Marie Kane

I had attended Marisa’s free webinar for the 2017 EPM class and got more clear about what had been bothering me about my product, Relationship Magic for Couples. I knew that the process worked based on real world experience, but I was convinced that people might not stay the course through the process because it wasn’t engaging enough and as a result they'd not get the benefit.

This was especially a concern because each step of the process builds on the ones before it, so if clients bailed before seeing it through they wouldn’t get the results they expected, desired and paid for. I wasn’t sure what to do and got stuck as a result and didn’t proceed with launching the product as it was.

Then I joined the EPM 2018 class and discovered just what to do to address my concerns and make my product engaging and helpful in all the ways I had envisioned. Now the path is clear to apply all that I have learned and finally get the product out in the world.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?

How to make my product, which is a proven process, appealing and engaging as a DIY product. I know the content is valuable, based on past experience, but was stuck on not having it be blah seeming or at risk of buyers bailing before giving the process a chance as each step builds on the preceding ones.

How did EPM help you become successful?

Solved the problem of how to make my product be an experience and not just a bunch of documents and recordings. Offered some ideas for marketing that I had not considered. One particular favorite is how to get folks to take a survey. I have survey expertise, but hadn't considered some of the audiences to whom I could offer it.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?

I feel much more hopeful that this will succeed in that people are much more likely to really get the help they need because they'll stick with the process because it's an experience.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product?

I'm really looking forward to experimenting with some of the marketing ideas I had not previously considered and to seeing my product emerge in all its glory as an experience that engages my tribe
