"I have been having problems finding candidates for my project leadership training. I could see the need for compelling and engaging training that would transform how they lead their teams and manage their projects however I was struggling to tell the story in a way that would resonate and stand out from other project management training resources. Taking EPM made me realize that I needed to keep simplifying the approach, focus it on leadership and engagement, and create a framework around my approach so that I could communicate in a way that made sense for prospective clients.
