Your Graduation Story
I have had an inordinate number of life snafoos to deal with during the course, which I am not complaining about, life gave me lemons and there was refreshment! The exercises I did to help find my superpower included a lot of remembering, meditation and realisation about my childhood years and it was kind of like therapy. In hindsight I think part of the low I experienced after Christmas was due to this, but I’m glad to report that as a result I’ve done a lot of sharing and healing and am feeling more empowered than ever now. So there’s another feather for Marisa’s hat!
I have enjoyed the EPM process very much and will continue to do so. I got a bit ‘rabbit in the headlights’ with Module 3 - Crafting The Perfect Experience. I know I have the superpowers I need to give people helpful and empowering training in the area I have selected (a parent training program on connecting at a child’s level). The problem was that I have never created deliverable content in this area before...and the rabbit fell down the hole as I started creating my Experience Escalation Plan...I understand the logic and benefit of iteration, but this is the first training I have attempted to pen and it took me longer than allowed to create the framework on which I will build the content. I needed to make sure I have enough smaller buckets as well as the bigger ones we were crafting in the course. The good news is that I now have an Experience Escalation Plan that covers the 10x Delivery Checklist for every bucket size and I’m so happy with that. The content is not complete but I know what I will cover and have gathered a lot of visuals and quotes and stories to craft it together. I did a butt load of work but was slow to get to the marketing module. I did the trainings for the marketing I will use, planned my campaign and have all marketing materials started. I will launch this March.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
My niche, can-do attitude, belief in my superpowers and that awesomeness can be achieved through iteration.

How did EPM help you become successful?
Though I still have content work to do, I have created a viable experience product, the confidence to put it out there and the skills to do so.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
I has made me more confident and given me a greater sense of security in my future.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
Training is a brand new business for me but the content comes from a physical product business plan I had in the pipeline. I have realised that I can offer a similar outcome (helping parents achieve more quality time with their kids) through training, without the cost of producing a physical product at this time (which is currently outside my budget). As a result I will have additional cash flow for a second business I am launching this year as a children's party entertainer.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
I am looking forward to a number of things. To helping others and myself. Freedom to devise my own timetable and ensure that I have enough of everything to enjoy my life to it's full potential. Launching, iterating this course to awesome and creating a second course off its back. Potentially helping a friend who is interest in working with me going forward. I can see the potential for one or more evergreen products in the future.

4 people have signed up so far from my chatterbox campaign!!! Yikes! It's really happening! Honestly if I don't make 2,000 I wouldn't even be mad. I'm just glad I actually accomplished what I said I would do. Feedback welcome on sales page!

Your Mission Accomplished Story
I was have wanted to move my business online for a long time, creating courses. I heard about EMP and jumped on-board with excitement that I had a solution. I joined EPM, and I discovered that what I might think my audience is in need at the time may not be a solution for them at that time. I learned it is easy to ask and plan based on what it is my clients want. So instead of launching my original product the way I thought it should look, I ended up going simple.

I felt I was stuck in chatterbox, but I ended up not being stuck; it was what needed to happen for my clients at that time. I ended up with a 1 to 1 high paying client instead of my 1 to many program I was planning. The product name changed a few times, but the results were perfect for the timing for my client and, surprisingly, for me.

Your Graduation Story
Well...I didn't hit Mission Accomplished. However, I gained so much clarity on my product and my business overall, and I know that I've been given some seriously valuable tools to move forward and help people. I did have a lot of things come up, but MOST of my issue was ME, but I never would have seen the reasons why if it weren't for this experience. So many of the things that Marisa said resonated with me and made me really look inside myself and identify what was holding me back. Some of it was perfectionism, or ego. Some of it was impostor syndrome, and a lot of it was actually fear of success. I'm onto something great with my program, but I'm still struggling with marketing and putting my product out there. I'm working on getting past that. When I first started, I felt like it was a foregone conclusion that I would hit Mission Accomplished, and then go to Message to Money live feeling all great about my success. I kinda spiraled there for awhile, knew I wasn't going to make it, and decided not to go to M2M because I was embarrassed, felt like a failure, etc. HOWEVER - the last few coaching sessions completely changed my perspective. I'm walking away with SO much more than I had when I landed here, and I'm forever grateful. I WILL be updating this graduation story with a (Belated) Mission Accomplished story. I will be seeing you at M2M, and I can't wait. Thank you so much for everything!

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Done is better than perfect.

How did EPM help you become successful?
Even though I didn't reach my goals, I gained a lot of clarity on how to do this! I was directionless when I started, Marisa has given me a rudder.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
Um, I kinda feel like this was therapy in a way!! Definitely soul searching at times, also connecting with others that were going through the same things that I am. I'm in my living room all day, every day, so it was nice to connect with other like-minded people.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
Oh man, I've been on a roller coaster, and I have to say that I almost quit and went back to the corporate world. So the BIGGEST change for me is that I'm planted firmly in the "I will make this work" because I cannot go back to that soul-sucking world. Marisa has given me the confidence to keep going. THANK YOU so much!

Hi All... this is like the BEST group ever - I love the level of support and engagement... I'm already feeling a bit sad for when it will be over - lol.... BUT, to my point.. If you have a spare moment, could you please pop over to my new FB page and "like" it... (assuming you do) - I'm using it as a gateway to extend my research and really nail my offer - this will help my external credibility a little, and in the longer term, help my advertising. THANKS!

Your Mission Accomplished Story

I knew I wanted to do an online course, wasn't sure of the topic or what my online super
power was... but through EPM and the clarity it brings, I now know & I'm excited for what I
can build, and the brand around it.
.
What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Clarity - being able to actually define the what it is that I do for people

How did EPM help you become successful?
By bringing like-minded people, the best examples that humankind has to offer together.
People that want to change the world - out there (or rather online) making impact.
Sometimes you have to see it to believe it and know it's possible through that example.
.
How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
I feel more confident that I too, can deliver change & impact in the world (online). I'm an
intensely private individual who struggles with being online however now that I've seen an
example of how this can be done - not just through Marisa, but by fellow EPMer's examples,
I know it's possible... Positive changes in peoples lives can happen, and we can be the
catalyst for those changes!
.
What has been the biggest change in your business?
Seeing how I can incorporate my experience product into the bigger picture

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
All the things! (Well maybe not the uncomfortable online bits - but I'll move through them all)

Is there anything else you would like to add?
How do you cover the delta and distance between the feelings of appreciation and gratitude
when these two words just aren't enough? Sincerely, a million times, Thank you! All of you -
Marisa, Murray, Coach Debra, Jhaymie, Jordan, My fellow EPMer's, everyone one of the
support staff behind the scenes. Thank you.

Ghandolff The Grateful

OMG! Great news....We have consolidated all of our research and marketing assets into a new program specifically designed for Albuquerque Entrepreneurs. We put together an ugly little piece of marketing to weed out the tire-kickers, event-hoppers, and samplers, that attracted a dozen serious entrepreneurs for a slideshow/workbook combo workshop with 5 worksheet/exercises to introduce the program The workshop flow was so smooth that I didn't even get butterflies at the offer and we had a 50% conversion of new leads and 50% upgrade commitment from existing members. Live classes for our 18-week biz dev program starts Monday and we are allowing free attendance so new people can come and experience the content and decide if this is the right development program for them! This is 1-to-few in action. Now, we can put the whole workshop into a webinar for 1-many evergreen and record the classes for the greater market outside of Albuquerque. After that, we will write scripts for a true PLF sequence which should be ready by the end of the semester.
