I was struggling to shape a course we had previously created in order to market it, which was frustrating. I wanted some help with making the course more profitable. I joined the EPM course. The course showed me where I was going wrong in identifying a profitable niche which took me beyond my previous training. This was very helpful in stopping us from wasting our time and helped me focus on another part of our business which I will refer to in the other stories
Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story
I was struggling to develop our course on finding peace which the EPM course helped us to niche down in order to serve a particular group. Because of this original work, I was asked to coach a pastor. This was a better use of my time than developing the original course so I pivoted to applying the EPM principles so that I could move from unfocused 1-1 coaching to a coaching retainer. This has given me the confidence and direction to shape regular coaching for the year which I continue in my other stories as I made my first sale.
Your FIRST SALE Story

Your PROVED MY IDEA Story
My previous coaching occasional week-to-week which brought in a few thousand dollars and it had little sense of direction as it was based on a standard coaching approach. This is a sideline to my main work. When I received a new client, I applied the MVP approach to coaching a pastor. The bosses of the client have been delighted with my work which has made possible a coaching retainer. This meant that I will make my money back from the course and make a whole lot more. Why? Because I have made the shift from seeing this as coaching sessions to a coaching experience. This means that I will keep this client for far longer than I would have expected and be paid more because I am on a retainer not a monthly wage. This is giving me confidence and direction to shape regular coaching for the year.
