"Ok, so technically I didn't hit Mission Accomplished... I did however achieve over 123 XPs.
In my mind and heart though, I know I have hit Mission Accomplished. I stuck to the training although at a slower pace. I can honestly say, this has been the most rewarding training I have experienced.
The results continue to emerge in organizing my thinking, seeing possibility and words... WOW, words, the power of words!
Could I say there was one major learning for me, no, the total course was brilliant, and Marissa, you are extraordinary.
There was however one major lesson that I clearly know now and can see why I have been stuck and not moving forward... that lesson- Too Many Masters. I now have that under control... it's called DELETE.

My Coaching - I had no idea how I was going to make myself different in the coaching industry for Hair... Now I do.
I started with no idea what I would sell and English is not my first language. Took me a while but it started to create some form and I started shaping my idea to what I have now. I basically listen to videos 2 or 3 times. I read the worksheets few times. It was a lot new as I never had a business, imagine an online business for someone that only uses email :). On top of that I need to create my trainings in other two languages and English, of course. I printed all worksheets, I answered the Google docs. I did the work.
My challenge after that was how to promote my product. I dont have any social media and my Facebook account was a friend who created but I never used. So for me I had the challenge on how to reach people that is on the opposite side of the world without social media. I started asking friends if they would have someone for me to Chatterbox or for the survey. It is slowly getting there.
But I listened....""keep moving...don't stop if is not perfect, or if its not the perfect idea or words""
I am really sad that I am not graduating with mission accomplished but I know that I have learned a lot. I will reach mission accomplished soon...I know that :)

I was having a lot anxiety, I wasn't sure what to do to get control of my worrying. I joined Win Over Worry and I learnt that there are things I can to to control my worrying. I used the postponement strategy and, to my surprise, I was able to put off my worrying until a specific time. So, I can control my worrying.
What has been the biggest change in your business?
Creating and launching my first online course.
How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
I have learnt so much from doing EPM. It is a truly amazing course with so much valuable content. Marisa, Murray, and all the Coaches are incredibly inspirational. I have increased confidence in developing and xperiencifying courses now with the step-by-step blueprint provided in EMP. I am now able to set up my online training business to step back from my very labour-intensive one-on-one psychotherapy practice after more than 30 years.
What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
I can achieve anything! Progress over perfection is perfectly ok :)
What is now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
I can use the same framework to create and launch more courses with the aim of receiving a 'passive' income to allow me to step into semi-retirement in the near future.

I would like to add my heart-felt thanks to the whole team. Even though I have not yet made back my investment in EPM, I would not feel right in accepting a refund as the work and content of EPM is beyond the amount I paid and I have this treasure-trove of knowledge for life. I have always wanted to create a comprehensive course to teach my target audience. I started this project many times but didn't go very far. Not because I didn't have the knowledge or the experience but because I didn't have specific timeframes and accountability. This was challenging and it seemed that I will never finish it in addition to losing motivation (i.e., I will do it later!). When I joined the EPM, I realized that course creation is doable when you have specific goals and a launch date together with done-for-you products to serve you. I also learned that coaching is paramount to my successful product launch. I focused on the goal, followed the EPM's timeline, did the homework weekly and successfully launched my product on the date planned.
Your GRADUATION Story
I was uninspired by the online courses I saw and not motivated to create the ones I had lined up, for YEARS. I needed direction and an approach that matched the new highly experiential models of therapy I was offering. I joined EPM and IMMEDIATELY felt uplifted. By Module 2 my course was out of the gate and within the first week of my launch I went from zero program and only 1:1 clients to 20 people in a 4 month hybrid training. They are already asking for the next one.
Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story
I was stuck in 1:1 mode and just not moving forward, in spite of having proprietary therapeutic models gaining interest. I joined EPM and JUST DID IT. I set the date, followed the very well described path and my first hybrid training got 20 people, with new people asking to join almost daily.
Your FIRST SALE Story
My clients have been waiting years for me to create trainings. I just couldn't find the right path. With EPM I found EXACTLY what I needed especially because it is written for people at any level of business. The ongoing encouragement and set by step process inspired me to simply set a date and offer a training (that I did not even have written). 3 clients registered the first day.
Your PROVED CONCEPT Story
Using a survey early on in my process showed me immediately that people wanted what I have. It also showed ME I have what they want! EPM was what boosted my confidence enough to meet my clients needs. Only halfway through the program my course filled and I had to tell people to sign up for future dates.

BY the end of EPM my online hybrid training was up and running and I went from $0-$25,000 I simply went for it! And people are asking about my next training.
" For about 7 years, I've been writing a book about a new paradigm of reality which takes into account epigenetics and recent neurological discoveries and provides a new frame through which we can understand ourselves, our behavior and especially our suffering. Through this frame and the process I developed one can remove decades of layers of fear, anxiety, stress, loneliness, and suffering…in minutes. My editor suggested I explain the process in the book, and that thought led me to decide to do a course. Imagine how excited I was to have the opportunity to join the Experience Product Masterclass and be guided by Marisa. It was a beautiful, empowering experience to be coached by her.
My biggest challenge was figuring out my avatar, my niche. I've been challenged with this question for years and even in these 12 weeks I have taken full advantage of one of Marisa's brilliant concepts, the 15 Degree Pivot. I pivoted so often I felt like a spinning top!
A couple of remarkable things happened. The consistent exposure to inspiring ideas from ""side coaching"", the weekly classes with Marisa, Coach Mark, and Coaches Mathew and Emily with insights, encouragement, repetition, and the emphasis on the product being the ""minimum viable product"" sunk in. Your FIRST SALE Story
Went out to lunch with a few neighbors a couple weeks before Christmas. One of the mentioned how busy she was with work, family, as well as boxes of photographs and memorabilia she'd' inherited from her mother last summer after her mother died. They included photos of the family and of my neighbor's brother who had died at 17. She expressed how she needed to go through the boxes, especially her brother's stuff and how it weighed on her, but she didn't even know where to begin. a few of the neighbor's mentioned similar situations, including one who is new to the neighborhood and moved from a much larger family home now that the kids are gone and they are hoping to retire. I'm pretty shy, but on hearing so many of them talking about the very problem my MVP solves I just took a deep breath and offered the info that I'm starting a course in the new year on that very issue. Four women expressed immediate interest in the course and a fifth asked if she could just hire me to come do it for her. I said sure I've done that for years, but that gave me extra courage to tell more and an opportunity to reiterate how fun it can be, especially to work on it in a group on Zoom while chatting and encouraging each other, and that I would have step by step help and group coaching as well. I called all the women at the lunch back within the next day or two and four of them said yes, and after a few more questions Venmo'd me the money. One of them referred me to her sister-in-law who'd expressed needing similar help, and then while i was telling my friend and sister later about the experience and interest a man behind my sister turned around to ask questions and join the conversation. He ended signing up for both he and his wife (I'm great with couples counting as one). Later one of my friends called me back to join my first group. i still have three spots open since I feel like 10 is a good number for group support and not too overwhelming for me. i'd like to get a couple more men or couples to join us, so I'm doing the chatterbox campaign and calling a few friends that are photography enthusiasts and people who really love their photos.
What's been the biggest change in your business?
Finally making a program. I've done private organizing / decluttering for people as a hobby with my sister for over 25 years, as well as helping people convert to digital and make photo albums, and always wanted to make a class, but just never did. the dunamics of creating something like that always seemed to overwhelming, but the EPM program sounded so interesting and doable, and broke it down into bite size steps so well that I felt i could possibly do it. the guarantee made it a done deal for me. As long as i tried I didn't feel i could lose so i went for it.

Definitely given me confidence, especially during this time while i have major health issues
What's your biggest takeaway from EPM?
small steps and consistency... that and I have to admit I love gamification. Can't wait to #iteratetoawesome, build the jet plane, and eventually add all that.

Your GRADUATION Story
I started the course with the idea of creating an experience product about healthy communication; then I changed my mind after a 5-day business seminar I went to and thought about creating a course on how to create a simple business plan to implement it easily. However, as I was almost finished with module two, I realized that the product I was creating had nothing to do with my coaching niche and was not aligned with it. Therefore, I started all over again with this new product, which I managed to complete at an MVP level and acquire some clients.

Going through heartbreak, I reached out to some friends to vent a little about what I was going through and shared my reflections, learning, and some of the strategies that were helping me a lot. It turned out that two of my friends were going through breaking up too and were willing to take on this training-coaching with me. We resonated very much with each other's story, giving me all the credibility I needed.
Your PROVED MY IDEA Story
I guess I still have to make another sale to prove my idea but so far it looks like there is a market for this product idea.
Realize that "relationships" are the true niche of my coaching business, and I am also moving towards training-group coaching to be able to help more people. EPM has turned my training mentality upside down. As a former teacher, I was under the idea of creating the content before you can deliver and market it. The EPM approach has been revolutionary to me. The whole new approach to creating an experience product. Also the marketing and sales techniques. Moving towards having more experience products and start with training-group coaching to escalate my coaching business.
I would like to finish by showing gratitude for the whole program, for the guidance, and for the revolutionary approach to mixing coaching and teaching.
"Things have moved a bit slower than I intended, but the pieces are coming together. I have navigated around restrictions on my social media access to develop an email campaign that will bring some initial sales, which I will then use to scale up with a paid traffic (YouTube) strategy.
I enjoyed the course, and the community around our #highvibehearts tribe. Since I'm not on Facebook, this was my only form of group support. Very valuable, not only for what I gained, but for the opportunity to contribute to the success of others.
With my Feb. launch, I do expect to reach my stretch goal of $8000 in sales. My target is 30 students for the beta round of course development, which will be hosted on Xperiencify. Right now, I'm testing content via onepagers with embedded videos, and email follow up. Step by step is the journey completed!"
How did EPM help you become successful?
Making the commitment to participate in EPM catalyzed a decision to persevere through whatever setbacks and challenges, to complete the creation and marketing of my experience product. I am 90% of the way there, and will continue until I succeed. This program has helped me to truly understand that "the obstacle is the way."
What has been the biggest change in your business?
I have gotten further than I ever have with bringing my ideas to fruition.
"Right now, I am savoring and taking tremendous pride in the spectacular Accomplishment AND Achievement of overcoming despair and wanting to “throw in the towel” so many times,
but instead courageously embracing and taking on Challenge after Challenge, giving My All and My Very Best for Success in order to graduate with the EPM Class of 2020.
This marks an end of a chapter in my learning, course creation, and business journey, and also the beginning of the next chapter.
Mission Accomplished is still within my grasp between Feb 1 and “Live Your Message Live” in March where I intend to celebrate BOTH graduating and building a profitable business having hit my target of $2,000K or more in student enrollments.
