinars about mistakes to avoid when creating online courses. The one that really hit me was “the thud factor”--don’t overwhelm your students. Oops! I was so guilty of that--I just wanted my students to gain from my decades of wisdom. I signed up for EPM.
It was really challenging and frustrating at times as I wrangled with my Mission Statement. Things were not coming together and I wasn’t sure what to do. I even sent up a white flag in the facebook group. What an amazing collection of heart-centered people! I wasn’t alone and felt so supported by the responses of fellow students and EPM coaches.
Even so, things were still not coming together and I approached the final day feeling I had done everything I could, with some possible but lukewarm leads. I had accepted whatever was going to happen and knew I would never give up.
Last day, I followed up on one of those leads and listened. And created a brand new course concept during the conversation--and made my first sale!!! I had another call booked with someone who wanted to help me promote my work--and she was my second sale! So I called another warm lead and made my third sale! Another warm lead call resulted in my fourth sale in one day! I doubled my stretch goal of $3500 to make $7000 in one day!!
None of this would have happened without EPM, Marisa, Coach Emily Fontes and the entire team.

As a coach i was having the problem of signing up clients because i couldnt really express the value and what they would get by signing up for my coaching program. So for a whole year i struggled getting clients, and was almost about to get a normal job again, (thank god i didnt get it!). Then i found EPM and pretty much got a clear plan on everything i needed to get new clients. And now i just had my first client conversation since the program and he already wants to sign up!
I joined EPM to come up with an MVP Stress Management Preschool course. Going through the 3 Sstep-by-step modules and lessons helped me to find and focus on my audience and what my audience needed. The hardest part for me was the sales of my course. The Chatterbox campaign helped me to bring a couple of people to closing, but as yet have not made any sales. The good thing about EPM is I have a method and a way to reiterate and adjust my course to suit the needs of my audience that I discovered during the Chatterbox campaign. Due to sickness I am about a month behind schedule, but my course has the delivery sytem set up as a Facebook group, using guides to deliver the course content. I also have my wordpress website set up to deliver my course using Tutor LMS and gamify to deliver points and rewards for actions taken during taking my course. Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story
I was having some challenges with the Chatterbox Campaign. I felt that it was very difficult to get from saying "Hello, how are you " or "How have you been since we last spoke" To talking about my offer or presenting my product. I felt it was very pushy. I was reluctant to actually take money for what I can do. The EPM course was very fast and challenging so it helped me get momentum. Then, after having procrastinated for some time, two specific challenges helped me over the wall. The first was the tip from coach Emily about a post on FB and mail with the title "I have been keeping a Secret" which I posted and got 20 comments and two inrollments into my Beta Experience. The other very helpful module was about Conversation pivots. I actually rehearsed in front of a mirror, took contact to an Ex colleague that I haven´t seen for eleven years, asked her if we could go for Coffee, and went to see her. During the conversation, I practiced really listening to her and kept quiet until she asked me how much my Experience Product would cost. To my surprise the price didn´t freak her out, to the contrary, she found it very reasonable. She said she would buy it and refer me to a group of friends. So now I am going to send her my sales page and call her to schedule her enrollment. Also, this positive outcome gave me more courage to get more conversations on my calendar.
What's been the biggest change in your business?
The biggest change for me is to finally have launched my business. It feels scary because until now, me~ actually having a business, really has been the best-kept secret of my life
How's EPM and your success impacted your life?
The most significant impact is that after three years of living practically off-grid in terms of social and public life now am back in the saddle joining real present meetings and getting to know new people.
What's your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Before EPM I avoided all things marketing and digital appearance but thanks to EPM I am now finding this aspect of learning and teaching inspiring and fun.
What's now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
To be able to earn an income doing what I LOVE, and am good at, in my own time, while at the same time contributing to this world.
Is there anything else you would like to add?
During this EPM Experience, I have had to deal with some difficult personal issues, but the course helped me concentrate on moving forward to reach my primary goal.... launching a business. Without my commitment to do the work and cross every milestone on time, I probably would have given up on my goal for now, and drowned myself in the tasks of solving my personal problems. Thankfully I am getting out on the other side and I acknowledge Marisa and Coach Uwe for their "tough love".
It was the second time I did EPM. A lot iws the same as previous year but that is OK. I had a new Coach and new energy to start something new.
Your GRADUATION Story
"I was having difficulty with truly articulating my message and how it is different than mainstream thinking so I went with mainstream thinking, however that didn't feel authentic to me and showed in my responses to my chatter boxing. They were intrigued, however I do believe they were thinking it was very similar to the traditional way of thinking about alcohol. I wasn't sure what to do by the time I realized this, at the end of the program! I did try to get on the laser coaching (which was a real stretch for me) and reached out to my coach. I do hope to hear a lot of useful information from her. I joined EPM and really discovered that is is actually an experience I am wishing to create for those I am serving. I do believe the experience is where real change is found. I have embraced this idea and I know it has already changed my own way of living even more in experience, so therefore I am certain it will have profound effects for those I serve. I am very grateful to this program and to Marisa for creating it and offering it at an affordable amount.

I was having difficulty getting myself to offer my program. Using the chatter boxing format I was able to elevate my stressors as I had a good template to draw upon. it gave me the confidence to just do it. And I did. I was able to bring a few people through the entire process. I believe the challenge is in my belief in what I am saying and how much I feel it matches up to what I am actually planning on delivering. So I have reached out to my coach with help in making these adjustments so that I can be back on the ground running asap.
Deciding to start with 1:1 rather than creating the videos and/or finding enough to run a group. It was very compelling to me to realize that I needed to iterate it to becoming a group and/or evergreen course. Makes so much sense I was able to encourage two others to do the same and they are now doing just that. I am confident that in 2024 I shall hit my dollar amount of $55,000 earned while serving many women. I know I have the tools to do so. As my life shall drastically change this year, I am able to relax into the changes knowing I've now got this! I can do hard things for my purpose is greater than my fear! I am now ready to actually proceed with confidence. No more waiting to learn more. I know all I need to start to make a difference in women's lives. That feels so super good. I am very grateful.

My mindset, I feel more relax and of course I have an amazing information to use for the future of my business. Greatly, I am grateful to have found a great team of professional that over delivery in every aspect, I feel that they really care for our succes. I feel the whole course is such a gift, but I would say having a coach guiding you through the process was an amazing help. I know I have solid business, and a product that will help many people, and more produvts to come.
