I have been someone who has been holding back, afraid to step into the limelight or become more visible, yet I knew I had a calling and wanted to fulfill it.
When I started this process in the area of wanting to be an entrepreneur, I went through a panic for a few days. I got myself into a commitment where I had to walk out who I WANTED TO BE. All of a sudden I found myself saying that I hated the course I had just committed to.
“I can’t do this! I never have become an entrepreneur, and probably never will! OH, GOD!”
All I wanted to do was escape! On the very day I had spent the money for Marisa’s Experience Product Masterclass training-through-experience course, suddenly the fears of failure, double doubts, in-capabilities looming large plus more… rose up in my face all at once.
In the middle of that mess, somehow I started seeing that I was being guided. It almost felt like God was saving me from myself. I felt a little encouragement. Then it started building over the course of weeks as it dawned on me that He was answering my prayers. He was getting me over the hump -- the hump I have been threatened by for years!
Finally, after not a little struggle, I realized my pride was what was holding me back. I thought, “Oh, not that! All these wasted years because of pride…”
I could hardly believe it! It still amazes me that for decades I couldn’t venture out there where I truly wanted to go because of my pride. Pride that I would fail. Pride that I would look bad; or at least not look good. Ha. Or that I might not do a perfect job; people could judge my performance or actions or decisions. For heaven sake, it was all the trappings of the fixed mindset holding me back from serving, mentoring, being the entrepreneur that I always wanted to be.
What really helped me take courage was the excellent 50+ training modules hand-crafted by Marisa Murgatroyd, and my very gifted Coach Debra.
The story doesn’t end there. I am almost done with the dreaded learn-through-experience course and have come to enjoy it immensely. I am holding my head high today as I ride this bike out into your world, putting down my pride and taking up the humility it takes to put myself out there and serve in the great Kingdom of God as a coach, mentor, entrepreneur – I am calling myself a “mentorpreneur” these days as I roll out my very own Diamond Life Coach Academy, learn-by-experience course, LIVE YOUR CALLING – BASIC, and am looking upward for greater and greater things, for God isn’t finished with me yet.

The best course I have ever taken - I'm not done yet - I have made great progress and am still very excited to continue learning, utilizing my EPM archives as my guide. For the first time, through EXPERIENCE, Marisa's fine course modules, and my excellent Coach Debra, I have a product idea, the courage to put it out there, and because I know EMP is first class, I can be proud of what I have to offer and how I offer it.
Since my biggest problem was fear of being judged publicly, I have received confidence that I have solid experience training to go for it!. I will finally become the entrepreneur I always wanted to be. Courage through experience was step one.
