Your Graduation Story
I have had an inordinate number of life snafoos to deal with during the course, which I am not complaining about, life gave me lemons and there was refreshment! The exercises I did to help find my superpower included a lot of remembering, meditation and realisation about my childhood years and it was kind of like therapy. In hindsight I think part of the low I experienced after Christmas was due to this, but I’m glad to report that as a result I’ve done a lot of sharing and healing and am feeling more empowered than ever now. So there’s another feather for Marisa’s hat!
I have enjoyed the EPM process very much and will continue to do so. I got a bit ‘rabbit in the headlights’ with Module 3 - Crafting The Perfect Experience. I know I have the superpowers I need to give people helpful and empowering training in the area I have selected (a parent training program on connecting at a child’s level). The problem was that I have never created deliverable content in this area before...and the rabbit fell down the hole as I started creating my Experience Escalation Plan...I understand the logic and benefit of iteration, but this is the first training I have attempted to pen and it took me longer than allowed to create the framework on which I will build the content. I needed to make sure I have enough smaller buckets as well as the bigger ones we were crafting in the course. The good news is that I now have an Experience Escalation Plan that covers the 10x Delivery Checklist for every bucket size and I’m so happy with that. The content is not complete but I know what I will cover and have gathered a lot of visuals and quotes and stories to craft it together. I did a butt load of work but was slow to get to the marketing module. I did the trainings for the marketing I will use, planned my campaign and have all marketing materials started. I will launch this March.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
My niche, can-do attitude, belief in my superpowers and that awesomeness can be achieved through iteration.

How did EPM help you become successful?
Though I still have content work to do, I have created a viable experience product, the confidence to put it out there and the skills to do so.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
I has made me more confident and given me a greater sense of security in my future.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
Training is a brand new business for me but the content comes from a physical product business plan I had in the pipeline. I have realised that I can offer a similar outcome (helping parents achieve more quality time with their kids) through training, without the cost of producing a physical product at this time (which is currently outside my budget). As a result I will have additional cash flow for a second business I am launching this year as a children's party entertainer.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
I am looking forward to a number of things. To helping others and myself. Freedom to devise my own timetable and ensure that I have enough of everything to enjoy my life to it's full potential. Launching, iterating this course to awesome and creating a second course off its back. Potentially helping a friend who is interest in working with me going forward. I can see the potential for one or more evergreen products in the future.
