Cheryl Major (class of 2020)

I was cooking along just great until "Chatterbox" happened and I completely lost my momentum. My fear of putting myself out there got the best of me, and I started putzing along, not stopping, but not keeping up anymore. The fear of not at least graduating made me shift into high gear and get back at it. I love that I have a blueprint to follow going forward finishing this, creating and revamping the other courses I have created.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
You have to give people what they want or think they need; not what you think they want or know they need. Hard to do that. Also, I have to back off from fire hosing with info. I scare people...

How did EPM help you become successful?
It's the blueprint, the process, the energy, enthusiasm and support. I wish I hadn't faltered in the middle of the adventure.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
I am more confident and have made a new friend! I was actually the one to reach out to her; it's so not like me to do that. We talk once a week, and I hope to continue that going forward.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
The biggest change for me has been that I no longer simply create courses and programs in a vacuum. They are grounded in purpose and built with feedback so I'm not just hurling stuff out into the innerwebs... I'm excited believing I will be able to help more people do what I've done and improve their health, both mental and physical using food (and not dieting!). #grateful...

Roelof Kiers (class of 2020)

The Live Your Message program provides step-by-step, in-depth training on how to build an online program. One of the more valuable parts of the program were the real life examples shared in many of the lessons. Applying the concepts taught, makes it much easier to create, offer and sell an online program. Setting a target to create and sell a program in 10 weeks made this program an exceptional value.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Online courses need to be be structured so that students get an easy win quickly.

How did EPM help you become successful?
Helping me restructure my program so its much more engaging, interesting and impactful.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
Changing from a simple teaching model to applying an experience structure to each module.

Cynthia Higgins (class of 2020)

I began EPM with an idea born of more than a decade of longing, but like Goldilocks, could never find the right fit. I could never connect with the people I wanted to serve or the people who would support me in doing so. I went through a series of jobs and developed a resume that at one point, I considered shamefully long. As a result of this class, however, I now see my path as being full of rich experiences that perfectly prepared me to shine my light into the world. By graduation, I won't know the end result of my marketing campaigns, and it doesn't really matter. Because of EPM, I am the wealthiest I've ever been: I have new skills that I can continue to hone, a supportive community and now, unlimited reach. LIke the people whom I serve, my duty to them is my soul's calling. Having a vehicle for the expression of that calling (Xperiencify) is worth more to me than I will ever earn.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Theres a simple answer: The Mission IS possible.

EPM gave me exactly what I needed for where I was on my path. Incredible skills aside, it gave me the confidence in my vision and that I am THE person to share it.

I have always been dedicated and something of an over-achiever. EPM has helped me to recognize my value as a resource and a means to share that value.

The biggest shift that occurred in my business what the change that occurred in me. (see below)

It is now possible for me to help others heal and realize their dreams. This has been at least a decade in the making.

Veronica Moore (class of 2020)

I have learned so much I certainly experienced the highs and lows in the process but hung on to the "getting started choices" that got me through. I may not have been able to reach as many people as I should have but I'm still on the mission. And have now keep thining "done is better the perfect". Continue to plug away.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Testing as you go along which I've understood through UX training but never transferred the idea to other things. The other is the getting started choices have been huge to continue forward for someone who tends to be a perfectionist.

How did EPM help you become successful?
The skills I've learned and their support.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
It's given me the confidence to pursue and creating a course I didn't realize that I wanted to develop.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
Taking the steps to make it a reality.

I created a 9 week course, and currently have 15 people enrolled. I am at $14,000 in enrollment right now! This EPM course encouraged me to keep taking action and really be ok with forward momentum as opposed to perfection. I love the iterative message often given and the support of Marisa, the coaches and the community!

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Progress not perfection

What is now possible for you because of your Experience Product?

Susan Halaut (class of 2020)

EPM has helped me to clarify exactly who I serve and what I offer. It has given me the tools to clarify not just who I help but how I help them in a clearly defined birds eye view. This has given me the confidence to show up and proudly offer my services. Marisa's consistent willingness to be vulnerable in her own struggles and journey have given me the freedom to iterate my way to awesome breaking free of the need to stay in the eternal hold pattern of unattainable perfection. I am eternally grateful for Marisa and her team.

it gave a clear plan of action

I can see success in my immediate future

pushing through limiting beliefs, continuing past "stuckness" the how, a process and system for success

Susan (Sue) Lachman (class of 2020)

"I am a course junkie.I have done every course going and I swore that EPM would be my last one just because I was sick and tired of spinning my wheels all the time. But this truly is my last course as I have finally found something that is worth all of them put together and more. I did not reach mission accomplished but I have in a way reach my own as never before have I felt so supported, so cared for and with such kindness and care. I was always terrified of sending too many emails, being too pushy and having to sell myself. This course has empowered me to continue and to know that I will get to mission accomplished and more. I have given myself a pat on the back for thinking out the box all the way through, of trying and then doing something else, and then more and more pushing myself until the last moment of the course...but it's not over for me. I have a renewed faith in myself and that I can do it! Thank you to my coach Samara and to all the wonderful people who did other coaching and for people prepared to step up and let me practice chatterboxing and being so wonderfully patient with me. And last but not least to Marissa for being you, for giving and giving and then giving some more. I'm in awe!
"

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
My biggest take away is that keeping it simple is key. That giving an experience to people is so important. That I don't have to be perfect.

How did EPM help you become successful?
It taught me that I am able to speak to strangers and not only that but that once I did it, I could talk the hind legs off a donkey...so I proved I know my stuff.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
made me more determined not to give up as I have so many times before and then started looking once more for the magic fix which never came. I am braver now to want to chatterbox and to book calls with people which I was terrified of before.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
Without a doubt marketing but also not having the right course in place.

What is now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
I have the ability to keep selling this course over and over again because I know after this beta course is done it will be a brilliant course.

Cindy Jordan Reese (class of 2020)

I am proud at the work I have accomplished over the last 12 weeks. I started with a vague sense of what I wanted to offer. I didn't have a solid program created as well. During these last 12 weeks, I have created a great program with a birds eye view that I can easily talk to someone about without hesitation. I have stretched and learn how to use the google forms for my survey. Share a google docs that describes the opportunity I have to of I pushed past fear and anxiety to chatterbox and have enrollment conversations. I have created a facebook group and started to involve myself where the "needles" are instead of looking for a needle in a haystack to grow the tribe. I have grown in my confidence and value what my experience has taught me. I am more than enough capable to teach what I have learned in my experience that someone can learn and grow from the knowledge I can offer in my program.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
The understanding on how to have impact when my clients are going through my programs. How I can set myself apart by providing an experience for my clients to reach their mission accomplished.

How did EPM help you become successful?
I became successful not in the monetary sense, but in the sense that I am capable of having my own business and teaching the knowledge from my own experience which could be of value to others

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
I am a bit more confidence. I have achieved creation of a program and package that I can talk with someone with confidence.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
solidifying what I can offer and getting it on paper. I've put some structure around the steps I can lead someone through for them to achieve mission accomplished themselves.

What is now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
grow and get better from here.

Phil Charles (class of 2020)

I wanted to improve the quality of my online professional development courses, with the long term aim of replacing post-graduate transport courses at university her in Australia and New Zealand. I had twenty years experience as a university professor and the university system is broken (at least here in Aus) - as was exposed in 2020 - the online products were very poor. Have learned a lot in terms of how to produce a higher quality online experience, plus how to go about business development, especially the research and marketing aspects.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Being able to target audience needs in developing course content, improve the online learning experience and hence completion rates

How did EPM help you become successful?
Provided me with knowledge and experience by practicing, plus the excellent coaching

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
Has changed the way my online courses will be developed and implemented - especially the chatterbox approach

What has been the biggest change in your business?
Aiming to redevelop courses using research/chatterboxing to target audience needs and wants.

What is now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
Able to move series of previous live courses online, ultimately establish a membership program
