2020 • A Masterclass to Enhance Your Career
"I have the framework to repeat this process with any new product I sell."

I began this EPM journey knowing I wanted to help people become more visible and communicate more effectively in their jobs. Although I am a great communicator and have no problem being visible, I suddenly realized that I was afraid to talk to people, afraid of what they'd think and afraid of failure. The two weeks before Christmas I wanted to give up and play the "this is too hard" card. I finally realized that this is exactly what people are going through who would take my class. They would find it (as I did) too hard to speak up, be visible and showcase their skills. Once I began chatterboxing in mid January, EVERY SINGLE DAY I fought the gremlins of it being too hard. Daily I would focus on the "what is possible" and the "what does it look like to have this class be successful" phrases. As a result of all of this, I mentally challenged myself to follow my own framework/blueprint and am rewriting my point of origin story. I think the new version will be more compelling and will speak to more people. Today, is January 29th and have increased my email list from 0 to 35, have been given an opportunity to speak at an event (where I will implement the speak to sell training. To date, I envision me hitting my stretch goal and am thankful I have all the tools to do that. It will just be a bit later than our Mission Accomplished date.
