2020 • Effective Business Cases for Transport Infrastructure
"Being able to target audience needs in developing course content, improve the online learning experience and hence completion rates "

I wanted to improve the quality of my online professional development courses, with the long term aim of replacing post-graduate transport courses at university her in Australia and New Zealand. I had twenty years experience as a university professor and the university system is broken (at least here in Aus) - as was exposed in 2020 - the online products were very poor. Have learned a lot in terms of how to produce a higher quality online experience, plus how to go about business development, especially the research and marketing aspects.
