I knew I wanted to create an online course for non-native English speakers and since I was starting from scratch, I had a really long to-do list! I joined EPM since I liked the idea of a structured program to help me refine my product idea and then keep me on track to actually creating a finished product and finding customers. I set my intention to engage with all of the content and meetings. I achieved this and a lot more. I've gone from having an idea to having an almost completed course on a platform, with a website, and I've even spoken with potential customers. No paying customers yet, but I'm sure this will happen very soon!
Your GRADUATION Story
I was having a difficult time in other programs where I very much so felt that I was on my own and that I had paid a lot of money to chase other people to get the things that I needed or to ask questions. I felt that the goal post was always moving and I had no consistency with who I was speaking to or what information I was given. I was in a position to have to learn things that were not natural to me and didn't have access to people that could help me or if I did I only had 20 min of thier time. I had gone so far as to hire out someone else who could do things for me which was more frustrating because it made me question what I had spent so much money for and what I had to show for it....nada. I had been following Marisa for a while and with my built up frustration and my absolute determination to pivot....I took the leap of faith and signed up. I had gotten more out of the first module than I had gotten out of 60% of the previous coaching program. I had a direct access coach who really paid attention to me and provided me useable insight and feedback. There was accountablity and even then there were over 20 people in my cohort, over 200 people in a coaching day or over 1000 people in the entire program; I never felt like I was just a $ or a number. I felt seen and valued and that I had a place at the table that I was trying to get to. It was what really put the wind in my sail. I could finally see an actual program that I could teach and visualize the people that would be a part of that. There was finally a map that I could see for myself as well as my potential clients.
Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story
I knew that this was the next pivot in my career and I couldn't see the where it was supposed to take me. I had come in with a lack of clarity to what I wanted to coach or how I wanted to help people. I have always been a helper and coming from mental health; it was already second nature. Knowing what to build and how to do it was the struggle. I now have a specific program and can see the other potential programs that can be built in conjunction to one. Coaching became like legos...I had to start with the smallest piece in order to continue to build to see what the big thing can evolve to be.
The biggest change in my business is still yet to come. But it will be freedom. I will finally get my life back and feel that I am living my value to positively impact people's lives in meaningful ways each and every day. I am not in love with the idea of being in love...I am in love with the idea of people investing in the love that they want and deserve from themselves and their partners. It has given me the courage and confidence to shake the snowglobe and trust that I was intended to do great things. The proof was in taking the first step and never looking back with a mindset of "I guess I will see". It has also opened other doors for me that I am willing to take a step into which includes being on a realty TV show for entrapeneuers. Having the right coach really matters. Having someone really care about your outcome makes a big difference in how you move forward. I have the possiblity to really grow other courses and have time for myself. The most important part is that I can help more people at a time and that is what is built into my nature. I have a high value to education, communication, community, and positive impact. By the program I can pour more into those values cups which really just fills my love and life cup.
Your GRADUATION Story
It's been a roller coaster. I have stage IV breast cancer and am on a drug to keep it under control that takes a heavy toll on my general health. I desperately want to produce something of value that gives some purpose to my life while I still can. I joined the Experience Product Masterclass to follow a process and get coaching and encouragement along the way. I've struggled with it, but made some lasting connections with fellow students. Although we haven't officially agreed, I have a definite sale lined up and potentially more when I finally produce my product. That's a ways off yet.
I haven't been working for several years, mainly researching everything I could around integrative cancer approaches, and keeping myself informed about design and internet trends. I live on my own and don't socialise because I'm vulnerable to infection. So the biggest change recently has been lots of interactions with other students, and attending lengthy evening zoom events. My head has been buzzing with all kinds of new ideas to research and blog about. Lots of rabbit holes and diversions! See above. Mainly EPM has been exhausting. Success? Hmm, we'll see. Hard to pick one thing. I think that I have woefully underestimated myself and my achievements for way too long. I have the full kit bag: imposter syndrome, undervaluing myself, procrastination. If the product does well, I can concentrate on what I really want to do, which is to write: about living well with cancer, innovations, marketing and digital design etc. I kept getting side-tracked by post ideas when I should have been doing my EPM. I also have a sci-fi novel waiting to be written.
If you can figure out a way to replace that clunky old Milestone doc with an Ainslee extension, it would be absolutely brilliant!!
I started the EPM without a product and without any experience in marketing. I have learnt a lot about how to create and market my product. And even though I haven't reach mission accomplished, i have learnt skills that I can apply for the next time around.

"I struggled for the longest time to figure out my target market. I'd been doing market research for many months prior to joining EPM. I also had a lot of one-off products and I couldn't figure out how to make them all fit together. EPM helped me focus on only one thing - creating the course (a course!) to hit Mission Accomplished. I'm very goal-oriented so that totally got me going. Between Marisa's side-door coaching and Coach Jordan's straight-up approach, I narrowed my market and figured out my target.
I LOVE what Marisa says about selling it before I created it! So I did. I picked my launch date Feb 11 and launched with three students. All through Chatterboxing. At $497, I needed a fourth student to hit Mission Accomplished. When Marisa extended the deadline until March 1, I knew I could do it. My course is live. It's beta. And all the calls are recorded. So I kept chatterboxing. And kept chatterboxing.
In the end, it was one of my current students who learned so much in just the first sessions, that convinced one of her associates to also join the course! The testimony she gave in our fourth session together was better than anything I could have written!
I am doing what I love to do best (teach and train) in one of my favorite topics - sales! It is so fulfilling knowing I am having an impact on my students."
I have been wanting to support parents of children with special needs for the longest time. All my journals from 2004 speak of this dream. I heard Marisa speak at the "Million Within Her" interview and was hooked. She said that the best way to work on our dream is to start and then iterate our way. I had been planning and creating wanting for the perfect plan to be ready and finally realized that I just need to take the plunge and get started. I had signed up to receive emails from Marisa and was thrilled to know about EPM. Honestly, I was not sure I would do it because I am in India now and the US dollars just made it very steep. I kept debating and decided to take the plunge. This has been the best investment I have ever made. EPM gave me a framework to work from and language in the world of marketing and sales I have no clue about. I am now confident that I can create umpteen programs to support parents/ children/ teachers/ just about anybody because I now have the tools I need. I have received so much from EPM and am so grateful. A few weeks ago, I was referred to a parent. I have started work with this parent and am thrilled. It is still difficult for me to discuss fees but I have come a long way and have realized that I have to put a price to make this sustainable and going forward. I am in the process of reaching out to some parents and am waiting to hear back from them on their interest in the program. I have a couple of folks in the pipeline and am waiting to finalize the sale. It was exhilarating to start the work with the first parent and to have her iterate my beta version. My first sale has also helped me determine a modified price point as I reach out to prospective parents. Thank you does no justice to the support I have received from Marisa, Coach Lucas, Coach Matthew, Coach Emily and the other coaches and my cohort. This has been beyond wonderful and I am thrilled I made this investment for life towards fulfilling my dreams.
I have been working towards creating an online course/group since May 2021. I had invested in 2 other programs that did help move me towards the online and creation program but I still need more specific guidance. Prior to May I have absolutely no experience with the online business process and quickly realized how much I didn't know. I still needed some specific guidance and "how to". I came across Marisa and immediately became interested in EPM and felt like this was my answer. Investing in yet another program was not what I wanted to do but I knew I had an amazing product in me and I needed to do this for myself. Through EPM I have been challenged like never before and I loved it. The processed really helped to focus my attention on what was necessary to make my program a success and I loved the XP experience - it helped provide just the right amount of motivation I needed to push ahead. Towards the end of the program- like what happens to many - life got int eh way with multiple family members deaths and sickness with my daughters and my progress with the program came to a halt for a few weeks. But getting back on track was easy and I started gaining momentum again. I was able to complete my modules and all the information for my MVP, start marketing my program and had 7 conversations about joining my program. I have not booked my first client yet but I have reached out to 35 individuals who state they are willing to put the word out for me and I am hopeful of receiving some referrals. I am positive my MVP will take off as I continue to market my program. I am just thrilled beyond measure that I have completed my mission - I created my program! My goal is a reached and I feel like a success!
Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story
I was scared of talking about my product before it was built. I felt like I needed to have it all ready before starting to market it. This thought was going against my rationalized brain. I joined EPM and I learned that I needed to market my product first and build it as soon as I have secured my first cohort. That way, I can modify my program as I am delivering it the first time before I finalize it. I started to market my new program and people were interested to hear about it and promote it to others.

We had created 11 products over 4 years following advice from different business mentors, and despite having created an amazing proprietary method we were having a really hard time selling our content and explaining others what we do, the “You are one funnel away of success” mindset, cause us a lot of failure and disappointment along the way and putted us on a very difficult financial situation, near to give up on entrepreneurship and go back to corporate job.
With only first module of the EPM class we followed Marisa´s advice and forced ourselves to find a niche, a micro-niche, an audience, a mission statement (core solution) and that was it, only those few elements, plus MVP mindset gave us 4.5k sales, almost reaching our stretched goal, in the 4th week of the EPM program effortlessly.
I have to admit that it was really awkward at the beginning, to hit mission accomplished before having all the EPM content realese, since the content is so powerful I wish I had the chance to launch with everything I know now, good thing this is just the paper plane and the jet plane version of our MVP is yet to come.

"I knew I wanted to help people with mental health and grief but not sure what direction to go in. I was working on a book called ""The MindGuardians"". I saw several videos of Marisa. I liked her and what she was saying. I went to some of her webinars. I think every one of them I could find... 6 or 7 of them. I spent hours on the Live Your Message website. I didn't have much money left because I had spent too much on website developers, and business courses and I don't have any income. I saw her program called START WITH YOU and even though I couldn't afford it I was going to join it somehow. So I emailed her support and asked questions about it. Then EPM came out while I was at one of the webinars. Dopamine Button or one of them... Then I was excited... So I emailed support again asking about the two... They said that EPM you get the coaching. But I knew I couldn't afford EPM at all!!! And I have a habit of never finishing courses! WELL, I did it!! I joined EPM!! I'm in so much debt, but I finished it!! I loved every minute of it!!! I loved the coaching, the training everything... I learned to put myself out there! To reiterate, to pivot, to think outside the box! I had a rough start because, in the beginning, I was doing the wrong product! I was upset and ready to quit! I got behind... But after I told my coach about the book I was working on he said, ""You should make that your product!"" Since then EVERYTHING CAME TO ME AND STARTED FLOWING OUT OF ME AND I WAS UNSTOPPABLE!! Now I tell everyone about it and everyone LOVES it! I don't even have to do sales all I have to do is tell people about it and they love it! I haven't even started promoting it at all and I have 10 Beta Testers ready now! It's mostly a digital course so I'm having them test the first 2 modules of it! At the end of the course, the students get an app to remind them of what they learned when I release the full training. I already started making the app but I have to make it so the students can customize it.
I'm so excited and hopeful that I will be able to finally help people like I was (my younger self). My son has been helping me as my advisor (since it's his age group and people like him). I love Marisa, Live Your Message, the coaches, and everyone! Hopefully, someday I'll be out of debt and make enough money to join Momentum! That's my next goal! And to buy a house or condo and a car for my son. I'd love to have one year of life to not have to worry about money!!!"
I feel like I have more direction in my business-Xperiencify too My Attitude is Positive Follow the process, Reiterate, Pivot I can help people and save lives! That's why my experience product exists to stop suicides and shootings!
