I was one of those entrepreneurs who had grown lukewarm in my enthusiasm for developing my business – coaching kids to read at their grade level in 10 weeks or less - over the two years that I struggled with knowledge and information overload. I knew I had a good program to offer and my business ideas got off to a great start in my first year of my training while with Neurogym...learning brain science stuff about how I could change my old beliefs and habits to transform my life...

The mindset training was valuable...but I felt a huge sense of disappointment at the end of most other courses and webinars that took me all over the map and did not help me to move forward with the right actions in the right order. I paid lip service to being excited about my business but in October of 2018, I had to admit to myself that I'd been feeling uninspired and confused for some time. I appreciated that all of our EPM tribe moved forward together through the same steps to build our magnificent programs...until near the end when we diverged in choosing the marketing strategies that were best for our particular type of businesses. I found that the Milestones record that we kept up with the help of our coaches, kept me organized and on track.

On the eve of my last day in this program (with strong emotions welling up) I want to say that Marisa and her team delivered the WOW that was promised from the beginning. What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?

To provide my customers with an experience they’ll always look back on as a big turning point in their lives, their peak experience, their epiphany, their big “aha”? I can best deliver this for my customers once I've had that peak experience myself. In EPM I've had that peak experience - have regained my passion about my business - and have learned how to create a peak experience for my clients through Marisa's model.

How did EPM help you become successful?

I have built a program that I love and that will deliver the results that my customers want...and it will provide the blueprint for my future programs.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?

I know now I don't have to be perfect. I can create great results and massive value for my customers without having a perfect program or marketing campaign or delivery. To be human is to err and it's all just feedback to get me on course.

What has been the biggest change in your business? I love that I'll now be marketing my reading coaching for kids in 10 week packages instead of delivering ongoing tutoring that has no time-based end result. I will give lots of rewards to keep them excited in the program. I'll be offering the next package - where they can go from here - near the time that the program that they're on ends. They can keep on going with specific goals for each program that create long-term success. In summary...before my offer was a bit vague but now there is a time-based result for my clients. They will know exactly what to expect from each of my programs in the future.

What are you most excited about moving forward with your Experience Product? I'm most excited about the fact that I'm hundreds of times more inspired about my business than I was before EPM. Can't wait to get the results of kids reading at their grade level in just 10 weeks.
