Stephan Andrews (class of 2019)

Your Graduation Story
I came into Experience Product Masterclass 2019 when it was opened a second time due to some technical glitches. I wasn't going to do it until I belatedly realized that this program is exactly what I need to make sure my cause to bring personalized learning to classrooms actually succeeds. I understood that the engagement rates documented in your marketing were extraordinary and just what my program needed. So, I was grateful for the technical problem that gave me a second chance.

I dove in and pushed through, doing the extra assignments so I had a better understanding. I caught up with most others and kept on track for the months of November and December. But I hit a patch of personal difficulty when both limiting beliefs and blocking beliefs deep in my subconscious worked hard to derail my efforts to succeed. I persisted, but not without struggle. I had to take some time to clear the blocking and limiting beliefs using aspects of four personal development programs while still trying to get the experience product program work finished.

It was hard! But I was determined and knew I needed to keep going. The time needed to clear my limiting and blocking beliefs put me behind the schedule by about 4 weeks. The great news is that I finally feel free from those limiting and blocking beliefs and am confident I will get my product program on the market. Thus, is the last few days of January, and first few days of February I am seeing how my marketing oriented information website and all the documents I already have done will allow me to place the entire package into the xperiencify program and get me to mission accomplished.

I am expecting to launch my program this month of February. I have a few marketing documents to create which I can easily do in a week; some permissions to obtain from National PTA type organizations in other nations (the letter and docs seeking same are almost done); and lists from them to market to when they endorse the program, which clearly fits their mission and goals. Everything else is ready thanks to the module assignments I completed in the Experience Product Masterclass.

And even though I didn't reach Mission Accomplished in 10 weeks, I am super excited that this program has placed me in a position to launch my first cause mission in a few short weeks, with the full expectation that I will achieve it and even more. Thank-you for what you've created to make our world a better place to live and grow.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
I really believe that experiencifying our cause products (information products) will create the motivation that changes our society to a far better place to live and grow and will provide the example for many other nations around the world.

How did EPM help you become successful?
EPM has given me the tools and the program to engage people in ways that will make real change possible. When that happens, I will have achieved my first of many missions.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
EPM has given me the hope that change makers can impact the world for good; that I can make a real difference not only in my immediate backyard, but anywhere in the world.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
The realization that my dream to bless the lives of families, teachers, and children by helping them see the changes they can make in their lifestyle is achievable.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
First, to make the change in education that will allow children everywhere to live up to their potential and achieve their own dreams. Second, to help parents see that changing their eating habits can significantly improve their children's and their own health and reduce the cost of health care, remove chemical pollution from our land and water, and help us manage climate change. Third, marketing my programs will allow me to achieve my dreams--a permaculture and organic farm operation, a modern Tudor style home, environmental friendly vehicles, marrying into a family, providing visual and performing art venues in my adopted community, and income that allows me to donate to build God's kingdom on earth.

Your Graduation Story
Prior to EPM, I hadn’t launched a program online. My business is primarily off-line. Unfortunately, even though I followed the EPM course, I ended up with no sales. It appears my program might be a bit too far up the hierarchy of needs. And it’s a bit more challenging than I realized to motivate people to actually make a financial investment to bring about more joy and peace into their lives.

A ‘fail’, however, is feedback. And this process has provided some beautiful feedback for me. I plan to take the knowledge gained from the coursework and the ‘market feedback’ received from my product offering and learn from it, course correct and move forward. Success might just end up looking different than I imagined it when I started this course. So, I’m not giving up. I’m just going to regroup, rethink my business, and start a new chapter in the journey :-)

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
The need for product creation and marketing around pain points. It’s challenging to get a ‘comfortable’ person tobchange and to invest in change. And also, even though I got a bit beat down by all no’s, I’m even more determined to find a way to create revenue from an online business. I’m going to take February to regroup, rethink my business, and then press on. :-)

How did EPM help you become successful?
Unfortunately, I wasn’t ‘successful’ (I didn’t hit MA) with my program. $0 Sales. But I’ve gained a lot of knowledge and will look at how to use that knowledge for a different offering.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
With the market not supporting my product offering, I’m rethinking my business.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
With no sales, I’m rethinking my business.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
We’ll, the market doesn’t appear to be supporting this EPM product. But I’m excited to continue my journey... and looking forward to another possibility. :-)

Your Mission Accomplished Story

I skipped this question and completed the rest...am already crying...Not sure I can get through this. Ultimately, I came in not wanting to buy another fucking program EVER AGAIN because well.....you know those stories and I am not staying stuck in that story. I showed up and have watched EVERY.LAST.VIDEO. and struggled through EVERY.LAST.ASSIGNMENT. I was ready to give up countless times and I would remind myself that the information was there and the 3 times I had tried to quit before....I would just do one more video...and I'd be back in taking action again. And then when the marketing got tough, I just went back to reaching out to the people I actually had developed some sort of relationship with over the course of the last two months. And it worked. I sold two packages. One 12k PIF one 10k + 3000 payment and two who are trying their best to come up with some money to get started. It is unbelievable to me. I used to be the one paying the fees...and now I have collected 2. I have to keep going. I am so grateful because....without this money I do not know what I would do given my situation in my gym that I am closing....can't really talk about that without losing my mind and composure...but needless to say...all 25000 is going to people my trainer ripped off but that will keep me out of court. I am closing that business tomorrow....but I truly think all of that happened because I wasn't letting go of it...and it was blocking me from going all in on THIS.

When I had to show up and sell....it made the difference. I am about another 15k away from solving the financial part of that completely...which is only one more and I know I can do it. AND....I am creating the content as I go and teaching it live and doing done for you rather than with you for now because I don't have the time to build the site etc....so I am just doing the work and producing the stuff and will get it done later as life calms down after the gym is closed. I would not be here without the teaching in this course - I would have waited until the whole thing was built and what if it wasn't what they actually struggle with....and I already had to augment my avatar research section and my offer section because they are both struggling with that more than I expected. If I wasn't just creating it before go time...I would have missed that. The Sales for Superheroes script is totally responsible for these wins...I LITERALLY read from my video notes because I wasn't sure how to say it all....well...it works! What I wasn't expecting was a yes....so I ended up collecting on paypal which I think is hilarious.....so it sat for 21 days before I could touch it......so now I have payment gateways set up and know how to use them! HA! I did watch Don's class on selling technologies...I think this was belief stuff in the background....and chaos with the gym stuff....but either way, now I know it is possible!

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
I can do it. Even in the midst of lots of chaos around me.

How did EPM help you become successful?
the actual HOW TO do everything is right in there. Lacking from many programs.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
I can market without needed a 60k guru and make the money I just made over again. This will certainly create the financial freedom I am after.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
I have a very clear offer I can speak about clearly without waffling.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
Quitting my job.

Is there anything else you would like to add?
Thank you for changing my trajectory. I showed up in your program already having given up on getting this out there.....

Your Mission Accomplished Story

I updated and upgraded a small group coaching and training program I had delivered previously, with modest revenue results. I will be launching the new 2.0 version in February. During my chatterbox campaign, a prospect was so interested to work with me right away, in and in private. She signed up for a three-month one to one coaching program instead! In the meantime, I have been re-writing the curriculum for my pre-existing program and getting ready for a launch date soon!

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Applying the Hero's Journey to the entire program, as well as within each module

How did EPM help you become successful?
Having an overview of the program and delivering each week with coaching by Marisa (side-door) and seeing others succeeding, as well as sharing similar struggles

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
I now have a model that I can use not only for my online course/group training, but also within my 1:1 coaching programs and help my clients get even better and long-term results

What has been the biggest change in your business?
Bringing my business more into an online delivery model; previously in-person delivery

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
Launching and delivering my new Masterclass, and more live events!

Is there anything else you would like to add?
Thank you!

Your Graduation Story

I'd just spent far too long creating a 30-page freebie. I knew it was too long and I was looking at ways that I could break it down and make it more consumable and useful to readers. Then I 'happened' to come across and email from Ed Dale mentioning EPM and it seemed so synchronistic.
It's certainly been a sprint. I've had two trips that were already planned during it, but I managed to meet all my milestone deadlines by too often staying up through the night to meet them. The whole EPM process has got me into a much more productive way of working. I can really see a difference between before and after and how I tackle work now. Most of the time I just get on with it. I can also see where I've had challenges during the process and let some of my previous patterns play out.
Working with Coach Uwe was absolutely wonderful. Watching him work was inspiring and having such a lovely group was really supportive.
I'm very much looking forward to redoing the training to reiterate and also to doing a post-course debriefing. Also to fully implementing all the strategies we learned overtime.
One huge thing for me was to make a decision to finally switch from WordPress for my main site on the weekend before last. I was blown away by the ease and intuitive nature of Heroic and had been raving about it to a tech-phobic friend. I suddenly heard myself and wondered if I was talking to myself not her.
I was conscious that doing this at such a late stage before mission accomplished may have implications, but I energy tested whether it was the right decision to make and to check I wasn't sabotaging my completion. I had to make the decision quickly and commit to it 100% and I did and it's been one of the best things I ever did and it's a pleasure to work with.
Thank you so much for all your love and support and belief in us!

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Reiterating my way to awesome. The Chatterbox campaign as an ongoing action.

How did EPM help you become successful?
I'm still blown away by how much support we got. Just the coaching alone was phenomenal and worth the price of the course. To the point where I'm wondering how I can ever give so much value myself and even justify my pricing.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
It has been huge, because finally I've done a course where I've finished it and where I feel I've changed the way I work.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
The biggest change is the way I work. I know schedule. I know we know we're supposed to do that, but now I do it. I show up and I seem to have much more energy and perseverance at just working through things

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
Making money. But, also going through everything again to reiterate and really having time to assimilate it. Then i'm really excited about reapplying it later on for creating 1:few then 1:many products.

Your Mission Accomplished Story

I started promoting my product a bit late, wanted to do 2 full weeks but some tech issues led me to going forward with a 1 week promotion for a full launch on Feb 1st. I was worried after I had no sign ups for the first 3 days thinking omg what if I don't get anyone, or worse what if I only get 2 people.. But I kept at it, sharing and using the skills I learnt in EPM and soon people were signing up, I hit MA on Jan 31st and surpassed it by a fair bit by Feb 2nd. I now have 11 people in the course, am iterating my way to success and loving it!
BTW my price point is 497 but the first run has a sale for 397.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
A great outline and just do it, ready fire aim, repeat.

How did EPM help you become successful?
Yes for sure, If I wouldn't have done EPM I wouldnt have a course now and would be procrastinating making a less quality course.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
I can already tell the way I do and see certain things has changed and it will positively affect all of my work from here forward.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
A more rounded view of how and what to share to create more of a exciting experience with people. Also scripting videos has been a game changer, usually I just free flow but using a script makes pack in super good info in a streamlined way, way easier.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
I am most excited to really make this the best I can this first run and then to continually improve it and help more and more people more and more effectively, with much less work than this first run. From there I have at least 2 - 3 other experience products I want to make and am really excited to release into the world!

Is there anything else you would like to add?
This has been a really great process, I have learnt a lot and know I will be digging back in again and again to get more and more from the course. I am excited to hopefully come to the live event sometime in the future, unfortunately it doesn't work this year as I am hosting my own retreat at the same time.
Thanks much to you all, its been awesome and I am excited to meet you all in the future :)

Nancy Dubay (class of 2019)

Your Graduation Story
This has been an awesome experience for me. After 30 year of an amazing journey as a writer/producer/director consultant, I retired my media production company four years ago. I knew I still had more I wanted to give to the world so tried numerous programs, costing me thousands of dollars that ended with no tangible results. I was a part of the 97% who failed to implement. To be honest I was hesitant to try Marisa's program because of that. Her super hero attire, videos and different perspective made me question her validity. But boy was I wrong! I'm so glad my coach, Ed Dale convinced me to sign up. I have to say this program is the most comprehensive and supportive online-build your-business program I've ever encountered. Believe me I've encountered and taken a lot! But the thing I connected with the most was the experience perspective. I've utilized that perspective in my corporate training and education videos with great success. I just didn't know how to translate it to online. In fact I wasn't even sure I should, as it didn't fit the normal info stuff out there. I'm so very pleased to find someone who shares that perspective and has developed a training program that leaves no stone unturned. The work is intense and the value is well worth the investment. The hardest thing for me was I am a strategic big picture person. To get the most out the program before my launch next week I spent 50 hours in the 7 days reviewing and updating my milestones and homework to make sure I'm at the top of my game when I launch.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
The amount of work needed to create, launch and deliver was beyond my expectations. However, I now feel I have the tools, skills and knowledge to move from the 97% to the 3% shortly. Tech stuff is still a challenge for me. Finding tutorials that don't expect you to already understand their lingo is a challenge for a baby boomer LOL. Although it took way more time than for most I still learned how to do surveys in google forms, set up google response spreadsheets, connect with Zapier and Active Campaign and Survey Monkey ( deleted per Don suggestion) . WHEW I'm exhausted. Now getting ready to take on Heroic, Xperiencify and Thinkific this week so ready for launch next week.

How did EPM help you become successful?
It gave me a clear path from A-Z of how to create, launch, delivery, market and sell a new product/program with lots of choices so I could select what aligns we me. Every step of the way provided step by step instructions with lots of examples, tips, live support and ways to improve results. Knowing campaigns that work for different programs was very helpful but also overwhelming with all the different types of email sequences.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
It helped me define what I wanted to share with the world, to who I wanted to share it with to have the biggest impact and how I was going to share it to make the money I wanted to make. Thank you Marisa and your team!

What has been the biggest change in your business?
Getting clarity of my program path, the easiest and best steps I need to take to get the job done and results I want.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
Making a difference in the world with ease and happiness in a lifestyle of my choice.

Your Mission Accomplished Story

I was having trouble figuring out how to help my tribe reach their goals and grow my business too, I wasn’t sure what to do or who to go to and like an answer to my question Marisa popped up in my inbox and I learned about the Experience Product Masterclass. I was intrigued by all the trainings and coaching she was offering - plus a guarantee and I was ALL in.

I thought if I could give people an awesome experience while working towards their health goals then what they learned would stick and they could continue down the road to living a healthy life.

What I discovered on the way was that a few cha ching's could push me to a new level. So often we listen and don't put into action what we learn and then wonder why we don't get anywhere. Sometimes we are so busy doing all the things with no roadmap and just going in circles. Yep, I have been guilty of both. So I watched the trainings, implemented the action steps and listened to both of my coaches- Marisa and Don and instead of doing ALL the things I concentrated on the one's they said would make the biggest impact.

Even though I had a busy traveling schedule and wasn't sure how I would pull off a big launch I decided to spend 6 of the 10 weeks really doing the little things that fit into my schedule the Chatterbox technique while I was teaching classes, 2 weeks of an email sequence preparing my list for what I had to offer, and setting up 1-1's to help them set their health goals. The last 4 days I put out my offer and spent 3 days of personally messaging those that appeared interested. At day 2- I hit Mission Accomplished ! On day 4 -I doubled my goal and now have 12 wonderful women joining me in my very first Exceptional Health Masterclass starting in 2 weeks.

I will continue with the last few videos learning how to put together the best experience product out there and then using the other launching techniques as I prepare to put together my next Launch in May as I grow my list and share the testimonies of my first masterclass.

If I had not done this Masterclass I am sure I would have continued going in circles trying to figure out my business and what I had to offer. I would have been to scared to charge people for the help that I offer and I would not be changing the world one woman at at time.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
That learning can be fun and rewarding if you follow each and every step on the way. Don't get lost in trying to figure out the next step- just do the ONE step.

How did EPM help you become successful?
My first time to put together a program that was a financial gain and could be reproduced again..

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
Going through the process of winning week after week- seeing my name on the leaderboard a few times and having input from my weekly coach using the milestone made me feel like a successful business woman..

What has been the biggest change in your business?

My own personal self-worth for what I have to offer women.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
Watching my students achieve mission accomplished.

Is there anything else you would like to add?
Thank you!

John Hutchison (class of 2019)

Your Graduation Story
I am 40 years in the medical training and practicing continuum. Gradually phasing from the daily radiology practice to more time off and freedom to pursue other avocations or side hustles. The management company which is owned by the radiology partners is implementing a more independent management group responsible for everything the doctors were not trained to do. Billing, coding, contracts with insurers, recruitment of new physicians, purchasing billing hardware and software, contracts with health institutions, merging with other groups, etc. During my contract negotiations this year the intention to branch into consulting and coaching was discussed with the group.

Interestingly the management group decided this past Friday January 31, 2020 to put me on retainer to provide the clinical insight that the nonclinical person have not experienced. Ultimately to provide folks with what they want, more time to do what they were trained to do, more income and more time off. A thorny issue which I believe we are capable.
Bottom line, a retainer of $2,000 per month contracted for one year with additional payments of $1,000 per day for an time over two 8 hour days. A minimum of $24,000/year.

It is not as much as can be generated doing the clinical day to day work, but it is satisfying and it nurtures a group of men (my former partners) I want very much to succeed. However, I intend to expand to other practices.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Take action.

How did EPM help you become successful?
Realizing that implementation was more important to getting started that having everything in place

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
It has open the doors to a new venue of opportunity

What has been the biggest change in your business?
Transitioning from being an on the line worker to be the a worker lifeline.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?
As it develops it will transition from clinical work and business development to assist colleagues from burnout to onfire.
