Based on what I went through with my own parents, I was looking for a way to help others who are having difficulties communicating with their loved ones with dementia. My preference was to work with people one-on-one so they could benefit from customized coaching. But, I had no idea where to start and was looking for a structure or framework to help me. So, I signed up for a different 6 week on-line course class but got so bogged down and overwhelmed by all of the information and lessons that I didn’t finish it. It would have been a full time job to get it done in 6 weeks! Then I saw Marisa’s Experience Product Masterclass and the approach, as well as the timing, seemed much more doable to me. She offered a step-by-step approach along with additional weekly coaching for help and accountability. There was also weekly technical coaching with fill-in-the-blank templates. The coursework was as entertaining as it was instructive.
