"I had been developing my course in technical writing for engineers for more than a year. Each of my beta tests was a success, but I had trouble developing an over-arching framework. Because I had been working on my course for so long, EPM’s actual course development was easy for me. The program had two major benefits: 1.) By using her templates, we could spend time building our course rather than building our templates.
