"Sadly my EPM journey was seriously interrupted by a family emergency - my wife had a heart attack in early December and I was struggling managing support for her along with a busy work schedule and the EPM course.
My coach Tim was brilliant and kept me focused on moving forward in whatever manner I was able with the time I had available.
I managed to keep up with the lessons and coaching/implementation calls but had limited time for product creation and full on marketing - I got a bit overwhelmed at that point and decided I needed to take it slow for a while.
I plan to continue with product creation and marketing at a much slower pace and eventually finish my EPM journey - just not sure when the end date will be"
What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Even though I did not achieve the full Mission Accompished EPM has shown me that I have the skills to go on if I choose to put in the effort
How did EPM help you become successful?
If you can define success at this stage as improving my personal skills and confidence then EPM has taught me to expand my thinking, communicate well and focus on how best to help people
How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
The main success of EPM for me so far is a marked improvement in my overall confidence - EPM has been very successful in stretching my comfort zones
What has been the biggest change in your business?
I am listening to people much more with a view to giving them what they actually want/need instead of what I think they might want
What is now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
Unknown yet due to the delays but I am confident of moving forward and building something worthwhile
