2020 • S.W.I.F.T. Mentoring Method for Digital Product Teams

I learned a lot over the past weeks. The biggest thing is the momentum the clock ticking down enforces. I did a lot of work, got a lot of things figured out, yet I am not making any money on this version of the course or this direction for what I am doing now. Extremely frustrated that no revenue is coming in ...but the bath is clear on what to focus on. I need closer ties to the prospect and finding out exactly what they want. I also learned that I DON'T have unlimited time. I need to focus on the right things. And perhaps, even more interesting. I may have discovered that course creation is not for me. We'll see.

What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Keep going, pivot, adjust, try new things. All things are never as easy as they seem at first.

How did EPM help you become successful?
Motivation and putting a structure around the product creation process. It's all there but my path may take longer for a number of reasons.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
No success yet. Just frustration. But, tomorrow will be a different day.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
Keeping tabs on cashflow so as to not spend money on ramp up before there is revenue to pay for it. I have some flexibility to reinvest money. But, I may have dug a little too deep of a hole trying to go FAST and not necessarily on the right target as far as what a prospect will pay for.

What is now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
More work. But a path is clearly there to follow. Or not, and a pivot to something else will come along.
