I knew that I had a course in me. I am a Dyslexia Therapist, and I have many years of experience teaching children with dyslexia. I was searching for someone to show me the ropes in course creation. I bought one very expensive course, but they didn't teach me a thing about building my course. I saw Marisa on Facebook talking about dopamine, and I joined her live webinar. Her webinars are so good that I listened to them over and over. She had a series of webinars. I certainly did not have the money to join because I had spent all of my money on other courses, so I borrowed the money and I went on a payment plan. I bought her Experience Product Masterclass. Marisa's course taught me EVERYTHING about course creation...from step one to step ten. I just did what she told me to do. My coach, Coach Melanie, watched over me every step of the way. She cheered for me when I was spot on, and she guided me when I was a little off course. I would have made my sales, but I got sick, and I took at least three weeks off. I am still feeling a bit under the weather. I am building a video course, and I haven't made my videos yet. I am reluctant to make sales at this time because I do not have anywhere to send my new clients. Yes, I could start delivering live, but actually, I currently have a course (I didn't write it though) that I am delivering like that. I am retired, and I am trying to create a course that can be delivered without holding me to a schedule. I believe that when I get everything ready, my course will sell like hotcakes. I just didn't quite make the deadline because of my illness. I have some accountability partners from my coaching pod, and we are keeping each other on track. I have some prospects that I have spoken to about my course, and they are very interested. I am pretty confident that my product will make a positive impact on my students. Once I get my product live, I am going to iterate my way to awesome. Marisa teaches you how to do that too. There are many advanced techniques that I have not had time to learn yet.
