VISION: FASD (Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder) is now the biggest preventable birth condition in the world. Courses based on all the EPM principles are a very important way to steadily/incrementally inform and educate ever growing groups of professionals so that in a decade, there will be the same level of support and services available to those with FASD as those currently received by those with Autism.
What is your biggest takeaway from EPM?
I don’t need to spend anymore time listening to more pod casts about FASD, or attending any other webinars or providing more pro bono advice. I need to use what I’ve learned on this journey to benefit a much wider audience than I have done previously
How did EPM help you become successful?
Understanding that a very successful close rate in 1:1 enrollment conversations is 25% gives me the needed confidence to do the part I have been to resistant too sales and marketing. 75% rate of not closing is a great goal to achieve. I have a tendency to talk to much. Matthews advice to just "shut up and listen" really resonated.

What has been the biggest change in your business?
Having taken 3 other online course development programs, (they were good for doing brain dumps) EPM has filled the enormous and very challenging gap of how and what to deliver to ensure the highest percentage of students remain excited and engaged all the way to completion.
What is now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
Whereas prior to EPM, I felt compelled to help all parents of dependents who have FASD, (especially those in extremis). Through small groups I fully realize and accept that while there are many living in crisis and chaos, they are not ready or able to benefit from what I offer. So I now have the resolve to gently turn them away so I can focus on those who will progress
